Ive been a Giant customer for years but recently changed service to this locations due to pharmacy concerns at another location. Please note though, Ive always received great service with accurate information whenever Charles (red haired gentleman) is on duty. If theres a problem, he will get it resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Most recently during the time when Charles was not on duty, Ive experienced a little issue, at this pharmacy, with correct information received concerning the readiness of my medication for pickup. In addition, the online pharmacy hours need to be updated. The pharmacy does not remain open until 10 pm as listed. One evening I stopped in around 8 pm to pick up some much needed medication only to find out the pharmacy had closed hours earlier. Per customer service, the pharmacy closes at 6 pm. Please update your online information.Thank you Charles for the great service you have provided to me and my family over the years. You are greatly appreciated!

The pharmacy does not know what they are doing. They dont communicate, say they have prescriptions ready for pick up and you show up and then they say they need to contact your doctor for refill prescriptions when they already had it filled. No one knows what they are doing here and I have had a problem every single time I have gone. Changing pharmacies immediately.

I just moved here and I was stunned by the store! It was clean, so clean. And the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially a man named Dave. They all made me feel welcomed and answered my questions with a smile.

A fantastic store for groceries, pharmacy and cleaning products. Employees are extremely helpful. The remote chance they dont carry a product, an employee will put forth the effort and order it for you. Thanks again~~~~

Very poor selection, Atmosphere like shopping in a warehouse.When you walk in you have to navigate around 100 yards of cookies and soda. Not very healthy or smart marking since people are eating less of both. Arrogant manager.Last time I was there and it was the last time, the cash registers were down was told I had to use self -service. I explained I wanted to pay in cash because I was under the mistaken impression you had to use a card for self- service. I was misinformed but instead of correcting me, incredibly the manager actually mocked me. I left my cart and walked out. Finally, holding pens for the shopping carts are so poorly designed that I watched several shopping carts get blown by the wind out the pens and pushed into a couple of parked cars. You think they would at least have some sort of cover and wind breaker over them. Plan on never going to that store, again

This store is so organized and well stocked. But the blonde lady at self checkout was very rude, did not assist us when we needed assistance, and then accused us of stealing gum. Literally screamed and caused a whole scene. That’s annoying.

Brand new store. This store carries the hand scanner so you can scan as you go and avoid waiting in line to pay. Its clean inside for now. Only complaint is that they dont carry all the same items the store they closed down did.

FRUIT FLIES! Giant management, I love the store layout and the selection. All summer Ive encountered fruit flies both on your fruit and in the cases for bagles , and rolls. Tonight was the last straw. I went for what used to be your yummy bagles and encountered nothing short of a fruit fly infestation!! I asked the employee who was taking out all the rolls in and she said yea Ill have to throw away the bagles too , but said she had no answer and to why they have been there all summer. I just dont see this as other local stores and just cant fathom how you could let this issue linger. So either you are a dirty store or you have terrible fruit. Either way it is disgusting. Ill move my prescriptions as well.

Not to bad most employees are very friendly except for the one cashier always got her nose turned up.

The old awful store at this location was closed and demolished. A new, big shiny one (as of early 2018) has been built in its place, and its really good.

Lazy worthless employees walk around with their pants hanging off their asses. Very dirty. The store and the employees.

I like the store but the moron who answers the phone when u call the pharmacy should b Fired...hes super rude and no willingness to help..arrogant and obviously doesnt like his job..and it makes the whole store look very bad
