I live Baskin Robbins the drive thru is pretty fast, the staff is always polite.

Product great, HOWEVER service was very slow.

The website says they are open until 12 am. We were in the drive thru at 8 pm and they told us they werent serving ice cream. Only Dunkin. They were serving coffee at 8 pm on a Friday night but not ice cream?

The one I frequent is located inside of my favorite coffee shop Dunkin Donuts. Its like having the best of both worlds! The ice cream is always delicious. Theres a flavor called Love Potion #31 that I absolutely love. Please get a sample the next time youre there!

A friend of mine told me about the artic pie I think its called its a cookie with ice cream and various theme toppings like peanut butter cups, mint, and. chocolate chip cookies dough. Im sure its super unhealthy but man if it isnt delicious. Like ridiculously yummy.

I love Dunkin and I am here pretty regularly. The employees are always nice and quick. Ive never had any issues here and will keep coming back!

They only get 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars! Everytime I come to this location its always something. They either refuse to serve my boyfreind and I(regardless of the fact that we were first in line) or they have an excuse as to why they cant put our order in. Tonight was the last straw, it clearly says that the place is open until 12am! We showed up at 9:30, and they refused to serve us! The excuse was that they were closed, but it says on the website that it closes at 12 am and if you look up other locations in the area there site say 10pm. Regardless of the fact, we were there at 9:30 pm way before closing time and they would not serve us stating that they were closed. Everyone in there should be fired for pure lack of custoner service!

Would have been nice if we could have finished our ice cream in the store but we got run out store doesnt close till 10 but they ran us out of there at 9

Staff is very rude and rushing your order.. They act like they dont even want to wait on you like you are bothering them. Wow I am a paying customer and your are getting paid to take peoples orders at least be a little nicer.. If you dont like dealing with the public dont pick a customer service job! I work in customer service if I acted the way they do I would be fired
