The sales woman was extremely nice and helpful but after buying I looked up the price at other stores. They charged me three times the normal price. 😡

Extremely overpriced perfumes. Dude showed me something new I was willing to try. Only for me to do a little research after buying the product. I paid twice the price of it.I’m sure one of the reasons why there is no returns and refunds.I will NEVER buy from this store again. Or do your price search prior!

My shopping experience at Fragrances Unlimited was horrible. The customer service at the store is as bad as it gets! The fragrances here are severely overpriced!1st, many of the samples were broken. If the sprayer was broken, you would think the sales person would open another bottle to use as the sample for that fragrance ... Nope!! ... She would move me on to a fragrance that could be sampled. SMH ... It gets worse.The sales person was awful. Everytime I asked to sample a fragrance, she would put a new bottle of the fragrance on the cash register. I thought to myself, she is adding these to the register to help me remember the fragrances I have sampled ... Nope! ... She added every single bottle to my bill. Wow! So I explained I only wanted 1 bottle of perfume. So she begins discounting multiple bottles of perfume. I keep saying I only want 1 bottle. So we finally get down to 1 bottle and no discount! Lol. ... It gets worse.Im on my way out of the store and the sales person yells out, take your business elsewhere! Wow!!!You know what, I will go elsewhere next time. I should have known the place was low level when I saw the NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE sign. So much for shopping local. You can get the same fragrances at half the price online with 100% less hassle!

Massive selection to choose from and theyre willing to bargain on prices on top of all the tons of sales

Over priced inferior product and no exchange /no refund? Huge mistake. Ill go back to Macys, Lord & Taylor and Sephora.
