The sales people at Gilbert flooring are wonderful to work with! Not only are they pleasant and helpful, but I came in with a sample from another store and they spent the time going through the whole store, sample by sample, to find it for me! I felt very safe shopping there, even during Covid times, as they screen at the door and disinfected all the samples I took home, before returning them to the floor. Installation was also wonderful. I highly recommend Gilbert flooring for exception customer service and competitive pricing!

My bedroom needed a new and fresh touch. Therefore, I changed my bedroom floors carpet to Fabricas Dolce style color. It is just so beautiful! The guys from Gilbert flooring were very professional and fast. Whats really amazing is, they always seem to have stocks of top branded carpets readily available. Similarly, they charge the lowest installment fee. I am thinking of changing my bathroom and kitchen tiles. Will definitely call these guys again!

Top quality flooring with superb customer service. Throughout the selection process, Julie took the time to explain the various options, providing real samples to help me envision the finished product. She was also flexible with installation dates.During installation, Raphael was time-efficient and very clean. I really appreciate that he placed butcher paper on my floors to help protect them from dirt picked up on shoes coming in from outside. Its the little things that set this company apart. My only regret is that I didnt replace the carpet sooner! Thanks again to Gilbert Flooring and the install crew. Highly recommend.
