Doing the application online for the Mini Cooper was a great way to speed up the process and know numbers right away. Very good experience! Was buying a used car for my daughter to use, and their site had a few great deals according to car review websites. Drove down there to check them out. It seems like a lot of their cars they buy are particularly targeted because they have a single owner and good Car Fax report. I had a hard time picking between two cars. They show you everything, and were very polite and not pushy at all. Made the buying process painless and quick. Let us take multiple cars out for a test drive and then no pressure when we came back and said we were going to go grab some lunch and discuss. They just said to take our time, and they would help us out if we decided on a vehicle. I am writing this review because this business deserves the review. They treat people fairly and work with you.Great dealership 1st time buying a vehicle and was treated fairly. I was very scared because I am a fist time buyer but Pat was able to guide with the programs they have for 1st time buyers. He did this all before I came in so I was fully prepared with what documents I should bring and payment along with down payment. Great selection of vehicles, Carfax reports provided, dealership also gives free warrantys and offers extended warrantys (I went with the extended warranty).

The sales man got us up there and we told him what our amount was so we went and they wouldnt budge on their price we were coming from watsonville I was very mad he could of told us this over the phone This business needs to be straight forward like other car lots have been. To respond to the owner I have and answer your response we told your sales man before we went there what our price range was and your sales man said oh yea we will work with you so we went up there and he wouldn’t even discuss the price I told what is the lowest you will go down and he said why should I call my boss and ask when you have a set price it was a horable drive that I didn’t need to take it the sales man was honest over the phone

I was a bit weary at first but that was with any potential dealer because I did not know who could give me the best price and service. Well, right off the bat, they asked about my car, what we hoped to get. We brought it in for a quick inspection and even though we did not get the price we hoped, we were very pleased that we got what the KBB value is, maybe even more. The BEST part was the transparency and no haggle communication. They never pressured us by calling us multiple times, basically said if you want to sell it, give us a call. The transaction, I kid you not was maybe 10 minutes. I felt like I didnt even have a chance to say good bye to my car. Highly recommend!

In researching a tow vehicle for an RV trailer, I spoke with Pat Khodabaneh. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We discussed the merits of the vehicle I was looking at.
