Ive used Glas Tek for many years and have not had any problems or issues with them. Their price is fair and reasonable. They show up when theyre supposed to. The only issues Ive had have been related to manufacturer issues. Thats not under their control - but they will do everything they can to make the repair/replacement happen. Highly recommend them!

Most importantly he answered all of my questions with a positive attitude. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and Greg addressed my concerns confidently and in a reassuring manner. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent! I received a copy of the completed work order and lifetime warranty documentation within a half-hour of job completion. These guys are the one for both insurance and out of pocket windshield replacements; I called 5 shops for quotes through insurance and out of pocket, and Glas Tek was the most affordable. I spent many hours researching auto glass companies in the North part of the Phoenix Metro area and finally found Glas Tek. This is the Third time I have Used Glas Tek to replace my windshield, this time on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU. One week after replacing this one.. Wham! I got a decent size rock chip right in the drivers view. Glas Teck was out to repair it for free within 2 days. I Have found that it is cheaper using Glas Tek and paying cash to replace my windshield every year or two rather than carrying the extra glass insurance and making a claim..

I have been trying to get windshield repair for a month or two now. This place was recommended by google when I did a search for places that take my insurance and boy am I happy it recommended them. The lady on the phone was super friendly and got me an appointment that day!!!! I’ve been waiting a month for safetek!!!!!! They came to my work and the gentleman was super nice and got my new windshield in super fast. I can’t recommend them enough. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do I will gladly call them!

December 2019 I was unfortunate to get a rock chip in the Phoenix area. Looked for the business card that had repaired one for me in 2015. Called Glastek and they scheduled me for the next day at a very reasonable price. Next morning they called to see if they might be able to come a little earlier. Glas Tek is the best in Phoenix. They are friendly, fast, and convenient. They come to you. Recently they replaced a windshield and repaired a huge rock chip for me. In both cases, they were so professional, did a great job and worked through my insurance so there were no out of pocket costs for me. My husbands truck now needs windshield repair and theres no question were calling GlasTek for that. The other guys are just too big, and too busy to answer their phones.

Within a week of installing my new windshield, I had a small chip from a rock thrown up on the freeway. Glas Tek responded immediately and fixed it so the crack wouldn’t travel. It was small enough I have to look closely to find where it was since they did such a good job of sealing the chip. I would highly recommend Glas Tek and I will be using them in the future 👍

It was low enough to feel like a good deal but not so low that I worried about the quality or workmanship. The woman I spoke to on the phone to set it up was very helpful and worked with my insurance company directly, making it easier on me. They were able to come to me the same day I called to replace it, which was incredibly convenient. They also offered $50 cash for the windshield replacement, definitely an extra perk!
