The only problem that I ever have at HT is that they do not always carry the same stock at all stores or even online, especially when you have Hot Cash (Hot Topic bonus coupon) or online discounts.If your town is still following pandemic restrictions, you may have to wait in line to shop here. HT stores are usually pretty small and packed with merch, so they do have to limit shoppers to be able to social distance.

Went in for the first time in almost a year and it smelled so bad, there was only one employee on the floor and they didnt even notice us come in. Manager was no where to be found. It was so quiet I was convinced they were closed and had forgotten to lock the door or something. I used to love this Hot Topic but I dont think Ill ever be going back. Kinda sad.

Ive been working a lot and I finally had enough time to go pick up my order, everyone was so nice and it made me grateful for my time off :) I regret having not remembered his name, but the man who helped me out at the register was incredibly kind, sincere, and happy to help. It was my first time using Hot Cash, so I was not familiar with it, but he lead me through it and as I was leaving, realized how much patience he mustve had for me 😂 Ill definitely be coming back regularly, and it absolutely made my day to see the smiles there

Lack of customer service, I chose to take a 7 mile drive to a different and farther Hot topic because female employee(Crystal) with green hair streak refused to honor a coupon. Coupon did not exlude LA Comic con Funko pops like she claimed. I called a different store and they actually made an attempt to try the coupon and it worked with no problem, she didnt even make an attempt just refused to sell that item at %50 off. The other store I called was courteous enough to try the coupon over the phone and it worked without a problem did not reject the coupon or exclude it like she claimed. Worth noting that I spent 15 min trying this coupon online, keep in mind same exclusions apply, and had no problem ordering it half off online and shipping it to store which is what she suggested I do rather then honor my coupon and sell me 1 of the 30 in stock. Definetly lacking in customer service the fact that she never even made an attempt to try the coupon. Do Not recommend This location..Receipt is the Hot topic that did honor my coupon with no problem, exceptional customer service there, Definetly recommend Them At store 468

Very helpful, patient, and friendly

I havent been in a Hot Topic in a long long time but I was surprised and the amount of anime and Studio Ghibli items they had in stock! It reminded me of why I loved coming to HT in the first place. Found some T-shirts (which the have plenty of sizes to choose from) and lots of cool stuff. Would definitely shop here again. Oh, and excellent customer service. Shout-out to the employees

Customer service associate was so inviting, informative and friendly. I am glad I stopped in to check out the store! The store was well kept and clean but overall I am just happy that they have great customer service!

Went in to check out their pops. Talked to the guy there and by far the most helpful, friendly worker I’ve ever met. Talked about chases and their pop policy and informed me without being annoyed or belittling. Even had a funny story about their kid playing with their pops! A+ workers

My wife ordered 5 things. Paid for the 2 day air. The packages were supposed to be here the Friday before Christmas. Never made it. Called Saturday and the label was printed and thats all. They said they would overnight it to us at no charge. Sent us an email saying it was sent. Followed up with UPS and they dont have the tracking number anywhere. Looks like it still not sent. Here we are on Sunday morning with very little for her to open. Dont buy anything from this company. They lie, dont deliver, and rip you off. We will be calling for our money back when you reopen. Will never make this mistake again.

I liked this location a lot more than the ones Ive been to lately. They had so much more variety of items. There was actually room to walk around without bumping into someone. Plus they had a huge anime section which I love! A lot of Hot Topics lately havent had much anime merch, so Ill definitely be coming back to this one!

A decent Hot Topic. I only go in during sale events. Other than that I keep my distance from all Hot Topics most of the time. These stores arent the same anymore -- styles and brands, unfortunately.

Hot Topic used to be great in 2008-2011. Now its honestly so cramped, expensive, and unoriginal. There are so many better alternative style clothing companies out there now. Like, SO MANY!

Im not sure if it was the manager who I was speaking to but the lady was super nice to me and answered all my annoying questions without a change in her tone of voice. The items here never let me down.

Hot Topic is an alternative clothing vendor I love going to that sells expensive, high quality products. Among these are clothing, makeup, accessories, hair dye, jewelry, etc. The nice thing about their clothing is that they sell alot of sizes which is more inclusive to the shopper. At the moment I can only think of 3 stores I find clothing that doesn’t simply fit, but that I feel comfortable in and looks good. Another awesome thing about the store is the amount of fandom specific items. Not many stores sell much other than a shirt or two of a fandom, where as Hot Topic sells merch in the form of backpacks, pjs, blankets , sweatpants, and really anything you can think of.The employees are often outgoing which is appropriate for the character of the store and doesn’t make the brand feel out of place. Typically alt music is playing over the speakers and the store itself has dim lighting and dark decor to give aesthetic to the store. My experience has always been great at Hot Topic, I am greeted by the employees and asked if I need any help by different employees. Some employees will even come up to me and talk to me about what I’m looking for.

My kids like some very particularly themed clothing, toys and other stuff sold here. The theme changes with whatever they are into at the moment and this store seems to stay on top of many of these trends.
