Five stars isnt enough for this auto body shop that went the extra mile to make my moms car look like new again after someone hit her car in a parking lot. This wasnt a huge job, but you never would have known it by their attention to detail and interest in making sure she was happy. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and cost effective - its hard to find any service provider offering all three. Dont shop around - take your car to Kenwood in Germantown!!!

Brought in my Subaru Outback for repair of my damaged front bumper on the front passenger side. Stan, the store manager, was very friendly and professional and provided me a free estimate on the damage for my insurance claim. After collecting several estimates from other body shops, the Kenwood Auto Body estimated seemed very fair and the cost was reasonable. When I got the car back, I was totally amazed. They had cleaned the entire car, replaced and painted the front bumper and cleaned both headlights to a sparkling shine. If you are looking for a quality repair to your car or truck, I highly recommend them.

The front of my car had been damaged due to an accident, but Kenwood Auto Body gave me back my car like brand new! They were very prompt and Stan communicated with me throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend this shop

This place gets it. Sure, No one wants to do have to do business with them, but when an accident happens, trust me go see them. They are respectful, honest, reliable and their quality is incredible. I just had my daughters Jeep fixed and Danny made it pleasant and restored it to showroom quality. Even though, I hope I never have to see them again :) but if I do, I am confident they will take of me....

Kenwood provided great service, amazing work on my car, it looks as good as new. They consistently kept me posted on my cars status and were done before they originally anticipated. I would definitely recommend them.

I used their services three times now. Every time they did fantastic work for the right price. This third time was for a spoiler repair. They figured out a way to address the problem and saved me quite a bit of money compared to replacing the whole part. Fantastic staff, everyone is friendly and professional!

I got an accident in silver spring. It wasnt major accident and it car was little bit damaged from the front. I drive 35 minutes and bring here and nothing happens. These people said, they will fix front part in 7 days. After 7 days, I call them and got shocked. They said, your car is total loss and if you dont pick in 2 days, they will send to scrap yard. What the hell. My car was not much damage and when I took my car from them it was not able to drive. I hire a toe truck.Never go to these people if you want to save your car.

I took my car into Kenwood for two reasons: 1. They came highly recommended by friends 2. They came highly recommended by my insurance company. They fixed my car and made it look amazing and fixed damage as a courtesy that I wasnt even charged for. I had questions and they had no problem taking the time to explain everything! Went here after an accident for repairs as I was referred by my insurance company. Great service and staff! After I picked up my truck (which was freshly waxed and cleaned) I found some scratches that werent there before. Mike was awesome! He went and buffed them out and made it good as new! We werent sure when they happened but he was all about making sure I was 100% satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend Kenwood Auto Body!

I chose Kenwood collision center since it was one of the few options given to me by my insurance. I dropped off my car for a small painting job on the back of my car. Front desk staff were quite friendly. Only downside was how long it took to finish the small job. The results were as expected. Overall, I would recommend this place.

I was recently in an accident and my insurance company recommended Kenwood to me. I don’t have a shop I use regularly, as this was only the second accident I have been in, so I went with USAA’s recommendation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The level of service I received was excellent and I am confident the repairs were as well.

Great place

We were in an accident recently with considerable damage to the left front of our car. The other person was at fault. We took our car to Kenwood and they dealt completely with the insurance company. We didnt have to worry about a thing. The shop is clean and well kept, the staff very professional and, when we got our car back, it looked better than it did before the accident. It looked brand new. Even though its a bit of a trek from PG County to Germantown, if we ever need body work done on any of our cars again, we will definitely bring it back to Kenwood.

They told me that my car will be fixed in a week but it took 3 weeks. No response about getting delay...Also they dont help to set up rent car when you drop off the car.

The service is great. The quality of the work is impresive. Higly recomended.
