We all know how difficult it is to find a trustworthy and fair body shop / car mechanic. Let me start off by saying that I was super fortunate to have been introduced to Executive Collision Center (ECC) by my good friend who recommended the place and the owner of the body shop, Aksel. Now, it is with great pleasure to recommend his services to all of my friends and family and all those who are looking for a bodyshop. I am taking my time to leave this review for ECC because of the outstanding experience I had here. They definitely set the bar high for what body shop standards should be like.I recently got into a car accident when a person ran a red light and collided head on. Fortunately, there werent any injuries and although I wasnt at fault, I was not thrilled to have to deal with all the paperwork mess especially since my car was a lease that was set to mature in two weeks time. Ive been driving for over a decade and have been involved in multiple collisions over the years, both as a driver and as a passenger. I have gone through some of the worst experiences with body shops one could imagine. Even with body shops that had been recommended by family turned out to be some of the worst and biggest crooks. Ive dealt with shop owners that would promise vehicle completion dates and wouldnt have it ready for another 4+ weeks. Shop owners that would always ignore phone calls and play cat and mouse, all while my vehicle would be collecting dust and accumulating storage fees at their shop. Ive learned some valuable life lessons from my past experiences.When I first arrived at ECC I expected nothing more than an okay experience, at best. I am thrilled to share that I had a complete 180 degree change in how everything went. Aksel was very friendly and patient with the whole situation. From the start to finish, not once did he change his attitude towards the repair like most shops do once they have your business. Aksel explained everything that had to be done and unlike other shops, he always followed through with his promise to call back if I reached him at bad times. His communication with me throughout the whole two weeks it took to get my car back (which was a record turn around for me) set the standard for what every body shop SHOULD be like. Speaking of which, Aksel was working diligently to accommodate my request to get my car back within two weeks as my lease was about to mature and I had to return the vehicle to the dealership. If it wasnt for his persistent communication with the insurance and his parts vendors, I would end up having to pay late return fees to the car dealership and have to deal with an additional headache. That, itself, deserves special recognition and I cant thank you enough for your professionalism and outstanding work ethic. I couldnt help, but notice that all of the auto body experts and technicians at ECC seemed very passionate about their work and that is probably what sets this shop apart from all others.

They do excellent work and go out of their way to help I have used them 3 or 4 times in last 6 monthe
