Everything is pretty cool. Just a friendly reminder. Check expiration dates!! Found items on more than one occasion that were expired. And canned items can be dented.

Came in for a quick purchase because I was in a rush. After waiting 5 min in line to buy something, the register froze. The cashier was completely thrown off by this and kept repeating “I don’t know what to do”. Finally a manager walks by and she pleads for help but he just walks outside on break after jokingly blaming her for the problem. So now the only person that can help just went outside while his employees needed him. I had to go to a different register and wait in line again to check out. I had to leave with the other register stuck pending my transaction. I’ll be watching my card for a duplicate charge. What a joke. I came in at 8:20am on 10/6. Check the cameras.

I had never been in here until recently. This is basically another grocery store, not that big and not alot of ambience but prices are good and they have everything I need. I tend to go in here after I go to the dollar store next door. Their First Street brand is good especially the cereal and the bread. I do not buy meats here just basic stuff until I get to Costco or Winco.

Purchased hamburger buns on 10/29/2021. They were moldy and expired 10/10/2021.

I get certain items here. Nice and clean. Everyting in stock. Friendly staff. Good prices.

It had been a major, very positive surprise. A pretty wide selection. I was looking for bakery tools and supplies and I have found items, like food handling gloves or paper sample cups that are not so easy to find or you have to buy them in large quantities. If you are looking for reasonably good quality food and items at a reasonable price this is the right place. Sale associates were nice and quick.

Meat prices are crazy high. Its actually cheaper to get a Costco membership and buy the meat there (at a true prime grade) than simply buying untrimmed meat at Smart and Final. Winco is, by far, better priced (no membership fee) and great cuts or bulk purchases. All other prices compare pretty close to Walmart pricing. They generally beat grocery store pricing but theres no major benefit other than being able to get a few, hard to find, items. Just not worth a stop aside from the few items.

Go for the items on sale. They have a lot of bulk items. You can find more food containers here than the other warehouses. Best thing about this place is no memebership fees!!

The prices are not great and they hardly have more then one register open so dont go here if you want to get in and out quick. plan on 10 minutes in line. Lots of people buying large amounts for their small business and it slows down the checkout process. Its the closest store to my work so Im stuck going here sometimes.Here we go again, 4 people in only line open and not a cashier in sight.Went to look for gloves today. They are finally back in stock but price has jumped from. 14.99 to 34.99. No thanks. Thats a 142% increase. Just absurd

Love this store. But today cashier Tonita is rude, argumentative and acts like she she owns the place. I will consider finding a different smart and final to shop at.

The employees at this location (Guadalupe & Gilbert) are always so friendly. Tim has helped me numerous times and is always polite and welcoming. The cashiers are always smiling and courteous. Love shopping here.

Nice Store to shop at. Clean, displays are excellent. I like the wide isles. Check out is fairly fast, and easy. I would recommend this Gilbert store to friends, and family!😃

Its Christmas eve, it is cold and we ran out of wood. I stopped to get 2 boxes of wood. I was waiting in line for the ONE cashier they have open. A man approached me and asked for my mask. I said I have a medical condition. He said I had to wear one and he went to get me one and told me I had to wear it in order to shop there. Ill never go back to this store again. I am telling all my friends and family to do the same. You lost my business!

That was most organized smart and final I have ever been in. Great selection of produce and meats. Gourmet cheesees. KUDOS too all the staff and Management. Loved it will be back.

I went to Smart and Final the morning of Friday November 13th to shop for groceries for 20 minutes. I filled up my shopping cart with about 20 produce, canned, refrigerated, and bakery items and went to the check out line. I was stopped by a rude older female employee with short gray hair who stated that I needed to be wearing a mask. I let her know that I am medically exempt and cannot not wear a mask due to medical reasons and she argued that she would not be able to check me out if I did not have a mask on. I stated again that I have a medical exemption and I just wanted to check out with my groceries in my cart and she stated again I would not be able to check out due to not wearing a mask. I was forced to leave my cart full of items in the check out lane because I was refused service by her due to my medical condition. I called the customer service line and spoke with a female employee and informed her of the discrimination I experienced due to my medical condition. She stated that it is in the companys policy to refuse those who have medical exemptions and cannot wear a mask from shopping in their stores. There is no customer service practiced by this company whatsoever only discrimination. I will NEVER IN MY LIFE SHOP HERE AGAIN. I have told all my family and will be telling everyone I know about the horrible discrimination I experienced and this company proudly promotes. Needless to say due to the discrimination I also filled out a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice.

Good store if youre wanting more niche things like the stuff youd find in small business restaurants. You can even purchase soda syrup for soda fountains if youre into that kinda thing. Otherwise, very good deals on bulk type items!

Needed some deli containers. Looked online but wasnt sure what size I needed. The more I looked on Amazon the more confused I got. So glad I went here, such a huge selection of food service stuff. I found exactly what I needed for the same price as online. 8 oz. Deli to go containers with lids for kids lunches. Perfect. Thank you!!

Nice store. I buy large spice containers there, such as First Street brand Ground Cumin,10oz, and Freeze Dried Chives, 1oz. They also carry frozen Turkey Breakfast Sausage, 1lb chubbs. These items not available at Frys Food stores.

Prices are a little higher but not awful for bulk items.Revised review:I got figs here and when I opened them the next day they were all moldy, soft mushy, and discolored inside. The mini bell peppers had several moldy or rotten ones in the small pre packaged bag I bought. My cantaloupe went bad in 2 days. The produce is not fresh and goes bad very quickly. I wasted a lot of money here and Im so disappointed. I would highly suggest you check any veggies or fruits you buy here because its probably moldy and rotten. :( the only good stuff is the frozen products.

Poor customer service but good prices on products. They refuse to allow shoppers in without face masks but arent handing out masks for shoppers. We were told to go to the store next door and come back with face coverings. However when we returned with face coverings a hispanic couple were allowed in without masks. I feel my family was discriminated against when we came in since other nationalities were allowed in. I will not be back to this store.

Nice grocery store and more. Very fresh produce and meat and a good selection of dry goods and canned goods. Good selection of cheese and dairy products. Prices are good and the sizes and quantities of items are reasonable. Sort of warehouse style but not as big as Costco or Sams and no membership fee.

Store has everything where sticking up or in a pinch. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Ive always had a great experience while shopping in the past. This morning was different. Cashier was rude and argumentive. Ive been shopping there since it opened and Jona tells me different. She probably hasnt been there that long. She needs to brush up on her customer service!

Today was my first time to shop at Smart & Final. I was totally impressed with the immediate first impression the store gives a shopper. You enter into a display of one of the most diverse displays of gorgeous fresh produce. As you progress through the store the refrigerated displays of wide varieties of foods makes the shopper want to buy one of everything! The store is very well layed out and extremely clean. The prices are posted comparing a Smart & Final sales receipt to an identical one from Frys. The total savings shopping at Smart & Final was almost $19.00 in savings! I definitely will be back!

I do enjoy shopping at this store, but this morning I noticed that the store is still carrying the Aunt Jemima pancake mix that is stereotyping b li ack people. I thought all were pulled from grocery stores?

Really nice store. I had to be in and out fast so didnt get to do thorough shopping. I will definitely be back. I go there especially to get the Don Francisco whole bean kona blend coffee. Love it.

Love this place. Clean, well stocked, friendly staff. The produce section is always beautiful and I can get fruits and veggies at often half the cost than Frys or Safeway, for the same (or sometimes even better) quality. I can even get bulk bags of kale, spinach, and carrots for juicing at fantastic prices. I am getting healthier because of this store. So glad its on my way home from work. Its a secret treasure that more people should know about!

This place discriminates against those with health conditions and religious exemptions.

The word has finally got out about one of my favorite places. Today was the 1st time since they have been open that the shelves were not completely filled. They offer everything a regular grocery does but a lot of items are in larger quanities. Everything is fresh and well stocked. The store is always neat and clean. Since the word is out I recommend them as a great place to shop.

Id shop here more if the cashiers knew what they were doing. They have NO sense of hurry. Its almost like its their 1st day all the time. If anyone is in a hurry go to one of the bigger grocery stores.

Great place for large quantities. Serving 60. Can get products by the gallon. Much cheaper then buying in small cans at grocery stores. Also has serving dishes needed.
