My experience was very poor!I needed to purchase aluminum trim pieces used on a house.This particular Home Depot has damaged inventory on their shelf.These damaged items have been on the shelf for the past two months. They continue to gift specific ones.Not to mention, the new items are also damaged, but not as bad.Based on my frustration, I requested to speak to the store manager.After explaining and showing her photos of the problem with this specific product/item; she calmly advised me that she would have to contact the manufacturer of the product.I was more than shocked with her comment !I advised her this was a store problem, an inventory stocking problem specifically.I then told her I was tired of wasting my time at this store and was leaving / traveling to the Halthorpe / Arbutus Home Depot store to purchase the product, undamaged which I needed.This is not my first experience with poor inventory and lack of restocking / product control at this store. This has been going on well before COVID struck .Yes, its time to take my business to a more reliable and customer focused store.

I did an online order. It said i would hear something in 2 hours for my pickup to be ready. I still had a 1.5 hour drive back from the eastern shore, so that worked for me. I got there, hadnt gotten a pickup email yet. I had stopped for food on the way there so I would say it was probably closer to 1hr45min since I made the order. Still nothing heard. I waited in the parking lot for the email, maybe 20 mind to give them the chance to tell me it was ready for pickup. Went in the app and I couldnt tell where in the app it would tell me when I placed my order, so I could t tell exactly when the 2hr mark would be. I had only an hour to get home and get to my next appointment so I canceled my order in app and went inside and got my 1 item that I really needed. The other two items from my initial order could wait for another day.I only needed a bag of dirt. How hard is it to pick 1 bag of dirt, 1 pkg of bug bombs and a paint stirer??I didnt have time to deal with it. And I want to give them the benefit of the doubt since it may not have been a full 2 hrs before I canceled the order. Even though Im pretty sure it was. So I only took 1 star off my rating.As for my trip inside to get my bag of dirt. It went well, the girl in the outdoor check out was funny and I enjoyed my brief interaction with her. I got my dirt, and the kids had fun making mud. Thanks!

Put in order online around 11am. Was supposed to be ready same day...wasnt. Was not ready the next day either. Called number listed for glen burnie store and it goes straight to homedepot.com.. got the run around for hours. Finay cancelled order and purchased lumber from 84 lumber.

Equipment rental, who knew? Not busy. Lots of equipment. Fast and easy. Service was surprisingly fast and good. Right tool for our job saved much time, pain and suffering. Rent your tools, great idea.

We visited this Home Depot (Ordinance rd) yesterday 9/1/2021), it was such a horrid ordeal that we will for certain NEVER return to this store!Upon approaching the register, there were 3 employees standing off to the side chatting. I (wife), attempted twice in normal tone asked “is anyone working this register?” When nobody responded or looked over our way, my husband shouted rather loudly “HELLO”! One woman walked over with a “miffed” look on her face, we could tell she was less than happy already.So my husband proceeded to turn the items in our basket, to allow for easy scanning for her. She took huge offense to this. She stated “I can do that myself!” To which my husband replied “well so can I and I thought it would make it easier”. She proceeded to say “I guess I’ll just stand here then and do nothing!”Well, it’s game on at this point! My husband is very upset, he tells her to lose her attitude and also (probably shouldn’t have) but called her Karen. She stated yelling “who’s Karen? My mgr is standing right over there!”My husband said “let me talk to your mgr”She was just yelling “WHATEVER WHATEVER WHATEVER” . And mind you, not once did this “so called manager come over.I repeatedly asked her to please stop arguing with my husband, she didn’t even look at me or pay any attention to me, although I was the person actually doing the purchase ie; handling the money.Completely unprofessional!!

I was here early in the morning. I could find everything I needed with no problem.

The young Lady who was working in the paint department was fantastic. She explained the difference between the paint that would be our best option to work with. Unfortunately I did not get her name. She absolutely was great thank you!! We were there around 4 Saturday.

Great store. I walked in, ask an associate the location of what I was looking for. If found the item checked myself out and out the door I went in under 10 mins. Gotta love it when youre in a hurry!

This store in particular is great. They seem more organized than the other stores in the chain. They have a phenomenal selection and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The clerks are quick, happy and efficient. The store is huge and the inventory is always well stocked. This place gives me wood!

Fantastic experience. This was not the Home Depot I usually went to but the only one that carried the product I needed. After my experience here, I will be using this store from now on. There was a slight delay in my order being delivered to the store, but it was clearly communicated to me via a phone call by a store associate. When my order was ready, I was greeted by an employee right after I parked at the scheduled pickup time. Multiple store associates went above and beyond in helping me still get my order in a timely manner. The employees were kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

Found what I was looking for. Only employee to acknowledge me was when I was walking out the door. Thankfully I know where most things are in the store and needed little help.

Staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable when I need help and ask questions. Will shop there again in the future when needed.

Home Depot is always helpful for projects. Store organization is basically good, employees helpfulH- always love strollling through the garden center. My husband’s favorite is the tool center. They always have lots of good deals and right now, deals are on these sheds. More inside. Plus, There’s a large parking lot with a space open just for you.

The pick-up counter customer service is pathetic. I watched an employee complain about having to go to the back to get a jack lift. When she came back she cried she didnt know how to use it. Then when she figured it out she kept trying to get another associate to roll it as she cried she couldnt figure out how to roll it. Thats after I stood there while 5 associates stood around talking before acknowledging me. Curbside is a joke. Once I pulled up and checked-in. Waited and waited. The car next to me, the guy got out and went in to get his stuff. When he came out he said they aint coming, better go in. So instead of curbside just walk in. Better yet just go to Lowes.

There’s a dude in the paint Dept who literally knows EVERYTHING & I’m bummed I didn’t get his name.Anyway: thank you dude with the black HD shirt who was working in paints today!!

I live local to this one so this is the one I visit the most ,it is a larger Home Depot with the best parking, I purchased the most from this particular location, this week i took advantage of a few great deals they had going on for the Milwaukee brand and bought some new tools, this week was buy a starter battery kit and receive a free tool !!! ill take 3 ! LOL :) A great way to add to my already fantastic Milwaukee tool assortment, try out some new tools and power up with more EXTRA batteries as well !!! :)

Had a return to do from on-line shopping and it went really fast. I even picked up a couple of specials from Memorial Day.

I had a question and called their store. They transferred me to tools. Nobody picked up so the system transferred me back to the first person I spoke with. She then retransferred me back to tools. And the cycle repeated itself...

They do not know how to treat there employees with respect. They belittle them, yell at them and play favorites. I shopped here for years and have also worked at this exact location. They are vary one sided, no sence of understanding and wont listen to there employees. (I dont know if that has changed sence I worked here) last week i came in to get keys made and a little red head called someone for me after that I figured I would grab a new hose. Same nice red head girl helped me to ring out. She was sweet, made me laugh and wished me a good day. I told her not to work so hard because I known how stressful working at home depot is. I came back today for a lawn mower and looked for her but I geuss she was off.

There was a lady that was working here today at the pro services her name is Jackie. Extremely rude, I was only trying to help lift the door and she was rude while she was saying “Nuh uh let it go” bad customer service.

I shop here all the time. But, since they have learned they can sell a lot of stuff from the boxes in the aisles. It is very difficult to navigate through the store now. Especially for US contractors. It gets very frustrating having to look for an aisle that you can push your cart through.

I like their online purchase and store pick up.

I know I can almost always depend on Home Depot having what I need...out on a job site, if I can find a Home Depot when something breaks etc, Home Depot will have a replacement or similar to get me through the day.

Asked two associates for help finding something but neither would help me as they thought it more important to stand around and do nothing and play on phones then help a customer. Finally went to Lowes and an associate immediately helped me find the part I was looking for in less than a minute.

Purchased flow motion activated kitchen faucet by biobidet.com. My son installed it in less than 2 hrs. I love it, just what I needed. Im constantly washing my hands and this keeps my from spreading bacteria. I didnt know once its motion activated that you turn it off that way as well, awesome.

We found exactly what we needed easily. The store is kept clean and neat, staff are readily available and helpful for the most part. My only disappointment was the lack of full service checkouts; only one to 4 self-serve lanes. Thats enough to make me shop elsewhere next time.

Had two cashiers a new girl an older mentor employee Lisa..both some how managed to mess up checkout an never applied our military discount at checkout only when I confronted her about the mistake did I get treated like an inconvenience so if your former or current military def dont recommend this one Lowes is much more RESPECTFUL

Followed around by security the entire time. I almost went to Lowes but I was in a hurry. I still spent $200 after I overheard the loss prevention associate comment to 3 other employees about how she had a, Bad feeling, about me. I even calmly said thank you to her for doing her job and assured her that I have never stolen anything in my life. I often spend hundreds of dollars a week at Home Depot, I think I will start shopping at Lowes.

I always love home depot no matter what. Their selection of plants was not the greatest this time and I understand the circumstances but. The plants were dry and didnt look very happy. At least this one. The one by my house the plants look at lot healthier. I loved the dragonfly.

Just bought a new door for my house. It was the quickest thing ever. Jerry was very patient and knowledgeable about the products. I plan to go back in 1 month to purchase 1 more door.EDIT: I havent received either door and its been 6 weeks. Ill update asap.

The staff at this Home Depot are pretty nice. They dont mind helping if you need help. Sometimes its hard to find someone thats assigned to the area you need but if you find someone from another section they will try to help or call the right person from that area. The 1 thing they started to do that I dont like is to follow you to the register if you buy a big ticket item. My husband and I went here a few nights ago, we had one of the staff members get us a Power Washer. After him walking away a different staff member comes to us and says she has to follow us because he was supposed to and didnt. Okay I get ppl steal but if you have no reason to think Im gunna steal do not follow me around. So she followed us thru the store while we finished getting the things we needed. I felt like ppl were thinking we were stealing and she was following us because of their suspicions. If they think someone is going to steal they should watch them on camera. It kinda made me very uncomfortable. Now Ive been watched in certain stores but never to this extent. It kinda makes me not wanna come back.

It seems as if I am lately at Home Depot every other day. Either picking up or returning. A very interesting place of business.

I recently had surgery, was bored, and decided to go shopping and utilize the mart cart (go-cart). It was a good experience and it got me out of the house. Associates could use more knowledge of their area and/or products to offer customer assistance.
