This store is always very clean and organized, yes there is the occasional miss placed item, but I chalk that up to other guests just ditching an item in a random spot. The staff has always been super polite to me. I’ve always had such a great experience here and the team members are so kind and helpful. This is one of the nicest stores I’ve ever been too.

Friendly associates knowledgeable as well. I feel like a person shopping at Target which doesnt happen very often at other retailers of like kind.

Talked with multiple different departments. All were no help. Called and got Guest services to try and help. They said they will have item for me that I’m looking for to pickup at front. They said they can only hold for an hour. I get there 20-min later and employee says it’s gone and now out of stock… drove across town to get present and was let down. Wish they could’ve told me over the phone before telling me to come in.

The associate who got my order has outstanding manners and work ethic. When I was shopping, he assisted me and then when I left the store, dropped the cart off, he was there again—I can take that for you! The cashier was extremely helpful. All in all, very great shopping experience.

Walked in twice about 8am in the store, right when they open. As I walk in with my mom, there is this elder, Caucasian man that stands at the front of the store to greet customers who walk in. As I walk in, he looks at me, for more than about 2 seconds, looks at my mom and looks back at me. Looks at me like I’m an alien, doesn’t greet us or say anything just stays quiet. While I’m walking, I can hear him greet and talk to the customers who come in. Second time I come into this store, around the same time right when they open, 8am he is at the front of the store again, looks at me and my mom, doesn’t say anything, not even a decent “hello” I guess that’s hard to say huh? We just walk by, and as my mom is grabbing the cart, he greets and chats with this lady behind us and other people coming in. That threw me off, and made me confused. Not sure what the problem is, or if there’s even a problem but if you are going to hire people at this location, make sure they can greet ALL customers who walk in, not pick and choose who you want to greet. Mind you I am Asian, I ain’t white, so not sure if that’s the issue. Very disappointing.

This Target is one of the smaller locations. However, it has lots of everyday needs...just a smaller grocery section. It is located in the middle of Gilbert making it very popular for locals.If you like Target (and who doesnt?!) this one is well run, staffed and cleanThis location has updated Makeup and Mens care areas. They carry a larger selection in a more modern and easier to shop store-in-a-store. Lots of options including environmentally friendly and cruelty free choices.The Starbucks has also been updated and now has more seating.

I don’t know what is going on with this location but they barely have anything left to sell. They have decreased the products they offer for sale and many items were completely out of stock. Very poor selection of swim season items, just as it’s starting.

Hi quality products, easy to navigate app/website, easy curbside pickup. This is one of the smaller format Targets, but is always clean and well-stocked. Even though other stores may carry more items, I like my little store. Service desk associates have always been easy to deal with, curbside is well-run.

East to find items and great pricing. like that all stores are set up the same and the fast check out is great

I was at the 3rd Target looking for a salmon ribbed tee to match some striped pants we bought her at queen creek location. I was finding only xs and xxl. Jeannette was working womens clothes and approached me and asked if she could help. I told her the pants I got my daughter and how I was looking for a salmon in M or L to match. She scanned the tag and said its showing they just got more in, she went into the back and found me both sizes. I truly appreciated her taking the effort to see what was in stock and finding me what I needed.

I was given the wrong item but discovered it when I was leaving another store. I called them and they brought out the right item right away and gave me a $5 gift card for my trouble. I was very pleaded with the service.

My Target pick up went great! They were quick to bring me my products. I also really like how they took away the signing feature since COVID is still in effect.

The Target in Gilbert at Val Vista and Warner is consistently friendly, kind, helpful and yet not overbearing. I appreciate each of those qualities. There are employees who have been there for many years and know us by our names. I like that because it shows that Target treats their employees well, trains them well to interact with customers, and creates an environment where people want to work and stay. Thank you!

The employee made the experience enjoyable. I said I did not have my Target card. She immediately helped me get the target card going on my phone and was very helpful. she even told the lady behind me that she was helping me with the app and would only be a minute. reward that young lady.!!!

They were constantly cleaning off carts and I was amazed that the girl at the self check out stand cleaned the screen and buttons after each customer. Sure did put my nerves at ease!

This is a very clean target! And if you need help workers are easy to find and more than willing to help you! I even had a worker that went into the back to find a product that said it was on the shelf, yet he was more than happy to go check AND he found it!

Target carries almost everything you could need, at comparable, if not cheaper prices.

I had a great shopping experience and was able to comfortably shop in the areas I needed to pick things up. The nursing room also made for an excellent shopping trip. I was able to comfortably nurse my son without feeling awkward and being interrupted or him becoming distracted by others and noises. You dont know how helpful that room was!!

It said over the intercom that a mask is required to shop and I saw several customers walk in without mask and no one asked them to put one on. I will not be going back there until they make everyone wear a mask.

Kris in electronic was extremely helpful today. He took time to listen to my needs and helped me pick the best speakers for my needs. He didn’t rush me and answered all my questions. An asset to any company.

I actually drive past 2 other target locations to come to this Target Store. Friendly staff, big selection, great clearance deals, and I can always find what Im looking for. The one thing that draws me to this store over the others is the dedicated Mens hygiene and grooming section here. They have a plethora of products from a multitude of different companies for every single male hygienic need. I personally like the huge selection of beard oils.Come to this Target - you wont be let down

Im sitting here in front of Target and I watched one of their employees come out to pick up the carts. He got a cart that had some receipts and some paper in the bottom of it. He picked the paper up and just threw it on the ground and then push the basket off. Great employee of a supposed to be great store.

I did an online In store pickup. I ordered 4 tubs. One of the 4 tubs they tried to give me was missing a handle and there were no lids brought up for any of them. What good is a tub without a lid? Seems like common sense to me. I asked for the lids and a replacement tub as I wasn’t taking a broken tub. I stood there for 30 minutes while they tried to figure it out. It would have been faster for me to just get the things myself. Won’t be using this target again.

Anna was exceptional, her commitment to safety during this time and to do it in a positive and friendly way was refreshing.

Theyre taking good precautions during Covid-19, even more than the local grocery store.

This Target is one of the better ones. Nice and clean, although the store is always fairly busy. They usually have what you want but not always. The biggest downside is seasonal merchandise which can get a little confusing especially if it is being transitioned.

Employees are hogging Funko POPS. Went in last night it said they had 6 in stock but employee told us they were not going to go out till today so we wait today first people to get there NO ONE ELSE in line. And they only had two left how is the possible from last night till this morning? Btw we went in at 9 so it was pretty late. Management needs to get thier staff in order.

Make sure you check the price online first, and see if its in stock at the store. When a Target store says they have what youre looking for in stock at a certain price, Ive found the shelf may show a price of $5 or more than the in-stock price on their website. I mentioned it at check out and the clerk readily gave me the stated online price. If I had not mentioned it, they would have made a quick $5 and I would have paid too much!

Horrible service. Called to hold an item, they claimed to hold it. I called a few hours later to verify and they sold it. Drove hours out of my way for nothing. Time, gas, and money wasted.

Your checker Pat should NOT be on the cash register!!! I have not encountered a more nasty woman. No hello, no thank you. She tried to place all of my items in one bag. When I suggested two she got even more indignant!! I wont shop here again! Id rather endure the remodel construction at my normal Target!

On this visit to the store I saw 4 human operated registers open. I go to a store for customer service, if I didnt want customer service, I just order from Amazon. At the same time, I try to balance my online shopping with in store shopping. While looking on the aisle for something an employee approached me and asked if I needed help, and I did. At the checkout I also needed help, and self check out would not have been able to help me.

This location has the worst check out of any Target Ive been to, which is disappointing because its so close to my home. Very rarely do they have a register open other than self check which is fine but that line is usually VERY long! When they do decide to open a register of course the people who just got in line are the first to get checked out, while the rest of us wait even longer! Please staff appropriately. I really dont experience this at other locations . Very annoying.

I called as a fourteen years old asking a genuine question and the lady who answered did not even listen but instead hung up, I called again and she said Im sorry we do not tolerate pranks. We called on a separate phone and a nicer lady answered and actually listened.

I used to love Target and this store was just fine. It has gone downhill since the remodel. Never enough cashiers - the last two times I was there only self check was open with a mile long line and lights turned off over other registers. Made even worse by the onset of the holiday shopping season. Selection is hit or miss with often empty shelves. The most frustrating part is the over lack of available associates. Gone seem to be the friendly staff of past years.

I normally love this target, but over my years living right behind it I have had a few unpleasant experiences with a couple employees. Mainly around pricing. I find that this target doesnt do the most thorough job pulling down their weekly ad signs and when Im at the register and point out something didnt ring up as it was signed they give me the run around and treat me like Im trying to scam someone when it was their mistake, not mine. So now I usually double check the dates on the sign just so I dont have to go through the trouble. But overall, aside from the pricing, I have success finding what I need in Stock, encounter friendly employees, and get fast service.

Rude employees who tell you, you bought to many of a particular item and then snatch them out of your cart . If disinfectant wipes are limited put a sign up, and dont embarrass your customers .

The staff and stores selection is awesome. Im new to this area and did not frequent Target in my prior location. It will definitely be one of the stores that I visit regularly.

This store had faster checkout when there were real humans instead of the self serve kiosks! 8 people waiting in line behind me and only one checkout with a real person...

Their phone service is awful and frustrating. i had called more than 3 times to verify if an item that i wanted was there. first 2 times the call dropped. the 3 times they transferred me to a different department but then the call dropped. 4th time, they picked up the phone and hung up on me. i wasn’t even being rude, i just wanted help. so dissatisfied with the way they tried to help.

Only worth one star to get my review up!Im at the Target store on Val Vista and Warner again today. NEVER AGAIN will we come here. We go there often and spend more than I would like to admit online. Yesterday I bought and item that was $2.00 I did not get in bag when home (of course the reason for the trip as well). Then I had a defective $3.00 item. I went to customer service, assuming this was all easy to fix (I worked for Albertsons for 12 yrs-including management position). They made me talk to 3 different people, they brought in a security person and made me wait while the viewed video that I was actually in the location of the store where this $2.00 item was purchased. I felt like I was treated like a criminal, not a customer. I have actually walked back into this store in the past to pay for a $1.00 soap I saw in my basket and not on my receipt to make sure I paid for the item.Ridiculous!!

Love this target. We go to this location weekly and the only thing i could suggest is to keep the stock up on b plain tees. Other than that, great Target!

Great location. Solid selection on all sorts of items (except curtains colors but hey no store is perfect) and the prices are great overall. Staff is friendly, place is clean, has a decent little dining area where they sell Icees, food, and other goodies. Also like the layout of this Target as well, makes for an easy circle that you can do while grabbing everything you need. This is one of those Targets that makes me shop here instead of Wal-Mart.
