The staff was very friendly and polite. Christian was especially helpful in helping us try to find what we were looking. He showed us time in looking around and was patient in answering tons of questions without being overly eager to make a sale. We had previously went to other jewelry stores in the same shopping area and had very opposite experiences. Thank you Christian and thank you Zales!!

Got excellent customer service on June 11, 2017, from Ms. Ramirez, and the following day from a young, sleek suit guy. Bought a gorgeous enhancement ring. The excellence of customer service ended there. When returning home, I unfortunately lost both the ring and the receipt. I contacted Zales customer service in order to get a copy of the receipt to file an insurance claim, and was told that I would need to visit the store.As that was physically impossible, I wrote the store a letter a month ago. I consider it a very bad customer service NOT TO REPLY AT ALL. Emails are delivered in seconds, and it doesnt take a lot of time to write one. It would be polite to let me know whether or not it is possible to get a copy of the receipt - I provided them the information needed. If that is not enough, it would be nice to know. I loved that ring, and believe me, it hurts to have it lost before even wearing it. All I was asking was some help.

I so miss Loyd he was the Best Manager their. Now they have a young girl named Yarely Ramirez who is on a superiority level with attitude that likes to make the costumer feel like you are intruding on their space. She and her co worker were so rude. Didnt do my Inspection correctly nor want to clean my Jewelry I had purchased their. I even came in with my Diamond Warranty. I had to ask for a cleaning to be done. So rude she even gave a sarcastic comment that I could go to another Zales Or Kay Jewelers and made a point to let me know where it was at. Guess I will NOT be purchasing any more Jewelry with Zales =)

The store is fine and customer service is great. The people giving out 1 stars either didnt get an unlimited warranty or they just dont care of their jewelry lol

The worst customer service I have ever received. They sold my husband and son a broken bracelet. When I took it back I was promised to receive a call about a new on in 2 weeks because they would have to get one sent from another store. Well here we are 6 weeks out and no call. I call at 3 weeks and they stated they could not locate one. I took the time and found one in the San Francisco location. I called and spoke to the Asst Manager and she said she would order it and here it has been 3 weeks and no phone call. I would never go back...

Today wasted time and gas to realize they closed at 8 not 9 pm. Highly disappointed!
