Been coming here for random repairs for a few years. Honest business, quality work, kindness. All around good customer service which is a rarity these days.

Bought a new transmission for my 2017 Silverado, from a company in the midwest. They recommended this shop as one that was close to me.They were much less than many other places and these guys did a great job. They were fast, very friendly and of course did a great job.I have other vehicles Im going to be bringing to them. But as someone whos seen many mechanics that overcharged and did a bad job, Im glad to say that I highly recommend for several reasons.

When I first moved to Phoenix I had no idea where to go for my vehicle as I had driven it from the Midwest over 2000 miles and was in desperate need of service! I went to brakes Plus and they immediately quoted an insurmountable amount of work done and over $1,000! I didnt nearly have that kind of money my sister recommended desert winds I met Bruce and I have never needed service from anyone else! Bruce has nearly become a member of our family because thats how he treats you! He is honest and his work is 2nd to NONE!!

I have been going there for a few years now! after my first visit i was hooked, i will never use a different shop! they are honest, quick and dependable. they do what is best for the customer, and their vehicle, my mom is very skeptical of different mechanics and she herself has chosen to only go to this shop! i promise you if you went to them you would make the change as well! AND THEY ARE NOT OVER PRICED LIKE MANY OTHER SHOPS!!!!!

I love Desert Winds....Mike is extremely knowledgeable and will tell you upfront what is wrong and what the repairs will cost. He then will let you decide what you want to get repaired now and what can wait for awhile longer. That way I didnt have to pay for everything at once, but I was able to get it all done at my own pace and budget. Thank you Desert Winds!!

I have been going to Desert Winds Automotive now since I moved to Phoenix in 2013. I dont know why anyone would take their vehicle anywhere else. In my lexus I had to change the rack and pinion. Every place I got a quote was $2400-$3500. Desert Winds got me back on the road for under $1200!!!! ThatsT over 50% lrss than the cheapest quote. They are also HONEST! YOU CANT PUT A PRICE TAG ON THAT. Make sure you take your car into Desert Winds Automotive for your next oil change or repair. IpromI pr you wont be disappointed.

I took my pickup to get an oil leak repaired.1200.00 dallors and four trips back to desert winds auto and the oil leak is still leaking and the pickup runs terrible.Mike suggested I have someone else check it out.I did. I took it to two other mechanics, they both said I needed a new engine.Why desert winds auto couldnt figure it out is beyond me.When I asked for a partial refund, mike said no and that he wasnt in the business of ripping people off.Well you could have fooled me.I have lost all confidence in Desert winds auto.They ripped me off.
