Terrible customer service. The manager in the office must have been having a bad day. He was cursing at a UPS driver about dropping off in the front instead of the back. Then proceeded to take it out on me. He actually ask me did I not have a local home health supply company in my hometown I could use instead of Lincare. My answer was no because Im from a small town and had always dealt with Lincare. I should have turned around and left and took my business elsewhere.

Great group of people who truly care about their patients! Highly recommend!
