Nice Store! It had everything I was looking for. Wide aisles & nice variety (thats refreshing in these days when a lot of stores have half empty shelves!). Plenty of open checkout lanes. Nice fresh produce & meats!

Pharmacy was great. Had to come to this location as it had my medication in stock. Was getting a migraine and the pharmacy folks almost had it ready when I got there in a few minutes. Pharmacy staff was so helpful in getting the package opened for me so I could take my pill.

We dont have a Publix near me. So I go there when I go to my Moms. They have everything. I love the Sushi. The bakery has tasty sweets.

The parking lot is spacious and clean. Everything on sale we looked for was well stocked and represented on the shelves. They have super cool bogo things each week. Employees were very friendly. Grab a Starbucks drink while youre there.😍

This is my favorite VA Publix. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Im like other Publix that I have visited the staff offers samples so you can get additional products from the deli. She was so help to us. They never disappoint.

Love Publix, but this location hardly ever has the specific soda I drink, Zero Sugar Canada Dry Ginger Ale, Cranberry, which is why I didnt give it 5 stars.

The staff is always very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The aisle arrangement is logical and I can almost always find what I need, regardless of how exotic it may seem.

Always helpful a considerate, fantastic selection of products, and some really good store brand products. Most notable of which is their store brand ice cream. It better than any name brand Ive tried.

I went to get my covid vaccination. Same day service walked in filled out paperwork got shot. No appointment needed. Then I picked up a few groceries. Produce dept was clean and stocked. Nice deli.

Great hot food choices with great taste had an issue with self checkout they worked on it but it was a system malfunction but they kept at it and was fast friendly and Courteous always a good place to shop.

Friendly and clean grocery store. Find the BOGO deals! You can buy one and theyll give it to you half price. No need to buy 2 for the BOGO. The only issue I have is that when you begin to like something they discontinue it. Bring back Sea Cusine! Bring back the Fire Steak from Evol!

BOGO deals are great as is the customer service: top marks for produce; meats and fish tend to be expensive. Bakery items taste great as does the fried and rotisserie chicken.

Publix is my favorite, good deli, good bread, Starbucks and a very clean store.

Publix: The best at making a wrong, right. Most fair, most true to word store I have ever shopped.

If you can give the deli an extra half hour to get your sub ready, you will be happier. This includes preorders. Food is good, just dont go if you are in a hurry. Never got one on time and often have to wait even after doing a full shop.

This was my first visit to a Publix and I was impressed. The store was very high end, clean, well stocked and had a wide variety of products. Of course, remember that this is a premium grocery, not a discount grocery, so prices will reflect that. I wouldnt drive across town to get here, but I wouldnt mind if a Publix opened up near me. Lots of prepared food and a cafe. Awesome cheese bar and a solid wine and produce selection.

Friendly and personal staff. Service is excellent. Will order products for you if they do not carry. Always easy to get in and out. My favorite supermarket and pharmacy.

Best prices and the service us second to none

There was no chairs to sit on while doing the laundry. Also there was no laundry carts to put your wet clothes in to transport to the dryers.

Went looking for an odd item. The clerk looked up the item and told me exactly where the item was on the isle. Very helpful and saved me a lot of time.

One of the most sparklingly clean grocery stores Ive ever been in. Everything is perfectly arranged and in neat order with nice, clear aisles.Prices are a little high, but its super convenient. I recommend checking out their clearance section. Their sandwiches are made with care and very delicious.

Great grocery store. Has a big wide parking lot which makes parking close to the store easy. Also the store as three entrances which is nice. Very clean and easy to find what youre looking for inside. Lastly the staff have always been friendly and eager to help.

Well i was taking my break at the cafe and some managers walked over and told that customers were complaining about me saying that I was sleeping but I was not I had my head on my arm and my phone on my lap watching a video on my phone. They made an assumption without asking me if I was sleeping. I felt embarrassed and singled out. The whole situation screamed bias.

The store experience was amazing, friendly and professional staff. Store well organized. We were in for the prepared meals and purchased fried chicken and then also picked up some tenders for the kids. The food was as good as recommended, my child did experience unfortunately a hard piece of plastic that he bit into. Did call the store to let them know, the customer service rep was very helpful and professional.

Place looks great. Too bad the lactose free milk I bought with a last sale date 3 weeks out was sour. When I returned it for a refund they didnt ask why. I figured I better tell them before they put It back in the case. Customer service couldnt care less, didnt even apologize. Went to Kroger to buy fresh milk.

THIS is the best supermarket I have been to since Ukrops. My family has been trying to find a suitable replacement for years...Public, particularly THIS location has the best, most courteous employees I have interacted with in decades!Everyone, including the pharmacists, is fantastic.Do yourself a favor and stop by this Publix.

I ordered a very simple Star Wars cake for my daughters birthday and was less than impressed on how it turned out. It did taste fresh and was good but it looked like it was made at home instead of something that was $32 from a bakery. The writing on the cake was not neat at all and the light sabers on the sides of the cake were thick at places and thin at places and definitely didn’t exactly portray what it looked like in the picture. So to sum it up, tasted good but with the presentation it failed.I was trying to put a picture to show exactly what I mean but haven’t quite figured it out.

Really nice store, interesting organization. For me though, hardly any vegan products (less than Martins had, which is actually kind of pathetic), and the bakery is incredibly small. Ill stop in for a few things since its close by, but not to do my shopping. 3 stars for selection and I wandered around for 25 minutes before someone offered to help me find tofu (its in a corner of produce, same size as food lions section)

Publix is a very nice addition to the Richmond area. Excellent customer service with a genuine smile from what you want in a grocery store. Comes with a nice deli and a meat department with butchers on site, also a nice wine section if youre into that. Its like taking a step back in time when you think of friendly.

Have you tried the fried chicken!?! Seriously don’t walk. Run to this place. I think their store brand is even better than some of the name brand products. It’s always on par at the least! Finally no loyalty card to punch in! I’m not kidding about the fried chicken. Go get it.

Publix is no where near our home or work but we go out of our way 3 or 4 times a month to shop here. Especially when planning get togethers. They always have what we need & more. The staff is always helpful & check out is always a breeze.

Everyone is always so helpful. I switched from another chain pharmacy about a year ago. The Publix pharmacy is significantly cheaper and both the automated and in-person services are awesome!

Went for a birthday cake for my daughter. They have excellent quality cakes. All went very well and Ill be back for sure.

Visited the new Publix market that opened in our neighborhood today. One word--wow. Feels like the supermarket of the future--great floor plan, warm, clean design, jampacked with all kinds of stuff--some of which I havent seen before. Bakery, international aisle, deli, seafood, salad bar, ready-to-go meals, pharmacy, a Starbucks, and lots more. Welcome to Richmond Publix...

Very nice store but a little more expensive with many items. I like the selection of Boars Head deli meats and the bakery desserts looked really good. I will give them a try on some of those items in the future. I tried the fried chicken at the deli counter which was salty and overall not very good. I will be sticking with my Kroger store as I save lots of money on the prices and weekly sales there.
