Employees at the store are wonderful sales are pretty decent. The security guard was extremely rude. I was with my family walked in and out of the store 2-3 times. I walked near the exit and he blocked it off saying in or out, if youre going out then stay outside. We have a counter and youre messing it up super rude. Could have said it much nicer. Completely ruined my experience no regard for kindness for the customer.

I visited the su glass hut today! I had a cloth mask on ..it was really hot and I have a.deveated.septum. THE LADY CASHIER SAID I HAD TO COVER MY NOSE . I WAS TRYING TO TALK BEHIND THIS MASK . AND SHE HAS.A PERSONALITY OF A DOOR KNOB.AND JUST GLARED AT ME! IT HARD ENOUGH RIGHT NOW TO DEAL WITH ALL THIS HELL WE HAVE BEEN PUT.THROUGH..HELL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING.I HAVE SPENT ALOT OF MONEY IN THE PAST.THERE . I SAID ARE YOU KICKING ME.OUT? SHE SMERKED AT ME . I JUST LEFT AND WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!

Matthew (726996) greeted us as we walked in and was friendly. I asked about food joints, he let us shop and try frames on without being overbearing. We left and came back to purchase a pair of Versace’s! He was cool, talkative, friendly and polite. The ASM who was on duty was the coolest! Great team atmosphere in this location, clean, organized and thebstuff is fun and makes you feel comfortable as a customer. Especially when you spend $300+ on glasses! We will come visit again!!! I want to purchase a pair of Oakley’s and Prada’s! Thanks guys!!!
