I highly recommend this place for any car troubles! We were about to drive back home to AZ from Glendale and my car was making weird noises that needed to be checked out ASAP. We called KS Complete Auto and they told us they would check out my problems immediately. It was a minor fix that took about 5 minutes out of my day and got us back on the road quickly. We asked how much it would cost for the repair and he did not even charge us! I offered to tip him and he would not even accept my tip. Such a sweet man with a great company, and we are so thankful we used this auto service.

The check engine light came on in my Land Rover and I got a diagnosis in the morning. Besides that repair, I had some maintenance issues that were sussed out, but everything got taken care of same day. Thanks to Hovik and his team! Very friendly, great service.

What started off on the wrong foot has proven to be one of my best experiences yet with an auto shop that deals with Land Rovers. Hovik and the guys here at KS Complete Auto repair take their work seriously and with great pride. This is the second Land Rover I take to them to have inspected for general issues and they were able to diagnose them and offer affordable solutions for my problems. This particular vehicle was my 97 Discovery and was having issues with a belt squeal. What initially was thought to be a possible defective harmonic balancer was eventually diagnosed as a rusty old piece. They took the time to remove the timing belt and remove the rust corrosion on the pulley and VOILA no more belt squeal. Its crazy how sometimes the easiest solutions are the best ones. Along with this I also needed to have the diffs drained and refilled which they did with no problems at all. I have found an extremely honest and reputable Landy shop and I will definitely be coming back for more as we all know these Rovers tend to like spending time in the shop! Great work and professionalism and will highly recommend these guys to anyone in the future!

Great expertise, great problem solvers, great service!Hovik and Harouk are the best at what they do. They are so good, they quickly become indispensable to you! I have been going to them for years and through 3 cars. First up - an old Volvo 940 that was having problems which the previous mechanics could not solve after multiple attempts. I then went to Volvo, and they could not figure it out. As a last try, I checked out an NPR radio program, Car Talk, and looked on their websites list of recommended mechanics. Up popped this shop. I thought, ill give it one more try because I couldnt afford a new car at that time. Hovik got in, took it for a drive, came back and knew what the problem was. Fixed it. That was it for me. They got me many more years out of that car. Ive been with them ever since, through one Hyundai Sonata and now on my second Sonata. Not only are they superlative at maintenance, diagnosis and fixing, but theyre HONEST, easy to work with, and just plain good people. You will never regret letting them take care of your car, no matter what kind you have.

My 2013 Land Rover supercharged was in need of some service with a coolant leak, i brought it to these guys and they fixed it so quick along with a lot of other service I needed. I’m so used to shops that give me the run around and can’t get parts on time. If you have a Land Rover that’s out of warranty, these are the guys you need to bring it to.

My tire pressure warning light turned on this week. Hovik and his team were quick to resolve the issue by topping up the air in my tires for no charge and explain that tires often lose air in extreme heat. Super helpful and friendly!

BEWARE!!! K&S replaced my brakes and two weeks later I almost broke down on the 105. Come to find out, they had done shotty work including over tightening pieces which made my truck dangerous and and cost me several hundred dollars to redo the job properly. Also, they informed my girlfriend that her brakes were bad and needed to be replaced. After having other mechanics diagnose her car, we discovered her brakes were fine and that no work is necessary at this time.Extremely angry and dissatisfied with their work and ethics.

KS Complete Auto has been my go-to auto repair service center and I cannot recommend them enough. Hovik and the team are professional, reliable and friendly. Whether it is to get a routine checkup on my car or if I have any warning displays - they are the first place I go to! So far it has been really easy to bring in my car.Recently Ive been getting a warning on my screen saying top up coolant immediately, do not drive on which was quite an alarming signal to me. I called Hovik in the morning asking if I could just drop off my car within the next 20 minutes and he said sure. Once I got there, he diagnosed it and confirmed there was no coolant leak. He topped it off a little bit, filled my tires with a little more air, all in the span of around 15 minutes.Their excellent and efficient service is why I will continue to go to them only. The service was great But in my case, I have never heard in my life you cant machine rotors on a European vehicle (brake job). In this case 2016 Land Rover Sport, the price for the work definitely is better than the dealer Land Rover. I would recommend using them just know a little mechanics so you dont spend more than you think you should. But that is with any auto repair shop.

My sons were living in Glendale and did not know any mechanics in the area. They googled auto repair and read reviews. All good. I also tock their car there to check out some electrical issues with no appointment. . We discussed possible causes. They were looking at the car in about 10 or less minutes. checked out cause, replaced appropriate fuse and we were on our way in less then 30 minutes. Also gave me info on replacing auto key cover on line cheap. Good people.

Excellent. I took my LR3 there with an electrical problem. It was not cheap to fix, but they discussed everything with me and gave me options and advice. I will be using them for all my Land Rover needs in the future -- of which I am sure there will be many :-(

When it was time for major service maintenance on my Toyota Avalon I decided to take it to KS. I was very happy with the customer service I received from the first phone call right through to the moment I picked up my car. Solid Shop. Took in a 2013 Range Rover Sport and MB ML350 back to back.The did a great break job on both and worked on the MBs suspension as well. They got the original parts in quickly and job was completed in 2 days.Will continue to service my vehicles at KS!

I constantly bring my 2005 BMW 325 for scheduled maintenance and minor and even major repair and now my wifes 2011 Mercedes Benz ML 350. They were even able to fix my sons Japan made car a 2004 Honda accord which other shop not able to do.One thing that made me consider coming back again and again is the cost of maintenance and repairs. I looked for an auto mechanic on Yelp with high ratings. l asked questions like do you work on Land Rovers and to my pleasent surprise he said yes and to come the next morning. I waited about 40 minutes for an evaluation and they said come back in 2 hours. They called me 1 hour later for pickup. The price was reasonable.

These mechanics have been the best that I have ever dealt with!! They are honest and truly care that you get the highest service possible. They have gone above and beyond for me with any problems that I have had with my cars. I have been going to them for years and they still never cease to amaze me with their thorough inspections and getting the job done as well as giving me help I need wether it be to get to a rental car, help swap out my kids car seats or even something that is at the top of my list they took my car to the dealership service because there was a read on their machine saying there was a factory recall, instead of me having to do all the leg work. I now live about 35 min away from them and still drive that far because I trust them. Something that I feel is hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I had a transmission fault in my Land Rover LR4 that was about to run me a new transmission, almost ten grand ! KS COMPLETE AUTO SAVED ME NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS and fixed the problem overnight! My cars warning light came on saying there was a drivetrain malfunction, and after googling it, I knew it was unsafe to drive. Now, usually I take my car to get serviced just down the street. But since it was a Saturday and that shop was closed, I called KS Auto, the auto repair shop a friend of mine highly recommended. Hovik of KS was friendly and told me they were open, just bring in the car. So I did, and I am glad I did bring in the car. Hovik was very forthright and honest about what the car needed to have done to it, and while it was a lot, and more than I had foreseen, the mileage and age of my car was such that more extensive maintenance was needed. Hovik got it all done, and made my car look great and drive great, the best its looked, felt, and driven since I got it. He even made the interior and exterior look fantastic! And he had the power windows lubricated, which was an extra service he just did because he noticed they were awfully loud going up and down. The level of care and attention Hovik and his colleagues put into my car is fantastic, and I feel they are honest and fair. I highly recommend Hovik and everyone at KS Auto.

I found KS Complete auto through yelp when I needed a pre purchase inspection for a car I was about to buy. The staff was incredibly professional and within 10 minutes, he let me know the car was a lemon. He pulled a list of 7/8 things that were wrong with the car that the current owner didnt mention, and strongly suggested I didnt buy the car. Like many others, I chose KS Complete Auto because of the amazing reviews, and Hovik lived up to them and more. I got a lot of work done that I had been putting off and I was expecting it to take days, but he had it done in only 8 hours. I had complications the following day and there was miscommunication regarding if he was open on NYE, so he personally drove to my apartment and checked on my car even though the issue was unrelated to what he had worked on. Aside from car expertise, Hovik is a genuinely nice person who enjoys his work and wants his clients to be happy. Because of my experience, my boyfriend will also be getting his truck worked on here.

Hovik is an amazing man! People like to exaggerate and misuse that word but I mean it sincerely. I came to K&S on a late Saturday morning with my 2015 Maserati Ghibli Q4 for a full servicing and replacement of brake pads and rotors. That same afternoon my car was completely fixed, at a cost that beat every other shop by several hundred dollars! Not to mention the dealership would have costed a few thousand more to work with. Hovik immediately had two mechanics work to install manufacturer parts that same day because he luckily had them in stock and when I was there he had three Maseratis in his lot! This is a highly reputable and respectable establishment and I strongly recommend anyone with luxury/sports cars to visit only this shop for all purposes. Take this morning for example, my service light came on and he found time to inspect my car. There was no service issue just a faulty light. Super fast, amazing service. The guys were very friendly, and broke everything down for us. After the repairs, they showed us the old parts, then explained what was broken, and what is was causing. They even fixed a part on the drivers seat that was coming loose, and vaccumed it out, for free. And to top it all off, they made sure we got a great price on some of the most expensive parts. We couldnt have asked for anyone better to get the job done. We will not be using anyone else but these guys for future repairs. Were super happy.

Needed an oil change for my Porche 911. Saw the positive reviews here and called to set up an appointment. Pick up and provided a reasonable quote. Very friendly in the phone. Took the car is and did exactly what they said theyll do. Did call and recommend a couple other items. I chose not to do it this time but will be back again. Nice clean shop. Some very high end vehicles there for service at the time. Highly recommended. Will be using them for future services.Update:Still the same great honest service at a fraction of dealership price. They really dont try to up sell which is what I like and only recommend what is needed. This is the second 911 I have had serviced here and I couldnt be more pleased with her work.I had emailed Harout for a quote for a standard 40K service to which he responded with prices (hard to find these days... mostly places will will tell you to bring the car in). When I set up a Saturday appointment and dropped my 911 off in the morning and it was ready by noon.I wouldnt go anywhere by KS Complete Auto for my Porsche 911 service.

Great neighborhood shop, great owners and extremely good customer service. I stopped going to the dealership after I found them and I have not regretted it.

First of all the professionalism and attention I received from Hovik (one of the owners) was impressive. I drive a VW Phaeton, an unusual and rare in the US. It is basically a Bentley Flying Spur minus $40K in price but requires Bentley parts just the same. I had special circumstances that needed consideration and I dare say few or no other high end shops would accommodate like these guys did. I know how the game works in LA with mechanics (although safer dealing with Bentley or Range Rover shops) so finding a garage I trust is always rare. I found my garage for all the work on my Phaeton
