Mark at muffler master is the best. I took my 2018 challenger v6 in to get an exhaust and Mark did it cheaper than I expected and it sounds better than I could have predicted.Worth going to. He gets busy. But worth the wait.

Had used this location 7 times before and was always satisfied with the workmanship. Last monday morning I dropped my car off for a small job and was told he needed 2 or 3 days. Friday at 4pm I returned only to find my car was still sitting where I left it. Apparently the money making jobs come first.

Mark was friendly, effecient and performed extra work all at a great price.

Great place to get muffler work done

Stopped in to get an estimate on a leak at the manifold flange, awesome price to do the fix. Had them throw a cat back dual on the truck while they had it up. Great workmanship, nice service people, and pricing that just cant be beat.I love the fact that it is a down home, first come first serve shop. You just cant get answers and opinions like that at the big shops.Highly recommended!

My car failed to pass emissions. I had to have the catalytic converter replaced. I was quoted over $1000 by the Honda Dealership on Bell Road and $500 by Pep Boys (who later informed me that they could not do it because it had to be welded. A friend found Muffler Masters online and recommended them because of the wonderful reviews.Chris, at Muffler Masters, was incredible! He explained that it is first come first serve. So I dropped my Odyssey off the following morning when he opened. He had my van done by lunchtime and charged me significantly less than the other two quotes I received. I am so thankful to have found him!!I wish he handled more automotive issues.Thank you so much Chris!!

Ive taken 3 of my vehicles here so far and Ben has done the work on all 3, safe to say each time I hear that first cold start when the cars still on the lift its exciting to say the least, great prices here and theres actual customer loyalty which is rare now a days.. MM Policy: customer always wrong apparently. Had a damaged flexpipe making an annoying sound, just asked to have it fixed. Upcharged me on removing the catalytic converters, resulting in a more annoying sound, his only response was to act beligierant. Avoid headache

Purchased a MagnaFlow muffler from Muffler Masters about a year and a half ago, Still sounds as beautiful as the day it was installed. Had my flex pipe replaced with new one recently as well, sounds great. Very knowledgeable staff, unbeatable prices. quality work Only place I go for Exhaust needs, tell all my friends and family to go to them as well.

I took my husbands pickup in to have the exahust done as a surprise, this was challenging for me because i had no idea what was fair as far as pricing or what would be best for sound, performance etc. When I called they were very friendly, helpful and they didnt take advantage of my lack of knowledge! The price was great per my husband. He is very happy with it!!!!

Long time shop with great service. They do all types of exhaust work from OEM fix to wild custom. These guys know their stuff. They have done work on all of my trucks, including my parents vehicles as well!

The guys at Muffler Masters were awesome! I had a blowout on my truck that had kinked the exhaust pipe. Instead of charging me for replacing the whole system from the muffler back like all the other shops wanted to do, they cut the pipe before the kink, and welded in a replacement section. Saved me lot of $$. I am on a limited budget so every little bit helps.

Mark was great to work with, he does a really good job and his prices are the Best in the Phoenix area. I have found my muffler guy!

Awesome complete service. Took my car in today as it was damaged on my move here from over seas and the shipping company damaged my exhaust system. Brought the car in and the owner gave me an estimate that was a fraction of the price of other shops around town. There was a little hiccup at first, an honest accident, but Mark went out of his way to ensure that me and my car were taken care of.Seriously this was a great experience for a little island boy in a big big city. The guys I talked to that were also getting their cars worked had nothing but the highest respect for the owner and his work.Such a breath of fresh air to find quality work at an extremely reasonable cost and rates.Definitely will recommend for future clients and customers.Id also like to note that I did not receive any discount or reimbursement for writing this review. Always friendly, exhaust experts with real up-to-date knowledge on laws and local vehicle codes. Ive brought a truck and a car here and been in and out quick.

Waste of time! Only wanted a simple exhaust swap. I had all the pieces. They quoted $200 to do the swap, so I waited over an hour. Never started the job, then I heard Ben(I think was his name) talking crap about doing it. Then I had to talk to the boss via phone who said they would do it for less than $350. Total tune wasted, about 2.5hrs! A shop down the street did the job for $200 in 45 min.Never going back

Had muffler masters swap out my muffler on my truck. Other places wanted 90 and up just to swap and add a s pipe. Ben charged me 60, he did a good job truck sounds nicer than before.

Good pricing. All connections are welded where possible. Had a muffler, flex pipe, and tail pipe section replaced in about an hour. I year warranty parts and labor.

Just fixed my muffler they did 14 years ago in 15 minutes this morning without an appointment. No doubt, one of the best shops in the valley for exhaust/mufflers.

Been using this place since 1998 and continue to use and recommend them to everyone.

This guys communication is awful, not sure about his service because he could never get it done. I originally drop my truck off to get a simple Flowmaster put on, I dropped it off at 11:30 and he asked me if I was going to wait around so I asked him how long it would take he said about 2 hours. I had to call at about 1:45 just to see whats going on and he told me he hadnt even got to it yet it probably wouldnt be till about 3. I run my own business so I had scheduled estimates at 2:30 figuring the truck would be done probably lost money on those. Then he calls me at 2:55 and says he has an emergency his wifes car broke down and he has to go pick up his kids understandable however the truck should have been done at 3 so I asked him how much longer he had to do on it and he said he still hadnt started it. Then he couldnt handle the confrontation and told me that hes already had two or three heart attacks this year and doesnt need the stress. I believe all the stress he caused was on his own he could have simply picked up the phone as soon as he knew he wasnt going to be done and that time frame and just let me know the issue would have been solved there. You take your car to this guy I cant vouch for his work but I can tell you one thing dont expect to get it back that day. He obviously underestimates his ability and it will screw up your whole day because he doesnt care about his customers.

Great muffler installation.

Completely ignored our request for the work we wanted to be done. Did not write the work order on paper and ended up with something work we are completely unsatisfied with. We received a new cat and muffler for a great price but told them we wanted to have the little VW nice and quiet and ended up being just as loud as it was before the work was done. Very dissapointed.

The guys at Muffler Masters were great! They did an awsome job on my exhaust. I went in to check them out and ended up going back later to have my catback exhaust done on the car. The car sounds nice and deep, and it fits nice and tight. I will be going back to them to have the rest of the exhaust done on the car and even bring my wifes car to them for exhaust work.

TOOK MY 69 VW IN TO HAVE NEW MUFFLER MODIFIED AND INSTALLED... INSTALL WAS A SUCCESS.... BUT (BIG BUT) INSTALLER DECIDED TO TAKE A SAWSALL TO MY STOCK MUFFLER WITHOUT PERMISSION... THE INSTALLER KNOCKED $20 OFF HIS PRICE... NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH THAT SINCE THE LOSS DOESNT ACCOUNT FOR THE COST OF THE STOCK MUFFLER.... HE WAS A YOUNG KID I AM SURE HE LEARNED HIS LESSON...I WOULD PROBABLY GO BACK..... BUT WOULD DEFF GIVE SPEC INFORMATION

Not happy with the work I payed 140 to put pipe from y adapter for duel exhuast to my tips my tips are crooked and stick out way to much to where my son burned his leg so I took the whole exhuast down and the welds are horrible there a huge gap and a hole in the weld so air leaks out i just want it fixed like i know u guys can do or ill go else where
