LG Collision is a very honest, respectable, and fast working repair shop. I have new baby and Im paying college tuition. I was not looking forward to the amount of money my accident was going to cost me. Luis and everyone at LG worked with me to wave most of my deductible cost and even offered to take me home because I didnt have rental coverage! My car looks great. Awesome customer service! WOW!! Just picked up my car, fantastic body work. My car is a new Toyota Camry 2014, with a special paint job and you would never notice that it was every damaged and the paint job was PERFECT!They even washed and cleaned the inside of the car..If your looking to have your car repaired this is the place to bring it. Not only did they do a GREAT job, they saved me a lot of money and saved me on my Deductible.They kept me informed by phone the stages of my repair. And the car was finishedon the date they told me it would be done. This was very helpful because I,m so busy and use my car for work.They did a wonderful job on my car and if your like me you want your car done right.The owners and help, what can I say the BEST!!You will not be disappointed. 5 stars does NOT do this place justice! They are amazing, fast, accurate, and they are affordable! When you need anything done LG is THE ONLY place you need to go! They were able to provide me a tow truck (who was the BEST rate in town), the tow truck came within 45 mins. of me calling! Then from my work I had my truck taken STRAIGHT to LG. LG got it right into a bay, and a mechanic begin working on it. This was the day before thanksgiving, and I was to drive up north to celebrate with my family. I thought there was no way that my car would be done... boy was I wrong! LG collision got my truck in, worked on, and out ALL before I was originally to leave for flagstaff!!!! They absolutely came to my rescue, and they also saved me TONS of money! Thank God for these wonderful people, and a wonderful company! This is the only place I will be going to for now on!

The worst body shop LG Collision don’t-trust the owner he is very nice but lie lie and if he offer you rental reimbursement please get cash because his checks are always returned because he have no money in his account the checks he give you.

LG Collision attracted my attention because they work with you and your insurance company to PAY YOUR DEDUCTIBLE.I took my car in from Gilbert to Chandler because I heard the customer service and body work was exceptional. I could not agree more. This business is family owned and operated and they truly care about the customer and their customers level of satisfaction. This alone sets them apart from all other body shops.I did not plan on leaving my vehicle at the shop but I gave them my paperwork and they took care of all of the insurance mess so I wouldnt have to. It was so nice to not have to keep playing phone tag with my agency.LG Collision also offered me a ride home which was about a 45 minute trip one way and the owner, Luis Gonzalez, personally drove me home. This place will take 3 months on a job that shouldnt take more than 4 weeks...and try to let you drive off in a low quality Fix and repair!!! Never ever again will I come back or recommend to anyone I know! BBB needs to be on alert for this one. SMH shady shady shady UPDATE- about a week later since my review on this shop...and now the Owner LOUIS is down talking me like Im the employee who did the unacceptable job that he tried to pass off on me. Still yet to have get my car back! All he did was talk over me while trying to find out when I can actually get my vehicle out of there shop!

I was told someone would contact me within 45 minutes of my original call to check the status that was two hours ago and after finally getting someone after another 20 minutes of waiting I was hung up on and got no return phone call. I dont care what quality of work they do, with customer service like this, Id rather spend more money to get get better personal treatment and less quality work, but thats just me. My dignity and respect is more valuable than a well oiled machine.

I am so pleased with the service I received at LG. I have gone to them a few times to have them work on my car. They are all very friendly and provide excellent customer service. They really take care of you and I would recommend anyone to use there services. They work with a rental car company as well which is helpful to have when you need another vehicle.Happy customer!

I went to this body shop to fix my corvette 6 months ago, they put in a cheap windshield instead of the heads up display! 6 months have gone by and the owner Louis has told me nothing but lies!!! I have been doing business with LG collision Repair Facility for the past 10 years. This family oriented business understands and is knowledgeable on how to work with the customer. They are fast and provide excelling quality work for not only me, but my family and many friends as well.

Ive been here 3 times unfortunately but they do excellent work. I found something small and brought it back, they fixed it with no hesitation. Ive brought my car here unrelated to an accident and they gave me a great deal. I highly recommend this shop!!

Drunk driver wrecked the front end of my car and I didnt know what to do. A good friend of mine recommended me to go here and wow they are great! I have a $1000 deductible and they waived almost all of it! They detailed the whole car as well. My car looks so good you cant even tell that it was in a wreck.Luis is the owner. I had a bit of damage to the rear of my mini cooper and was in sticker shock from the mini dealer in Scottsdale. Thankfully I contacted Mike at LG. My mini is now back with me and as good as new at a significantly more affordable price. Mini of Scottsdale couldnt have performed a better job and certainly not as expeditiously. LG also picked up and delivered my vehicle for me. This was a self pay so was completely handled by me without assistance from my insurance carrier. The customer service was very good and as stated by another reviewer, they have no problem treating a female fairly. I will not hesitate to use LG in the future or to recommend to my family and friends.

I chose this place because it seemed to overall have good reviews. Not only did the job take much longer than promised, it wasn’t done right. Paint is peeling and my hood and front bumper look terrible. Anything touches the front end and the paint pops off. I’m so disappointed. I have called numerous times and left messages but no one calls you back. I trusted them to fix my 2015 Toyota Camry. I am the type of person I’ll always be a returning customer and refer everyone when I’m taken care of. It’s too bad I have no faith in the work or anyway to possibly rectify it since no one calls back.

The insurance for the car that rear-ended me sent me to this shop. Everyone was very personable, and the repairs to my car look good. I found a small issue when i picked it up, but they repaired that too.The only reason I cant give them 5 stars, is because they had promised to complete the work in a week and it took them 2 instead, which is stressful when dealing with insurance companies.

We had a small accident that caused some damage the rear of Kia Soul, we shopped around to try and find the best price since we didnt want to claim it on insurance. We checked three other body shops and they each wanted to charge us 1300+ for the repairs, we found out about LG Collision from a google search and all the reviewed were good so we called Luis up and got a bid. I have to say that the professionalism and quality of their work was amazing, my car looked like new and they even delivered and detailed it for me. All of this on top of coming up over 600 dollars cheaper than everyone else. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone.One thing to note, if you need to pay with Credit Card you will have to do it at the shop as they cant do it when they deliver.

Hello world...i want to start off by saying that I was extremely stressed about having my car in the shop but this place had put all my worries to rest and assured me everything will be ok and told me dont worry your in good hands and at that point is when I was really nervous...but honestly I got my car back and I was completely and utterly amazed of how much they went over and beyond I came here with a big gash in my car and got my car back and it looked just like it did when I took it off the lot and not only that they took it upon themselves to wash my car so when I pick it up it was nice and fresh...god forbid I ever got to deal with another accident again but if I ever do all my business will go to this company a round of applause and a pat on the back and a thank you to all people at this company for living up to what you say your all about...THANKS L.G. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! They will steel your money! On January 12th my vehicle was recovered stolen by the police. At the time the vehicle was stolen I was provided a rental car from 1/1/19-1/30/19. When the vehicle was recovered I brought it to LG Collision 1/14/19 for them to do the damage inspection and coordinate with Progressive Insurance the damage costs. On the 31st of January, 18 days later after several attempts to figure out the status of the vehicle and emails from the insurance stating they have not had any revised estimates or contact with LG Collision, I decided to stop by the shop and get the vehicle back. I also returned the rental car provided by Progressive the day before on the 30th. When I picked up the vehicle nothing was done to it? My husband and I were furious to say the least and expressed this to Mr. Gonzalez the owner. My husband asked for the return of the insurance money and Mr. Gonzalez said he was still waiting to receive it. Mr. Gonzalez told my husband he would paint the back of the vehicle for $400 and my husband agreed to that. We told Mr. Gonzalez we would take the vehicle elsewhere for the other repairs. When I emailed progressive they said they mailed the check in the amount of $726.25 which they cashed on 1/29/19, funny how Mr. Gonzalez said he never received it. Since the return of the vehicle it took LG Collision 4 months to complete the painting job, which was completed in May. We were told that Mr. Gonzalez was not there on a weekly basis and that the sprayer was down etc. Now it has been 2 months we are still waiting on the refund of $326.25. On May 9th Mr. Gonzalez said he would refund me by the 13th. Still no refund and we are attempting to email call and visit the shop to get in contact with Mr. Gonzalez. I will be starting a small claims lawsuit. Now I have no rental car coverage and the insurance claim is closed. I have several damages to the vehicle I am now unable to recover along with the $326.25 that was paid to LG Collision. This is very unprofessional and wrong not to mention a theft!

Brought my parents car here for front end work after a rear end accident. I as well as my parents are very pleased with the work done. I rate LG Collision number one in customer service; friendly service with a genuine smile, excellent professional workmanship, and reasonable labor costs! They work with your deductable too!. The quality of work I received on my Honda CRV was outstanding. From my first phone call to our final goodbyes everything went smooth, on budget and on time. LG is a little bit low key when you first come in...I later learned it is because they let the quality of their work do the talking for them. I wandered how is it possible for a company to get so many 5 start ratings...Now I know. I rated them all 5s across the board. If you are looking for a body shop...stop looking. I brought my car to them in June 2016. After I had brought my car to them to crunch the numbers I didnt even know they had started working on it as I was waiting for the phone call to say the insurance company had approved. They NEVER called me with updates, I always had to call them and if I didnt call I heard nothing. It took 3 weeks longer than what they said to get it fixed. When I brought my car to them I had 2 working headlights and now I have 1 and the other goes in and out all the time. I brought it back to them 3 times to fix and they are still not working. The last time I brought it back I met with Luis and he said the original part was a used part and they would order a new one, that was almost 3 weeks ago and havent heard anything. They also never put in the side light or cover so I have an open piece by my drivers door. Overall this process has been a nightmare, I picked these people because of all the good reviews but now I would have to say that those reviews are fake. They were paid by my insurance company for a job they never finished and have no intention on finishing, its now 3 months later and I dont believe it will EVER be finished.

Overall, best experience I have ever had with an auto shop. I plan to go to them with future troubles. You can trust their service!!

Worst experience of my life I thought I will go with them because they dont charge for the deductible. But I ended up paying more than my 500 deductible on my rental it was a minor hit on my fender which I was told I was going to take 2 weeks on the second week I was called and told it was done that they needed the check. THEY even came to my house and told the car was going to be cleaned up and ready for me the next day. The Next day comes and I return the rental and call them and guess what! they needed a few more days so now I had no rental so I had to get the rental again because a few days turn in TO A MONTH AND A HALF they stop answering my calls so know I had to go in there office luis is the most rude person ever he couldnt tell me when it was going to get done. I was tooken advantage of because im a women. A two week job took 2 months the rental cost me more than 700$. Good look on them answering your calls.

The owners came out to talk to me and were thoroughly involved in the estimate and communicating with me on the progress and any problems they encountered repairing my SUV. They were friendly and the repairs were very high quality. Also, I had gotten 3 other estimates before going to LG Collision and LGs pricing was competitive.

My family and I have taken our cars here in the past. Usually major work done and weve all been happy with the overall experience and quality. However recently my low cost repair didnt catch their attention and I tried more than a handful if times to get an estimate to take in my car. I gave them everything they needed to give me an estimate and still no call back. Sort of disappointed with this and bummed that I have to take my car elsewhere. They should have more than one person to call people back. I even tried emailing them and surprise surprise they didnt even acknowledge it.

Are not consistent with updates, takes way longer then when they tell you your vehical will be done to actually be finnished. Originally had no lights on dash prior to repairs and few days after repairs check engine lights came on. i went and got codes pulled at Auto zone and Auto zone quoted that it was an issue related to accident concidering that they had to pull off part to repair. I then returned to LG Auto Collison and they refuse to even look at it because they say that wasnt on warranty. I believe they didnt want to fix the issue because they initially told me they would cover deductible and when i went to pick vehicle up they asked me to cover half. Spoke with Louis in management and requested he honor what Allen originally told me which was to cover but wasnt too happy about it and granted my request..👎

Luis the owner took care of our car. It was a lengthy process, but he did keep his word and get it put together and took care of everything.Thank You. Our Airbag light is still on though.

So I guess I need to mention I have had 2 cars there three times over the last 6 months, none of these repairs my fault.They make your car look AMAZING and I cant say enough about the customer service from EVERYONE there. This last time my car was there it was over 7k in damages on a car Ive only had since September of 2013, my brand new 2013 VW GLI....sniff sniff.....This is NOT the recommended shop that Geico (the insurance company of the other party) wanted me to go to, however, being that I have had past experience with them with my Jeep (of which I should have posted a review a LONG time ago), I would not hesitate to go anywhere else. I live in far North Phoenix, and although there a lot of body shops closer, they are worth the extra drive!

Due to their lack of reliable communication I had to keep a rental car for multiple days straight than make multiple 40 minute long trips to get status updates on a wheel installation and receive excuse after excuse about it. The owner repeatedly took pictures of my vin number and phone number while telling me that he would call me back when parts would arrive and never did, they would have taken advantage of me if I didn’t keep coming back than when I visited them for the last time the guy told me they needed a sensor that would cost $25 and will call me when it’s delivered.The call never happened and with all the inconvenience they caused me without offering to provide any form of refund I have decided to never come back again and I do not recommend their service.They helped me when I needed to get my door fixed after being involved in a collision that caused my door to stop opening than they provided a new bumper, and fender, worked on the alignment and suspension and replaced one of my headlights.They take big jobs seriously but you’re better off going somewhere else for a small job like a wheel installation because they won’t care about it.I was led on a wild goose chase where the owner of the company can not keep track of his customers or honor his word unless the other employees are doing the work.Also the receipt they give out is bogus. There are no details on it that tell you exactly what you’re paying for so it can easily be manipulated and used to argue against a refund request.

The worst shop ever scam me over 3k and lost of contact and move shopped, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!

They are unprofessional and quite liars. My particular experience was very bad. They told me it would take a maximum of 2 weeks to repair my car and it took them a month to deliver it to me. I spent a month and days in a rented car. Mr. Luis every time I asked why the arrangement was taking so long, he only told me “calm girl, Ill help you pay the car rent, dont worry”. Which was another lie because now he doesnt answer my calls, my calls go directly to voicemail and he doesnt answer my messages either. They should be a bit more professional and not promise things that they will not deliver. It seems to me a total lack of respect. I do not recommend them at all. And anyone who has a bad experience can talk to their insurance agent and they will put them on a list so that their company does not accept LG collision jobs. Do not show your face.
