Wonderful experience and excellent customer service! I was able to bring in my daughters prescription from Nationwide and get her 2 pairs of backups at an amazing price, and I was able to pick them up next day. Hans is “Hans Down” one of the greatest employees of any business I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased a couple pairs of glasses, one of which I realized a few days later that they fit tight and pressed against my head too much. I came in asking about a return/swap and he completely took care of me. I’m a bigger guy and really wide glasses were a little out of my budget. He took care of me and told me I need to get what fits. Empathetic people are what makes this world so great, not money. I appreciate Hans and this Eyeglass World!

Everyone is wonderful here. They have a large selection of glasses. I had brought my mother here and she felt very welcomed. I brought my daughter as well and she felt comfortable. I had to come back to bring my daughter back in to fix her glasses which had broke at school from a soccar ball. Mr.Han greeted us right away, he helped us right away. Little did he know my 10 year old was having a bad day and it was her birthday the next day. I was on my lunch break and he had no idea. He went above and beyond. The customer service was exceptional. Now she can wear glasses again and he made our day!! Thank you very much Sir! God bless you.

This was my first time using Eyeglass World and this specific location. The staff was very welcoming. They were very considerate of the current spike in COVID and cleaned everything thoroughly. The doctor was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and was real with me regarding the pros and cons of options related to my prescription. The doctor and staff were helpful and informative picking out lenses and frames. Im a fan and will continue to go back to this location in the future.

This place was extremely accomodating and patient. Kathy, was a huge help and really did an amazing job helping me out. Fair prices and wonderful energy here, by all staff.

Took my daughter in for her annual eye exam. They worked us in so we could get in sooner rather than later. Dr. Salima is wonderful and took the time to show her several options so she could find the contacts that were most comfortable for her. They are flexible and accommodating. For glasses, their prices and speed are the best I’ve found. Highly recommend!

Dr. Salima and his staff are fantastic! My daughter and I had appointments today and we found the whole process very easy. We were greeted immediately and taken back for our screening. We didnt have to wait for the doctor or any of his staff. The whole staff is very friendly. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I took advantage of the BOGO offer for frames. I am usually not one to leave reviews but during my first visit at Eyeglass World last week, I had never experienced better service. My temperature was take the minute I walked in. The building was very clean, I noticed staff members wiping down countertops with disinfectant wipes. Everyone in the building was social distancing and wearing masks. As a first time eye contact user I didn’t know exactly what to expect but Debbie at the front desk, Kathy & Dr. Salima all took very good care of me. They were all very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. I even got a one on one training class on how to use, clean and remove my eye contacts. Their customer service is exceptional! I will definitely be returning for any and all my future vision needs.

I had an eye exam at a different optometrist they could not have my glasses made for 2 to 3 weeks.I needed them asap or I would not be able to go back to work. I went to eyeglass world in Gilbert they accept my insurance, had a large selection of frames, they had my glasses ready in a few hours, I was able to pass my eye exam and get back to work.Thank you

Ive had to wear glasses/contacts for over 20 years, so Ive had my fair share of eye doctor visits. Their staff was very friendly, the assistant really kind and warm. the Dr. Salima was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service, overall. It was reassuring and put me at ease knowing that they were doing their best to keep patients safe as they took everyones temperature and had us fill out a quick questionnaire. They even had extra masks to offer those who werent wearing one. Id highly recommend coming to eyeglass world.

Dr Salima was extremely helpful during the eye exam. He took the time to answer the questions I had and didnt just rush through my visit. My contacts were prescribed by a different Dr. before and he was able to lower my power to where it should be so I dont get headaches anymore.The staff were also super friendly and helpful. It was a great experience all around.I highly recommend the office at SanTan Village Marketplace and Dr. Salima.

Horrible customer service. Almost like the customer is an inconvenience for them. I counted 6 employees, none of which offered to help, yet alone greet me. By the way, there were only 2 customers, including myself, in the store.

This is my 1st time being here My wife and daughter convinced me to go and the experience was wonderful and safe. I told them I need my glasses as soon as possible to pass a DOT exam. And they delivered!!,glasses came in less than a wk. The doctor and the staff very courteous they wear masks and have plenty of hand sanitizer the make you feel comfortable very organize please give them a chance to earn your business!!!

Scratched my current glasses and needed a new pair asap. Called them at 9am and got an appointment same day. To my surprise, they were able to have my glasses made in an hour! Ill Definitely come back!

Will never go here again. Not staffed enough. Lady worker frazzled and not very organized.Lady comes swiftly up with some white thing and points towards my face and I’m like what are you doing? Little did I know is that it was a temperature gadget think you should have them ask to take a persons temperature and not go racing up to there faces?? I didn’t appreciate thatAlso we waited 30 minutes was given no paper work and another group came in and the one gentleman told them he could help them and we apparently were invisible.

Thank you to the wonderful staff here. I wasnt ready to try frames again vs contact lens and they helped me find a pair I would be happy with. Shane went above and beyond to guide me in my selection/choices to get the quality i wanted within my budget. 100% loved his professional courteous manner and its great to find there is still people out there who excel in the dying art of customer service. Great staff! Hans greeted and signed me in right at the door and the store is clean and well organized. Debbie helped me out with the paperwork (I’m bad at adulting) and the initial exam. the Eye exam was thorough, Dr. Salima is very knowledgeable with any/all questions and concerns I had and friendly. Overall 10/10 experience!

Dr. Salima was absolutely amazing! I didn’t catch the wonderful girls name that helped me pick out my frames as well as did the final transaction of everything for me! Very welcoming and sweet staff! Highly recommend!

I chose this place based on the reviews but upon walking in I witnessed a female employee praising a man and womans maga hat and mask saying I love your mask, I need to get me one of those That was all it took for me to take my money down to Lenscrafters where they dont do that. I understand everyone has their own idea of politics but why express it so openly in a place of business? Work is not the place to do that and I know maga people dont give a damn about anyone that doesnt agree with their views but at work tho?? Disgusting and unprofessional.

I had scheduled an appointment to get my eye exam done, then went on their website to see what their safety procedures for COVID are. The first thing it says is that they will be taking EVERYONEs temperature when they come in the door. So, appointment will be canceled. I will not be giving my business to a company that requires you to have your temperature taken in order to take your money!

Dr. Salima and his team were fantastic. Sierra and Debbie were warm and welcoming, I havent worn contacts in 3 years as they were uncomfortable for me. Dr. Salima didnt seem to have a problem and found the right fit for me that were comfortable. They also had a great selection of frames and sunglasses at really good prices. Shane was super helpful getting my contacts ordered and even had them delivered to my house which was great.I would definitely recommended this office.

Tried to get a prescription for glasses filledand the manager was not friendly or accommodating due to me still recovering from knee surgery. Would not allow a caretaker to assist me as Im not steady in walking. No other customers were in the store. Not willing to come up with a working solution. 👿👿

I cant say enough good things about this facility. Im the practice administrator for a rheumatology practice and I wish my employees were as helpful, kind, and compassionate as everyone at Eyeglass World. The Dr Salima, Hans ( I probably spelled that incorrectly) and Debbie all went above and waaaaaaay beyond the call of duty to get my contacts in and get them in before my brothers wedding. I am extremely picky and I was looking for a contact that is essentially no longer made. Despite this issue, the Dr, Han and Debbie all took the time out to find something comparable and never once was I made to like a pain. Billing was seamless and they even made sure to find the lowest price for me! I am moving my whole family over to them!
