I have had an excellent experience here. Fantastic prices and very honest and very quick. Also It really stood out to me that he stopped his worked to come diagnose my vehicle. Most big places just tell you to drop it off and they will get to it and then just charge you $50 for a diagnosis fee.

I had it back in less than 5 hours! John is friendly, courteous, fair, timely and professional.After dealing with Moore Chrysler Jeep for the last 4 months and making specific multiple appointments they were too busy to find out why my check engine light was constantly coming on and my car was stalling. They never checked out my van to find out what the heck was wrong but, wanted to keep it for 3 days without offering a loaner for the inconvenience so I could get to work.Ill never go anywhere else now John has earned a loyal lifetime customer and Ill refer all my friends to him from here on out.Thank you John My Goldie runs like shes brand new you cant tell shes 18 years old and has 115K miles on her.

I bought a car that came with a repair bill from this place for an engine rebuild. They billed the previous owner for a new engine, yet his total repair bill was two thirds of what a new engine actually costs. I had a real shop pull the head off the engine to discover excessive use of cheap gasket sealer, blocked coolant passages and a scored and gouged block that could not have been new. I will now have to repair or replace this engine at roughly half or more of the cost of the whole car.I wouldnt let these guys help push my broken car down the street.

John is wonderful about working around your schedule. Hes honest and explains what needs to be done. Hes always taken good care of me. Limited space around this location.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Don’t take your car here unless you want to be swindled out of thousands of dollars, given horrible, likely un-warrantied parts, and then assaulted.I took my car in a year ago for a broken fuel pump. Somehow that resulted in total engine failure – don’t ask me how, I still can’t wrap my head around that – and I ended up paying several thousand dollars for an allegedly warrantied engine. Not only did he keep my car for months on end, when I did get my car back it wasnt the same. I ended up with a damaged cylinder head a couple months later due to internal engine debris causing damage. When I took my car back so the warranty could cover it, he stated that the warranty would not cover the issue, and that I would be out several hundred dollars. Once I let him know that I had documentation from the dealership which hinted that the debris that caused the issue came internally, there was radio silence. I had to message him repeatedly in order to get a response, until he finally decided to stop replying at all. I asked him where he purchased the engine and the terms of the warranty. After not hearing from him (and him having my car for a couple months again) my fiancé drove down to the shop to ask in person where the engine was purchased from so we could review the terms and conditions of the warranty. Queue angry statements from both mechanics, threats of bodily harm, refusal to answer a simple question, and finally, assaulting my fiancé. Though cameras were there and captured the whole scene, the mechanics conveniently are allegedly unable to access the video (probably because the video will prove that my fiancé was assaulted without provocation.)I am completely disgusted by the actions of these mechanics, and hope to prevent others from making the same mistake I did by trusting these people.Note: This story is true and is reflective of my experience, however it may not be representative of the experiences of others.
