SOME IT WAS STILL FULL OF PEOPLE SHOPPING WAS GOOD

My husband and I looking for a sewing machine and sewing materials, and they have good selection of stuff.

Very well maintained with good friendly staffs . A very big Walmart store with lots and lots of household stuffs. Located at Milestone Center which includes so many other stores like Target, Kohls, BestBuy, TJMax and many other stores. Very huge parking space .

Its always very crowded at check-out, though the cashiers are very polite and helpful. The phone service fails so you cant contact with anyone inside the store, especially hard for people who go are new in this area.

Bad customer service…they have wrong prices showing on product and when you ask them to price match…they tell you they can’t because it’s not their fault without even apologizing for the wrong price listing. I will give negative stars if there were any.

(January 2, 2020) Havent been there in awhile. Its nice to see the service, the cleanliness of the store gets better & better. It wasnt to crowded & it was alot of employees working then usual. Its mostly understaffed. Every once & awhile you come across that employee that really doesnt want to be there, but who cares about they attitude when she told me where to go to look for what I needed.

Overcrowded store, poor customer service & unhappy employees. Do big shopping online or elsewhere for a peace of mind. Shop here at your own risk but get in and get out quick. Some low prices aren’t worth the stress! Today I am here stressed. My tires were delivered to the store on Tuesday. Today (Sunday) I had a tire appointment for installation. Guess what…. The store couldn’t find my tires! I finally learned my lesson…. I won’t be back here!

Most Excellent the very best one I have ever been to. The staff was friendly. The ladies in the cosmetic department could use some coaching to improve their customer service skills. Over all very happy 😊 with my visit.

I was there to buy some home decor items and groceries. I dont know why I didnt find some items that I wanted. Maybe the day was restocking day for them. However, I was happy to get some of the items I wanted at a reasonable price. One thing I found really strange is that they check your receipt when you are exiting. I didnt see that in other places like whole foods, family dollar. So, dont throw away your receipt before exiting.

Could not find a food dehydrator or the kind of cat food I was looking for. Also had only very large dog collar. Found a food dehydrator in the clearance. It had been used and returned dirty with food still all over it. Pretty discussing and paid $48 for it on clearance. The original receipt was inside box. It was$ 49.99. Which means for two dollars less I got a dirty product. Doesnt seem like much of a clearance.

They used to sell litter box filters but no longer carry them. The store has plenty of staff on the floor, practically in every other isle but not 1 person asked me if I needed help when I was looking for something. They were busy stocking the isles. I thought about that after I left. To their credit, the store was neat. I was there after a doc appt around 3:30 pm.

Has everything you need for a cheap price.

I kept asking associates for help.. as to where things are, and they didnt speak enough English to tell me where it is ... just pointed towards a direction and walked away... the cashier was very helpful. Store was a mess.

The inside staff in the automotive area is friendly. But service in the bays is horrible. I came in for an oil change for my truck and the counter staff said it would be about an hour. I shopped for more than an hour, came back, checked out and paid for groceries, and even though my truck was in the garage area, it wasn’t even close to done. I watched the staff in the bay standing around, talking and joking and not doing much at all. If your time is valuable, it’s probably worth paying more to use a fast service instead of this. It’s just not worth it if you need work done quickly and professionally. Walmart’s staff here is neither.

For almost 2 years I had not returned to the El Meson Restautant due to problems with the food, today I passed by and went to eat with my sister thinking that things had changed. I ordered a little chicken and a zarza criolla, esta ensalada had a piece of steel sponge inside. I let the waitress know who answered, that what I should have done was check the zarza criolla first, I told her I was not going to pay that and she turned her fingers into the salad and turned it over and left it there on the table, it did not seem at all that I told him that he did not agree with paying it since it could contain more steel pieces and she turned and left upset.I think I will not return since they have been two bad experiences with the dishes,These waitress do not offer good service to the client well at all.

Came to Walmart, like always I find everything I need over there, alway stock up with everything. Great job staff!!.

This Walmart was stocked. Good customer service at Tire center I visited. The Bike shop had full range of bikes unlike otger Walmarts in our area.

The late evening time I visited had too many people there... Aisles were crowded... But will maintained and helpful staff

The staff member we talked to was helpful and the store was pretty well stocked. There were a few items that were missing but we were able to get everything we needed. It was very busy but the check out lines moved quickly.

Its a Walmart. No longer sells pet fish. Pretty much all price scanners are broken or gone. Otherwise ok. I always get good cheap food for lunch there.

They have exciting merchandise everywhere. Halloween costumes and Halloween 🎃 accessories/decorations

Store is picked over. Been calling store for 20 minutes with no pick up. Cannot get grocery app to work. Everytime i shop, its packed and over crowded, and unorganized. Employees make comments to me for my big orders Im shopping for paying for and bagging myself. The doorman tells me to use the app everytime he looks over my slip but i cannot even get the app to let me check out after shopping it for an hour

We have been utilizing the curbside pickup since covid. This Walmart has only allocated 4 spots for curbside pickup. It is located to the extreme front right of the building on an one way. Unfortunately, some community members ignore the sign and selfishly park there at the expense of the curbside shoppers. This Walmart needs few reassess the curbside parking and signs.

This store is very crowded. The checkout lines are long and slow.Like most Walmart stores, customer service is average and at times below average.If you are lucky, you will find an associate who is helpful and knowledgeable.On the plus side, the store has a huge selection of goods at very good prices.

The store was always under stocked in the early morning hours. When I go to the store early I see a lot of stocking activities that often block shoppers from getting to stuff . But over the the last couple of months things have gotten progressively worse, it’s really really bad; shelves are empty and at the rate they were being stocked probably the store would not be stocked until like midday, today at 7:00 am only one cashier was open with a long line behind it and self checkout was not open yet. Management were no where insight to respond to unhappy shoppers. Also the store used to be border line clean, now it is just filthy.There is a management issue at this store, for sure

A really busy WalMart with groceries and everything this diverse town needs for daily life. Saturdays are a challenge, but just get there early before the madness sets in. Im talking no shopping carts when you walk in madness. Staff is very helpful.

Negative stars for listing consistently wrong prices on food items and consistently out of product. This Walmart is run on autopilot no one seems to care due to dysfunctional management.

Everybody shops at Walmart. All of them showed up while I was at this store. It was so crowded the space between the aisles looked smaller. Parents and children shopping last minute school supplies. Im in the mix, looking for the 94￠box to ship some stuff. Surprisingly all of the checkouts were working and pushing them out the doors. Cha-ching! So happy this wasnt like my infamous Walmart. Only 4 customers and its still a 90 minute wait. And, the E in EBT is not Express Lane. Thats right, somebody finally said it!

It was organized. Lines moved quickly. Lacked some items on food shelves.

Spacious, go variety of freshly cooked whole chickens and chicken tenders. Store was clean.

One stop shop....most busy in East coast and well managed.

Need to have their handicapped cart checked on a more regular basis. Always go in and at least 5 carts are broken and not getting fixed. Very frustrating.

I went to the Walmart at Germantown today to get some pictures printed. The staff member who helped me, Martez Towns was really nice. He helped me with everything I needed by doing efficient work. I extremely appreciated his kindness, patience, work ethic, respectfulness, and politeness.

Somehow I always find this place got shortage off stuffs (like toys or anything) except vegetables. Also things are not arranged well compared to other supercenters.

Shelves werent stocked. Nothing I needed, no soap, everdaypads etc.I ask a Walmart worker what aisle soap was she told me didnt know. But was working in the personal section, toothpaste etc

Something strange was going on at this usually awesome supercenter on 7/8 and 7/9. Maybe they have a distribution channel problem preventing merchandise from being delivered or a staff shortage preventing restocking and maintenance but so many aisles and shelves were empty and needed restocking: household cleaners, detergent, TP, tissues, spices, tablecloths, floor mats, shoes, socks, underwear, box tape, cereal, and much more. Boxes of fruit were sitting filled with mold. The entire plant section looked rotten and dying with few viable contenders for purchase. They only had a few packs of soil. It was a very strange experience to see this Walmart in such a condition. Ive been ordering online for most of the pandemic and this was my first physical visit in over a year. I was shocked.

They are improving with the amount of lines they have open. They always have what I need. My only dislike is that they never have enough lanes open. If you are restricted on time, I recommend going to another store that will service you faster.

Where do I start? I want to saythat this Walmart is definetely going down hill.they dont have a lotof items that i buy ,they have misplaced items . if you go on a monday youll see its almost empty no restocking at all!

Great place to shop every thing from A to Z.

There were a bunch of the same item placed on the shelf that were marked at 9.99. The items rang up at 39.99 and the they didnt want to honor the price. Ive worked retail before and if its one or two items on the shelf under the price tag that would be understandable but if the shelf is full of them then you should honor the price. Wont return to this Walmart. I have a picture of the items on the shelf with the 9.99 price tag. Lady at the register told me she didnt care what the price was on the shelf and didnt care to see for herself because thats not what it was ringing up as. Will never return to this Walmart ever again.

I dread coming here because its always packed, unless I go before 9am on weekdays. At that time its usually quiet and actually pleasant. The aisles are in a constant state of disarray and I sometimes have a hard time finding colors or sizes in what I want, but for the most part its well stocked. Ive seen better Walmarts but Ive also seen way worse, so this one gets a solid 3. Most of the employees are super friendly and willing to help. Off topic, but management makes all available employees do some type of morning meeting and creepy motivational chant, which Ive witnessed several times. Maybe they enjoy it but I bet they dont, and I die a little inside for the employees every time I see it.

Im not personally fond of Walmart maybe due to the service or lack there of. I can count how many times Ive visited one. This location seems pretty big with a grocery section. Definitely good price point.

Nice Walmart but its often hectic due to it being busy and its clearence section isnt good, and due to the busyness the lines can be very long.

I have switched from the grocery store to Walmart for produce, bakery, dairy, some meats. The produce is better quality than at Safeway. Lasts longer, too.

I prefer the superstores to the regular wlamart. They have a far greater selection. Their liberal return policies can bite you in the butt though. I bought 6 curtain rods. One was a return and missing a part but the others had an extra piece so I didnt have to return it to the store

Has everything you need and more. The parking lot is large and is usually filled. There are lots of people shopping in the store and especially on weekends. There are many people who are wearing masks at this time as they shop.

I got locked in the garden center for 1 hour. I kept calling the numbers to all the Departments but nobody picked up. I haven’t tried screaming help a representative so I’m in the parking lot but still got no help. Then I had to call the nonemergency line and police hopefully will be coming soon. This definitely will be called to the attention of the regional and whoever high up Manager I can get. Totally unacceptable

This store doesnt enforce masks. They dont care about their customers safety. There was lady who wasnt wearing a mask in line for a good 10 to 15 minutes. I told an employee about it and he said I dont care while laughing. I said Do you not care about others safety? And he said Its whatever. There was a whole group of employees just looking and laughing about the situation. When the lady got to the front of the line the cashier told her to wear a mask. The lady put on a mask but was barely covering her mouth and did not cover her nose. And she still got service... There is a pandemic going on, people are dying. This is not a joke and for the store not to care is very shameful. If this happens again I will be calling the police something the employees did not due when this lady was breaking the law.

This is the worst Walmart its always very messy and the selection is awful. It needs some serious help. I dont understand the high reviews. Ive been to dozens of Walmarts across multiple states and this is the worst run. Shelves are always empty even what the app says things are in stock from everything from groceries, cleaning supplies, to home goods. Nothing is ever where it belongs either. I drive 30 minutes when I can to go to the Frederick one. I avoid place as much as possible. It needs and overhaul and more staff.

Walmart ok, but the foot truck out by the parking lot great. Guacamole tex Mex food truck 👍 good food and all around service. Did found what I need it at Wal-Mart. Come and check guacamole. They also have catering and private events.

For being the day after Christmas in 2020 and the store opening up at 7 there was a small line and when the store opened the line moved quickly and efficiently. In the store it was clean and organized. Most Christmas things looked like it got moved closer to the front for easy grab and go clearance. Overall great after Christmas experience.

The store is looking a lot better than it has in the past. Aisles are clean and not so crowded. Merchandise is well displayed and you have good, Walmart prices.

If I could give this Germantown store a 0. I would. Most of the employees are unfriendly & not helpful. I usually go to the Walmart in Frederick. Had an emergency and stopped in Germantown first to see about a tire. I understand its by appointment only now. But the tall dark skin guy was condescending. Thinking he was funny. If youre done taking appointments close the bay doors. Dont be sitting in the waiting area doing nothing. Then just stand there looking at folks trying to get out the freaking door. We had to walk all the way around outside to get back to the back of the store where the tire part is. Its too hot for the BS & I was already in a great deal of pain. Id rather not go to Walmart at all. But definitely wont come to Germantown again. And will tell everyone I know to stop going there as well.

Older Walmart store that is comparable to newer store, in layout organization. With Walmart app, it saves you time as it will tell you where the stuff is.

Its a Walmart. Many good values on food staples. For example, 2lb sizes of heavy whipping cream, butter, cheeses, and eggs (3dz+) for half-price or better relative to grocery chains.

What can I say its Walmart! They have everything. This place is really busy on weekends. But it always stays stocked.

If youre here to get your car worked on, come prepared to walk and wait. Youve got to park your car near the repair shop and then walk to the other side of the building to go in. Since they have no incentive to work quickly, even simple jobs take a long time. Dont forget you cant just arrive and get your car worked on. You cant call and make an appointment. You have to go in advance, make an appointment in person and then return anther day. Avoid the hassle and just pay the extra 20% and have the work done at your corner auto repair shop.
