This UPS store is the ONLY store I do business with now! The workers at this location are absolutely amazing! There’s always a very warm & upbeat atmosphere anytime I come in. The manger, Christopher, is always so friendly and helpful no matter the situation! These guys are truly the best at what they do and I’ve personally never experienced this kind of customer service at any other location.

Best UPS store I have ever been to hands down! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by a nice young man name Chris , he was very knowledgeable of his job and got me out of there in know time! I came in to return a pool I brought from Amazon. I didn’t realize it wouldn’t be the same as a normal Amazon drop off. The man at the counter was very kind in explaining the process to me. It was some of the best customer service I had ever had

This UPS location is great. There are friendly knowledgable staff members employed here. One young man in particular, Mr Jacobs is always willing to help in anyway. He goes above and beyond. Great young man.

This is the best UPS store to go to. There are 2 UPS stores closer to my area but I always come to this one. Mr. Megaladon always makes the experience better. Im always greeted as soon as I walk in and he always he a great joke.

This store is bad enough were I go to the mechanicville ups store instead.Simple text: I have Amazon return. Employee says we dont take amazon return , I go to mechanicville ups store. They took my Amazon return.Also the young black dude and other employee got that it aint my problem attitude when they didnt take my Amazon return. ( I have mechanicville receipt for proof)

My wife and I have been here a few times, both for notary services and shipping services. Each time, weve been lucky enough to work with the owner and have received absolutely stellar service. Ive seen professional jugglers that couldnt keep as many things in the air as this guy. He can be notarizing something, while shipping something for someone else, answering another persons questions and answering the phone, all at the same time, with each person feeling like they are his priority.

The The UPS Store at 9962 Brook Road in Glen Allen is your fairly typical UPS Store. The staff at this UPS Store location are very nice. I drop pre-labeled packages off here all the time so that their UPS driver can take get them on their way faster. Never a problem. They are always helpful.Plenty of parking in the big lot there, though very limited spaces right in front of the door if you are offloading something big or heavy.

Fast service always with a smile. They did an excellent job preparing and packaging what I was shipping. They also were able to sell me some Forever stamps saving me a trip to the Post Office and their long lines. I have been going there for years and the owners are great people as are everyone else that works there

Customer service is not dead. Brandon went above and beyond for my special requests with a smile on his face. My day got better at UPS who wouldve thought.

When theres a global pandemic and its required by the state, wear face masks. Out of a half dozen employees, only one was responsible enough to wear one.

I had to change my delivery to come to the store because they would not leave my package without a signature. They charged $5 more dollars for the change on top of my $20 to get it faster. Then I went to pick it up and they closed five minutes early. I have to wait another day and now Im three days from where I paid for early delivery and should have just set up for standard shipping. I put partial blame on best buy, I just wanted to pick it up at the store!

I came into the store a couple weeks ago. The guy behind the counter was irritated because the ac was broken. Clearly did not want to deal with anybody. I had a package going to Germany (1.6lb). Without weighing it or asking for the zip code he quoted me $200. Needless to say I walked out. I send all my packages internationally via ups and never paid over $50. Today I went to the ups store on pump rd and paid $39.37. I have the receipt to prove it. Dont know what his deal was. Just thought I let people know to be aware

The UPS Store at 9962 Brook Rd. is actually a place I look forward to visiting during the day. Friendly faces, helpful employees, and I always feel like they go above and beyond in trying to help me. The way a business should be run!

The website shows store open at 8:30 and the door sign says the same. Its 8:59 am and place is locked up and closed. Monday morning people waiting outside???

The staff was friendly, but UPS requested that I pay to print a UPS package slip. Seems ridiculous to ship a package and pay to print a prepaid package slip sent via email.
