I got a flat on the side of the road after a long road trip. I was almost home. I have 24 custom wheels. My road side assistance assigned RAR towing. I had a gentleman named, Mike, come and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were not only taken care of but safe. He didnt just do his job. He was absolutely wonderful. Got me back on the road with my spare (yes my 16 spare worked with 3 other 24) and my rim and blown tire were safely placed where we decided together would be the best place.I would recommend this company and their service. If you get lucky enough to have Mike show up he will take care of you!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I was having issues with my 2014 Toyota Rav4 after needing a jump due to an old battery. The issue was that after the jump and the car started up, the accelerator was not working properly. I was pushing the gas pedal down and my car would not go above 10mph. I was really worried and ended up having it towed to the nearest mechanic. HUGE MISTAKE. He ended up telling me my accelerator was bad and needed to be replaced. Also charged me for a few fuses and a new battery. $1600. Now here is the real kicker..I just found out that when someone jumps your vehicle (specifically a RAV4), if they accidentally reverse the polarity on the jumper cables, it will blow several fuses. THAT is what causes your accelerator to malfunction. Changing about 3 fuses out and buying a new battery would have COMPLETELY resolved my issue. Instead I was charged $1600!!!! Do not make the same mistake as me!! Literally sick over being robbed by these jerks...way to take advantage of a single mom. Sorry for the long review but I want to warn everyone how sketchy this place is!
