The service at this place is the worst i ever experience in my lifeThe person working there is very rude and unfriendlyShe shouldnt be working there & dealing with customer because of her i wouldnt ever go there again .I had a birthday party scheduled for my daughter& needed 30 tables with 160 chairs & jumper and etc .I called them 4 times trying to set up delivery she was acting lime i was taken her away from her afternoon nap & she said i Dont have time to deal with this !!What ??? U are there to help customers & you get paid for itUnfortunately because of her & her actions not returning my call after several massages & calls i had to drive all the way to san jose & use Campbell partyThey were very nice & priced cheaper than themI do not recommend these guys to anyone !!!You can find better service & cheaper rate other placesBeware!!!!

Received the jumping house late, 2pm. Didnt get any banner for my sons bday party. They said it was because I wasnt home a day before to receive it 🤔😒 . Well, they wouldve calle to let me know they were coming a day before to drop it off. I was home by 6, what time did they get here!? This is the 2nd time that happens - no banner -

They always have the pinatas we are looking for that we cant find anywhere else! But the candy last time that was inside it tasted like it was two years old so this time we put our own candy inside.

The lady behind the counter saw my car, came outside dressed up as Elsa, came out dented my car and told me to buy something. I came inside and the lady told me to pull her hair. I did and I saw Jennifer Pullerston. She then threw me into the back and made me dress up as Buzz Lightyear for Wienerschnitzel’s Chili wiener celebration. I was so embarrassed I ran out and got my wiener stuck.

This is a great place to take care of most of your party needs. They can create custom centerpieces and candy displays. Their bounce houses, chairs and table rentals are reasonably priced. And best of all, their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job with my daughters party items.
