I scheduled a pick-up for groceries between 7 and 8 pm. I got here right at 7 pm and it is now after 9 pm. I called several times and they said they were getting it. I call now and it goes to voicemail. It would not shock me a bit if they say they dont have my order or they accidentally gave it to someone else. The pictures below show me waiting as other customers come and go throughout the two plus hours. They get a -5 out of 5 stars and I will never do this again!!!!

Did curbside pickup, friendly associate, ready as soon as I checked in. Love this option. Hope they never stop offering this service

The employees at this Walmart are so nice, friendly, and helpful! From the gentleman who helped me last night in electronics (dont remember his name, but he also enjoys video games, had an anime or manga mask, tall w/long hair) to the lady who helped me at the self checkout last night (blonde) to the lady in electronics this morning who helped my friend with a TV, each of these employees went out of their way to be helpful. Also, overall friendliness throughout the store, greeting as I walked by, or entering/exiting. Store is above average for cleanliness, including restrooms.

I love going to Walmart because of the selection but there are not that many employees that will take the time to help you. Their customer service definitely needs improvement.

I ordered my little girls birthday cupcakes and cake and I think the womans name was Becca she did an awesome job they were perfect I asked her to do a unicorn theme and they came out more than I expected. Thank you!

2 cashiers were very rude. Both young females. One was completely resistant to asking for her not to let my clothes touch the conveyor belt. The other implied I was trying to steal. I told my cashier I had 2 cases of cans. Then the adjoining employee acted as if I did not tell my cashier when I had.

Used the Pick up feature. They always have music outside to kill the noise of any traffic, etc. Its nice to listen to to kill the time waiting. Parking lot is very clean, no shopping cart clutter. Basically it doesnt look ghetto.Wait time for my items to be brought to me was a bit longer then usual but typically once I get there my items are in my trunk within 10 minutes. Staff is always nice and well groomed.

I like Walmart quite a bit. Was not too busy this time around and had good customer service this go around. Dont get there as much as I once was able too now that dont have a car due too bad luck have had past 8 months. But keeping head up. Recommend Walmart as awesome store.

Shelves are rarely stocked. When products are available, they are too high to reach. If you ask for help, the employees act like it kills them to give assistance or even reply to a simple question. Most employees are too busy on their cell phones or chit-chatting with each other to notice customers are needing assistance, or that they are standing in customers way. (Employees love to stand in the middle of the aisles.)The employees who are doing the curb side shopping will hog the aisles as well and practically run you over with their shopping carts. They also hate it when someone asks them where something is.The check out lines are super long and I usually have to wait in line for at least 15 minutes, but there have been times when Ive waited in line for almost an hour.The cashiers are either super slow or super annoying with their constant chit-chat.If you try and call and talk to a manager to complain about something, you get transferred to their office or the service desk. If you arent hung up on during the first transfer, youll get transferred to five different locations and THEN get hung up on.If Glasgow ever gets a decent competitor in, Im shopping there. The Walmart in Glasgow is the worst Ive ever been to.

Very well organized. Everyone was Very Friendly!!!! Prices within reach. Atmosphere was Great. Everyone seemed as if they liked being there, instead, that it was just a job. Clean. HOWEVER, I did not go n2 the Restrooms. Thanks!

I was on my way to Tennessee and I stopped at this Walmart and they had some of the greatest sales going on got all kinds of clothes for my son my daughter my wife and my grandson if youre in that area code check it out theyre on sale

Food City has a wide selection of everything we needed for our recent trip to the area. They also have rewards program as well. If you are there for one visit and do not want to join, let the cashier know and they will accommodate by giving you the rewards price!

Clean and organized. Had what I wanted in stock which usually isnt the case. Not busy at all and was a positive visit

Each Walmart is a little different. I’m sure it’s hard to keep inventory for all they carry but tools for whatever machine should be stock inventory. (Cricut air explorer 2)

Tires and clothing how can you go wrong. Staff was helpful and had a great attitude. Second time there in three days.

Ill never buy another set of tires from Walmart. I sent my wife to put a set of tires on my sons truck they charge her for things they didnt do like check the tire pressure sensors when it doesnt have them, sold her a wheel balace warranty on 2 tires, not 4, that she didnt ask for charged her to dispose of 7 tires and then told her they couldnt get one wheel off. So when I get home the next day I take the wheel off, with a tire tool, and sent my son back over. He told them to put the white wall on the inside, after he waited 2 hours he came back to get the wheel and the white wall was on the outside. When he ask them to change it they told him they didnt have time, he would have to come back the next day. Then before they would give him his wheel he had to pay them again for the same thing they charge my wife for earlier.They have lost my business for life and hopeful ever person that reads this.

Pretty well stocked and large open parking lot for my RV to get in and out of. Also, Walmart Beer & Wine shares the same lot.

Messy, no workers to be found, & only 1 ck out isle open...but a lady will be more than happy to self ck out. I called store & asked if they would open another register. I asked an employee, got angry look. Mgr finally came out & said they didnt have money. Ive never seen a bank run out of money.

Besides the overly crowded setting Im ok with walmart. I prefer not to go there a lot of the times but they do have some good deals every now and again.

I was in a dire situation on 5/20/21. I live in Nashville and was traveling home for a family emergency in hazard Kentucky.I was stranded without gas at Exit 8. No cell reception. A Good Samaritan stopped to help at 6:30 am. She drove me to Walmart-Glasgow to buy a gas can and fill with gasoline.The store was not open and the lady who helped was late to work.Billy was a saving grace and spoke to a manager and helped me by allowing me to enter the store and pay for the gas can at self checkout.I had no other option.I will be calling WALMART US Corporate to be sure that the execs are aware of the hospitality and customer service I received; which enabled me to make it to my hometown of Hazard before it was too late.There were “naysayer” employees-SHERRY to be exact—who spoke nastily to me without knowing the situation.I will be sure to let the highest execs know all the details of the situation—especially so that they can view the security cameras to perceive the scenario.I’m thankful for Billy. He needs to be promoted and I will push for that.

One of the most misserable experiences in shopping on Wed June 9th. The shelves were not stocked and the call in employees would run you over with their carts, if you didnt step aside. As soon as a competitor comes to town Ill support them with my business. Shelves not stocked 3 weeks in a row

My husband and I are travelling in the area and had a car tire leaking air the mechanics at Wal-Mart fixed the tire very quickly and for a very reasonable price

Workers in electronics dont seem too know very much about the products in there department. When ask if they can atheist look up on there website about certain products they have some employees who are rude and say internet is everywhere were busy doing our job. Will leave at that. Not all Walmart are this way just had couple personal experiences toothis myself.

The supercenter in Glasgow, KY is a lot better than the one in Bowling Green. I dont mind driving a little farther to do my shopping.

Usually have what you need. Shop before 7 am or after 10 pm for low traffic times.

Had a screw in a tire and they were able to fix it on a Sunday.

Typical WalMart experience and I mean that in a good way. The store was clean, well lit and had sufficient cashiers and self checkout lanes to minimize waiting despite a rather crowded store on my visit.

Always wonder if it will be the time I make someone famous.

We were on a camping trip to Barren River State Park and discovered we needed an extension for our black line at the campground. We headed to Glasgow and the Walmart. They had what we needed in an easy to find area. We also picked up some food items and shampoo. I will say that Walmarts supply chain is still slow to recover from COVID and resupply of certain goods was sparse.

Walmart keeps moving everything and you cant find anything it was not worth one of the time before but they got a little bit of everything youre buying packing the chicken and some underwears very handy get your cat food your paint tires

Jeez I hate having to shop at Walmart. I dont mind the ability to buy milk & bread, a hunting license, flowers or tires all in one store. I wish they would go back to 24/7 as I preferred shopping at night while there was less people. I went for tires and had a 3 hr wait.

I needed a laptop for school. I got a laptop for school at Walmart. Cheap, and reliable. Plus got an external HD. And microwave sd for phone. Got insurance and protection plan. Well, once in a while, I do have e a nice experience at walmart. At least in the tech. Department, the two guys are very knowledgeable for all their products including when items are sold out. Great job guys. If Walmart allows me to tip yall I sure would.

This store should be closed. Threw the years I have been to this store about 5 times,thinking that maybe it has changed. There produce department is a wreak. Paper and other stuff laying all over the floor. I have watched employees walk right over different stuff that could be a trip hazard. You can walk to any department and see stuff laying all over the floor. The Walmart I usually go to is Bowling Green and sure you will find a few things out of place but nothing like Glasgow. I live 35 miles from this place and you will never see me in that store. I dont feel safe there. They have people loitering all over the store. They come in with nothing and leave with nothing. Kinda makes you think of there security dept. COME ON WALMART,,,DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STORE!!!!!!!!

Walmart is my #1 favorite store thats in Glasgow Kentucky they keep it clean and spotless and has friendly workers.

Nice Walmart to go to, its a clean one stop shop and I have never encountered a rude or inappropriate employee in any Walmart. The issues I have with this Walmart, in general, is not the store in particular, but their telephone answering system and apparently this is not just with my local store, I was told this answering system is being used with every Walmart store. I tried calling my local Walmart phone number in Glasgow, Ky to get the store hours and some foreign person kept answering the phone, which I couldn’t understand or could barely hear. I tried calling four different times before someone else answered that I could finally understand and I was able to get them to connect me with the actual store in Glasgow. I feel it’s safe to say that I’m not the only one who has had an unprofessional experience such as this. By this occurring, it made me feel as though Corporate Walmart didn’t value their customers or respect their local customers needs enough to even talk to them. I hope this is not the case. Please give the local people the courtesy and respect they deserve, after all we are what has made Walmart what it is.

An employee was walking around in her vest with her ID on her lanyard, I asked her if she could find me help for the bakery department, she replied, No, Im on my lunch break. And walked away. Do not represent yourself as an employee if youre not willing to help a customer.

Truly hate going inside its always a mad house, but love the pick up and go service.

They are just so great! I was super late for my pickup order, and though pickup was closed, a regular customer service desk employee went and dug it all back out for me, loaded me up, and took care of me!! 😁 Stellar customer service!!

Some of the rudest people shop here. And by all means, do not interrupt two employees conversation by asking for help. Horrible service
