Im going out of town in the morning & forgot to get my daughters prescription refilled, so after attempting to contact our normal pharmacy & realizing they were closed, I went over here attempting to see if theyd refill her prescription for her & they happily did so & very quickly at that! Garrett was wonderful & a joy to work with. After learning that you also deliver, well probably be switching over to you for all our family needs. I love it pharmacy, but you guys have better, more convenient hours & again, the service was great!! Im very impressed!!

Most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever encountered!!! My Dr sent them a prescription for my CPAP machine. When I called a week later to check on the status, I was told that they WOULD NOT get this order from my Dr filled. I work in Glasgow and have an address there and an address at my primary residence a few counties away. The manager stated that I need to have it filled elsewhere because Glasgow wasnt my primary residence even though I live there most of the time. I will be reporting them!

I would not recommend purchasing a recliner lift chair from Glasgow Prescription. First off, it is highly overpriced and most importantly (or frustrating I should say) they dont have a return policy. Maybe it was in the documents I signed, but this no return policy was never verbalized to me. What really disappoints me about Glasgow Prescription is that we had the chair less than a week before my mother was placed in hospice and other places would have taken it back. I recommend purchasing from Ashley furniture or Van Home Care as they have a return policy on recliner lifts...or maybe they just care about customer service and customer retention. I am highly disappointed in Glasgow Prescription as they should have at least looked at the chair for any damage. I highly recommend purchasing medical equipment elsewhere; there are other, more better options in the Glasgow area.

I love Glasgow Prescription Center. I went to another local pharmacy for 45 years. I had a motorcycle wreck and my local pharmacy had a new tech the day that I came home. I needed a way to get around as well as to use the restroom. The place that I knew for all of my life would not help me. Yes if I had called the owner it may have been different. Instead I called Josh explained my situation who my primary care doctor was. Josh the greatest stated yes that he would help me. I only knew him from coming in to the old location purchasing things as well as bugging him for allergy medication. It was almost closing time that day. I spoke with Bryant Boston as well as Malissa Stephens. They were the nicest people ever. It was closing time for them but they didnt let me know. They sent out the kindest guys a Randall Norris and a Mr. Vance that was to my house within minutes. It was more than a blessing. People I barely knew went out of the way to help me. I had rode home from Nashville so I cant tell you or anyone how desperate that I was as well as hurting and needing to use the bathroom. These people from Glasgow Prescription Center came to my rescue. The next day I switched all of my prescriptions to that pharmacy. When I was at my worst and most desperate they came through for me and was nothing but kind, considerate, caring, friendly, and fast. Since then as I previously stated. I switched my prescriptions to them and they are the best. I felt guilty at 1st as I said that for 45 years that I had gone another place. The old pharmacy called apologies but when I was in the most pain of my life, scared and needed help that it what I got from Glasgow Prescription Center. People that was kind, considerate, compassionate, as well as fast. I was in so much pain from the ride and in desperate need. I could never praise them enough. I was a very independent person so I had never been in such a state of need. Words cant explain to anyone how thankful that I am for them that day.I transferred my prescriptions and have had the best experience with them. Josh, April at the pharmacy was the 1st sweet little lady that I met, as well as Chad and other kind people in the pharmacy. They are always helpful kind and the price seems to be cheaper.I then needed a lift chair as the one that I was using was my grandmothers. I checked around on line, Bowling Green and other places around Glasgow. Glasgow Prescription Center came to my rescue again. The chair I purchased that has been my life saver, as it has been where I have had to sleep for 2 years. This is the most comfortable chair that was priced way under other local places as well as on line. Another local pharmacy had the same exact chair but was 500.00 higher. Bryant explained everything about the chair from the warrenty to how I could also use the handle to charge my phone with convenience. Malissa, Karen, Candice, Donna were also so sweet and helpful as my Aunt also purchased a lift chair that day.Randall, and Mr. Vance delivered the chair fast and stayed while I used it a couple times to make certain nothing was wrong with the chair. Its been another blessing as I have had to sleep in the chair due to my situation. If anyone is in need of anything they are the best most knowledgeable people to ask as well as to sit it up in your home and make sure everything is in order. I could never praise them enough. My aunt was also extremely pleased with her chair, the knowledge about the chair and extremely kind staff. She loves her chair and uses it daily. My mom has also been looking into purchasing a chair from them as no need to look anywhere else. They have the best quality chair warranty as well as the best people working hard that explains the policy of the chair. I wish that I had posted it sooner as it may have benefited others. Previously, I purchased a lift chair for my grandmother and the quality of her chair compared to mine cant be compared. They have the best quality price as well as the kindest staff available to help as well as to deliver the chair. Thankful
