Great store for any home improvement project.Staff is super helpful if you need advice or help finding an item.An added plus is that its a great place to take your puppy to socialize. My pup Ares loved it.

Very helpful staff, took me to locations in store to find exactly what I needed. One item was a 6ft ladder, although I could have made it work taking it carefully to register, in my cart, the Customer Service fella took it to the register area for me and requested help putting it into my car. Very appreciated.

Always get what I need without issues in most home depots this one is no exception. Customer appear to be more cautious of covid-19 here as more were wearing masks than othe to locations Ive been to. All employees practicing social distancing, wearing masks, and using protective dividers.

Smooth shopping experience as usual. More customers practicing COVID safety at this particular location as were all employees.

I would have given this store zero star if possible. I did flooring with this store (both carpets and vinyl flooring) for Tammy house. TERRIBLE planning with delivery company and installation company through Home Depot. They were like simply contradicting each other regarding requirement. Home Depot was telling me that installer does not need the material in the house 48 hrs before installation but on the same day I would receive communication from installer company that make sure you get material two days before we come in for installation. They would send me emails saying vinyl to be delivered today but I would show up at the house (leaving work) and they would not show up. This happened at least three times. Stay away from this store for any kind of home projects you might have. Even a high school kid would have planned this much much much better than these guys did. Would never ever work with them for any home projects even if I have to pay extra to get it done somewhere else. At least I have the peace of mind that they do what they say.

I am so disappointed in this Home Depot the employees was beyond rude. I waited to get wood cut for 30 minutes and there were four employees just watching me. They were taking their sweet time talking to other employees. He kept saying you have to wait when others tried getting help for me & wait, it’s a free service so you will wait. I was nice and asked is there anyone else. Next time I will go to Lowe’s.

Always easy to get in and out without a hassle. Got parts and self checked out with ease.

I know its a simple thing and probably doesnt follow store protocol but my 2 year old found some promotional red white and blue star balloons and he wanted to carry them all around the store. When it came time to check out it was time for the dreaded give them back conversation with a 2-year-old and an associate said that he could just take them home. 5 stars!

The item we ordered is working great. The problem was or is with the ordering. We had ordered online and payed for home delivery. It said it would be delivered in 2-3 days, however we then get a phone saying that though it was at the store, they could not deliver it for 2 weeks. We ended up going to the store (that is 1 hour away) to get it. We found out later that we would to go back to the store to get our money back for the delivery part.My advice is to just have it shipped to the store and pick up or use a more reliable company for home deliveries.

Fred from the garden area is THE MAN! Very knowledgeable and helpful, offering great suggestions to help out my dead grass. .Lizzy topped it off at the check out stand, going above and beyond to tape a torn bag and helping me leave with a smile from a friendly joke. Great trip to Home Depot!

Fast easy in and out. Came for a shower head got a $44 doll hair one. Works great.

Recently I purchased new carpeting for my home from The Home Depot. George is flooring was great. He was very knowledgeable and provided great service. Western States flooring performed the installation. Their guys were fantastic. They took care in moving my furniture and it was obvious that they were very experienced. I am very excited with my new carpeting and highly recommend The Home Depot.

No project for home goes without a few trips to home Depot. As long as the house is newer they have stuff from repairs as well as off projects around the house. I depend heavily on a competitor for my older rental house.

Never had any issues whatsoever at this home Depot location. The staff is great, they are friendly and helpful with any question you may have.

He was panting and drooling, and when Store Manager, George, saw this he not only voiced concern but sprung into action.Many thanks to George, a credit to the store, and a genuine animal lover and gentlemen.

Rented a truck for $19.99 for the first 75 minutes after that it was $5 every 15 min. They hold a $150 deposit. I had it for 2 hours and all together only paid $40 after tax. I also put $6 of gas back into it. The process was quick to rent and return it. Plus the truck had a ramp which I didnt need but thought it was cool.

Very helpful young woman associate in building material area ... but saw no one else in the entire store with a mask.

Customer services is great; extremely professional and helpful. The issue is maintenance. I have stopped by early on Saturday mornings on a couple occasions, and disappointed at the lack of housekeeping. I have searched for products that are out of stock, as well as carts. I finally realized why there are no carts, they are scattered throughout the facility, loaded with inventory and garbage ... just look at the pictures for proof. I needed to empty garbage off of a cart so I could have one to use. No lie.

Is home Depot has a great plant and garden section they take very good care of their greenery

Im only giving five stars because of the two gals at the indoor lumber checkouts. I shop home depots all over the valley everyday as a roofer. Most of the time I struggle to find someone to help. Either they dont know or they just point and tell me its down some aisle on some shelf around the corner from something. Yesterday I was loading a bunch of plywood. While there were multiple male home Depot employees standing around watching me Karrie puts her gloves on and starts helping me load plywood. Blew me away. All these guys standing there talking with each other and this young lady helps me load heavy plywood. Whats wrong with the world when all these guys stand there watching this go down. I was so impressed by her I drove 10 miles out of my way just so I can get her name to write this review, And wouldnt you know today The other gal Maria, was so good with me this morning made me smile and brightened up my day . So Im saying thank you to both of them. And the male employees around need to learn to not just stand there and watch a lady break her back doing her job better than them.

I’m in and out of Home Depot all day every day for work all over the valley and this is by far the worst one I’ve seen.I never write reviews but this one deserves it,I waited by the appliances for an hour and not one employee asked me if I needed help all the employees were just walking around not doing anything it’s there job to ask if someone needs help so this Home Depot will not be getting my business anymore what a joke

Was leaving store and left cart for cashier since we didnt need it. A woman yells to me to put it back in place, ordring me around where to put a cart, she said this very rude. Did not say thakyou. Im a disabled veteran, maybe because im Mexican she thought she could order me to put the cart whrer she thought was right, very picky.What waste of time, your employees dont get to boss people around without sayinh please or thankyouI will not be shopping here

Standing in the appliance center around the washers and dryers, wanting to buy a washer. Tried numerous times to get help they said help will be on the way. There is one worker 20 ft from me but shes talking about personally issues to a customer, like shes purposely trying to stale. I seen her look my way and turn her back to me several times. When shes done she walks away. What do I have to do to buy a washer?

I am from Colorado and do not believe there isnt even a request for customers to wear masks upon entry. Maybe people arent too smart here. I will not be going inside again. Even the customers seem to be offended by people who are considerate enough to wear masks. Good luck going to home depot you may need it.

Im never disappointed when I go to get ideas or to pick up stuff for a DIY project. Tonight was no different. Though the aisle I needed was shut down staff was more then willing to help me get the lumber I needed to finish my project.

Had to get some insulation for the outdoor pipes. Sales associate was helpful and was able to get me sorted out nice and quick.

I love the garden center. Always fresh flowers and plants. Great selection, surprisingly not to busy.

I find it asinine that Home Depot does not cut PVC pipe to specific measurements. Ace Hardware happily cut it for me. If you need PVC pipes cut, do not waste your time at Home Depot.

I bought a sample of carpet that was installed by Home Depot to try and buy more. I waited patiently while the woman behind the desk was on a 15 minute phone call. I told her I would like to purchase more of the carpet that was installed in my home and she told me I would have to go look through their samples myself. She said its not my home, I cant help you. I dusted off the look of bewilderment and rummaged through their plethora of sample boards but gave up. I have to say my expectations were low, and were met. I gave her two stars because she was able to fog a mirror.

They were very helpful Im a lot nicer than the other one I went to and the gentleman was very knowledgeable about what I needed and very helpful

I really love Home Depot but the sheer amount of people without masks on was insane. It’s apparently a store policy to wear a mask but almost no one was and no workers tried to stop the bare faced shoppers to stop to protect the ones who were wearing masks. I have a 2 year old who can’t wear a masks and this was extremely upsetting

This is a clean well stocked store.

I am not a fan of Home Improvement Stores. They are huge and I usually have a hard time finding things or someone to help. Todays experience was different, however. We went into this location to look for an air conditioner for our daughter. Home Depot Employee Richard , was demonstrating Traeger grill/smoker in front of the store. He was handing out free samples of bacon he was cooking on the grill (delicious). Richard was so friendly, that we ended up deciding to buy one of the grills. When we entered the store, we were greeted by a friendly lady named Shirley, who asked us if we needed help finding anything (with a smile). Employee David answered all our questions in that department. By far, best experience with a Home Improvement store.

All the Home Depos are built in the same manner. Wood items to home items to garden items. They had everything I was looking for. I couldnt find a item and the employee who help was very kind and informative.

This Home Depot has all your home DYI materials you need. Thanks Jack, in the blinds section, for doing a great job cutting our blinds to the correct measurements. Highly recommend this Home Depot; very helpful, professional staff.

Love doing curbside pickup. They even color match paint for you. I wasnt happy with the first color once I got home and they tweaked it for me an hour later. Second color was perfect. Now my master looks great!

Was looking for help on finding soft-touched hardwood flooring for a 3,500 sq ft house but staff seemed busy and wasn’t helpful. Ended up finding what I needed at Lowe’s.

I have been left waiting 2 different times for at least twenty minutes each for someone to come help me with carve a new car key. And after all that time and waiting, it turned out they could only do certain make, model and year of my chrysler and my car was not one of the lucky ones.But i did get a cool paint gun that i had been looking for. So two stars for that.

Went there on a work related trip. Lots of employees standing around the customer service desk chatting on about personal things and no one helped me until I interrupted. The one employee I saw on the floor that I approached with a question (along with lots of other people) was very helpful and didnt show any frustration from having to help so many people since there did not seem to be any other employees on the floor. I would say, based on my experience anyway, that you drive on past this location and find another! But that is imo!

They included a free bug with our buckets.

Twelve foot 2x6s are hard to find. The Gilbert Home Depot had what I was looking for and more. Staff was helpful in loading the material in my truck as my arm was in a cast. With good service like that, Ill be returning for material for my next home project. Thanks guys

Went in to purchase paint for a project today. Everyone in paint department was extremely helpful and actually made some knowledgeable suggestions about paint finishes. We cant wait to try everything!

If covid affected this location, it isnt very obvious. Sadly one thing (weed control fabric) I needed was put of stock but I just purchased a larger roll. Gardening area is pretty solid and organized. They have wipes and sanitizer. Self checkout has nice dividers. Parking is normal volume. No line prior to entrance. Still smells like sawdust inside (gotta love those unique smells). Idk its a standard home depot. Nothings wrong with it in accordance with my past visit.

THIS IS THEE BEST HOME DEPOT! My husband and I had the most amazing experience today! We’ve always loved this Home Depot location (especially Jazz in the paint department. He’s always so knowledgeable and awesome!) but today we saw a beautiful 10x8 rug we wanted to purchase. We could not however find the price so we asked an employee named Todd. He scanned the barcode and it price said $0.00. He went straight to his store Manager Matt. They discovered that it was a clearance rug found during their inventory and wasn’t suppose to be out on the sale floor. They sold us the rug for a PENNY! We are SO excited and grateful! Thank you so much Matt and Todd! We will FOREVER shop at this Home Depot! Can’t wait to shop there again!

Im really confused on the husky no questions asked warranty, if your going to integrate the customer you need to find a new slogan for your product. Im pretty sure Ive been asked once if I needed help since covid 19 started, probably 50 visits. Before covid 19 minimum 1 time or more per visit. More employees shorter business hours less customers, worse customer service, more wholes per isle then a golf coarse 18+

Very friendly employees. Clean store. And dog friendly! In fact one of the employees got out a dish with water in it for my dog when we headed to check out. I will be back again!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE PERSON. I went to this story with my mother and asked an older gentleman who worked at the paint area for something, he had a mask that was NOT COVERING HIS NOSE and when we tried to distance ourselves HE KEPT COMING CLOSER even though he knew we where tying to keep our distance. He knew exactly what he was doing.
