Great location for me! Employees are very helpful. Isles are wide. Most customers wear masks and of course,the employees wear masks. Place looks clean snd deli is nice.

Stopped in to pick up a few items passing through Glasgow. On the small side so dont expect lots of options. We found most of what we were looking for including some nice cupcakes from their bakery. Clean store and friendly staff.

Passions is a very nice and clean store they gave me one problem trying to get some rolls of quarters to do some laundry at the laundromat one of the employees was a little hateful about that and would only give up one roll of quarters but upon a future trip to Houstons I was able to get two full roll of quarters with a smile their prices are great their store is always clean and neat and with the exception of that one experience Tony gives houses one thumbs up and Glasgow Kentucky

Item selection is good, but there are cheaper stores to get the same brand. However, sales are usually what gets me in the store to shop. IGA offers great fresh produce and their bakery/deli is impressive. The store staff is always kind and helpful when needed.

Out of the 3 houchens that are in Glasgow. This one is our family favorite. The store is always well stocked and very clean. They have a great meat section with always fresh looking products. The bakery has the best cakes in town in our option. Always there to help you with anything you are looking for, and are glad to serve you. There is hardly ever a long wait at the register if they see that they are building a line they get other cashiers up front quick to give you great service.

All around the store & employees are very good. Large selection of produce & day to day items. Employees provide assistance with knowledge of ism location, product availability, an professionalism. Only downside is this location is often busy. Very popular with the local citizens.

If it wasnt for Food Lion, Houchens would basically have a monopoly on the Grocery Store industry in Glasgow. Its not Houchens fault, but its true nonetheless. I find their prices to be quite a bit higher than Walmart; however, Walmart is not a true grocery store with anywhere close to the variety that Houchens provides. I guess its more like a quality over quantity situation. Houchens has a great selection of non-perishable items, but the reason why I go there is for fresh, seasonal, fruits & vegetables. As part of their superior selections, they carry Kentucky Pride products, which means that the food was locally sourced, & NOT shipped in from Central or South America where God knows what all kinds of preservatives &/or pesticides are drenched all over the food. For anyone who has ever been around a garden in their life, nature dictates that fruits/vegetables will rot/spoil in a relatively short period of time. Although it may sound strange to purposely purchase food that only has a shelf life of 2-3 days, but that alone is proof that the products are natural & arent soaked in preservatives. The point that Im getting at is, its worth it to pay just a few dollars extra in order to keep all the chemicals off of your food & out of your body. And locally, Houchens is the only (besides Food Lion) show in town that offers Real, Fresh, preservative & pesticide free, locally sourced food

Went in at almost 10 at night. Kids working were unprofessional and rude, cussing and more worried about their phones and talking to each other rather than helping customers. The asst. manager was there and allowing this all to happen. I always thought Houchens had higher standards then that....guess I was wrong.

Highest prices in all of Glasgow grocery stores unless a store sales item, the store has a poor clean appearance, staff is very polite and courteous, not all of their stores are stocked the same, only the main store on Roger Wells Blvd. has all the items they list.

One of two Hitchens in Glasgow, clean store from what I could tell. To be fair I didnt spend enough time there to elaborate on prices. Employees seemed friendly.
