I accidentally got into a sideswipe with another vehicle and my car was completely covered with the black tar and I did not know how to get rid of it but I went in same day no appointment just walk in and if they can help clean it they said it will be $80 but the gentleman who work there ended up not charging me at all amazing people I definitely recommend them 100%

Please check the car 100% after repair.I brought my car home. It was leaking oil.I just wonder where that money went and where all that time was spent?I think they play a game of initial low ball estimate and then keep increasing the estimate.If your car is in need for a major repair (aka total) please avoid this shop. I think they never say car is totalled (because they make $0). They play the game of tricking insurance with low initial estimate and then they keep increasing it (I think, I could be wrong, but thats what happened to my car).In my car, they could not really fix the car....but they made ton of money. While I was left with a leaking oil car (and with unknown unfixed damages internally).For small, $1000 jobs, maybe you can use ICC.

Jon and his team treat me very well everytime I come there. Fast and extremely great customer service. I wont go anywhere else to get my vehicles collision repairs done.

I recently was backed into in a parking lot offering curbside service when a gentleman backed into me and crushed my back door in. I filed a claim and ended up using International auto collision in Germantown Maryland. I took my car in to be assessed, and also asked about a few imperfections that were on my car previous. I was willing to pay cash. Jon Benson quoted me 100.00 for the small dent in my front door. I was so happy to have my car looking brand new again. I dropped off my car and checked it in with Dave Evans who was very nice. There were again a few spots that needed to be touched up with paint. Dave told me not to worry that the paint has to blend with other portions of the same side and that they would take care of that free of charge. I was so excited to go and get my car back. They told me it was ready for pick up. I was so upset. The dent Jon told me I could pay the 100.00 for was still there. I was calm and respectful but disappointed to say the least. I saw the look on his face, he forgot all about it and then proceeded to get rude and aggressive, telling me we never had the conversation. I explained to him that I wouldn’t have known a price if he didn’t quote it. He basically told me to leave. He said when I brought my car back for the final piece that they claimed was bad when they got it from the dealership, we would discuss it further. When I showed up a couple days later for them to put the strip on, they sent out a gentleman who barely spoke English, to avoid having to deal with me. It’s a sad shame because initially I thought they were very nice. The spots they said they would touch up, were sprayed over, but you can still see them all plain as day. After the whole experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.◦

International Collision Center took wonderful care of my Toyota RAV4. Jon and his staff are incredibly caring, patient, and knowledgeable. If there is one place I’m taking my car to get body work done it’s here. Their attention to detail is the difference maker in getting the job fixed right!!!

Its an O.K. body shop. They did the repair - so not a 1-star place, but the desk manager/estimator stated my repair would take until the following Tuesday (excluding the weekend, 3 business days). However, they did not finish until the Thursday after the following week!! (This ended up taking 10 business days).I know, things happen, delays and such. HOWEVER - this would have been mitigated had I been called every so often, to tell me there was a delay. They actually never called me - I would always have to call them. And I would call them after giving them ample time from a set day. For example, on the first delay, that estimator said it would take until Thursday (5 days into the repair), but I did not hear anything, so ended up calling on Friday to ask Whats the status of my car??Ridiculous. Phone calls arent difficult. If youre upfront with customers about delays and roadblocks, most people are reasonable.Ultimately, they did the repair. But Im still having an issue with the door. Im afraid if I take it back, they will take it for another few weeks.The only major drawback to going to this place is you wont know when your repairs will be complete. Otherwise, they do decent work.

Greatest experience ever! Well not really, there was an accident. However now that all the chaos is over and you guys had to keep our car for almost month. Well maybe not even that long but OMG it seemed like forever. Through it all Jon stayed in awesome communication with us. Its such a lengthy process sometimes. Its just so nice to get a courtesy call and give status on how things are doing.I know from time to time I might have been a bit rude with your staff please apologize for me they were very pleasant to me. The accident was a horrible experience and at times I took it out on you guys. Great customer service overall!

Fast and friendly service , when I wanted to see my car I was able to do so with no trouble . The workers are very friendly and know exactly what they are doing. I have gone to several other auto body repair spots and they were requesting outrageous quotes with a long wait period.

Jason did a great job he was the first person i dealt with , pleasant first impression. had someone come look at my damage through geico customer care , went over damages with him. Came back 2 days later to pick up my car only to find out my mirrors had been adjusted in every way shape and form seat was no where near where i left it but came back to a cleaner car. a day goes by and i finally look at my car to find out the work was not completely they completed neglected to repair my passenger side mirror. call back and they are more than happy to fix the issue , they ask me if id want a ride to work or if they could just snap off the cover on the mirror only then to realize it was more damage then inspected minor imperfections but something that was not caught in the initial assessment.i left the car with them stressed to jason i did not want anyone driving my car or adjusting my mirrors because it takes forever and 5 years to get it back to the way you like it. they gave me a ride to work and offered to pick me up. I called a few hours later to check on my car and it was just about ready. then went and scheduled a time where they could pick me up and bring me back to the shop. this time comes and i now see my car pulling up in the parking lot , i go to tell the driver i didnt want anyone driving my car and she tells me well you can drive it back to the shop. so now im expected to drive you back to the shop and drive back home no sorry that is a no in my book . overall experience was just sad . would not recommend anyone spend time or money here at this shop

Nice shop just went for an estimate

I went here by my insurance. They told me that the car would bw ready in 4 days as the damage that needed ro be repaired was minor. It took them almost 10 days to give me back mu vehicle, but I dealt with it b/c I was confident that my vehicle was being repaired appropriately. A few months went by and I began hearing weird noises. I took my car to a mechanic and everything was ok, but the noise persisted. I finally had it check for the damage that was repaired. For my surprise the mechanic found that the problem was the bumber, when he took it off all the screws were loose...like on the verge of me loosing the bumber while driving. Incredible that the mechanics at this place couldnt do something so simple as to thighten some screws. Will never go back to this place. If I could give them a 0 star I would.

Horrible place to take your car. Only did it because its Geico guaranteed. They messed up my car worse than the accident and claimed they did not do it..DO NOT take your vehicle here if you care about your car.

Worst experience they kept car for a month and a half and when they gave me back it was still not fixed well and again going through insurance to approve for parts. I am surprised why they did not check before giving the car back. Looked like the attitude that if customer is not checking well then they would have been let go with this ugly job they did on car. They were suppose to give car back 2-3 weeks earlier but on calling everytime they say tomorrow and on getting mad at them one day they made my car ready and still not perfect. And very very bad customer service. Not a single call they made to give status of car. I called them 2-3 times a week till they had car but they had zero courtsey to call and give status. Its not even cleaned at all. Full of dust inside the car. I learnt my lesson hard way, will definitely check the shop before giving my car. The second vice are looks like the dumpster and some 15 year old working on my car which is not correct.

If we could give a 0 star we would. We had gone through this company because we had Geico insurance and thought it would be more convient to use them since they could do the estimate of the car crash and provide a rental at the same place. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! My husband sopke with the owner seems to be a nice guy; I feel for him that he has incompetent people working for him. But lets just say what a MISTAKE not going with KIA for repairs. OUR KIA 2017 SPORTAGE HAS BEEN THERE SINCE APRIL 24!!!!! Can you believe that!!!!!! We got every EXCUSE in the world from, the part is on back order A 2017??? FROM we choose a wrong guy to do the body work and he never showed up... you name it!!! They havent yet told us that they sent it back to KIAS manufacture in South Korea yet, which would have been more beliveably at this point!!!!! PLEASE go to the dealer!!!! save yourself the TIME, the MONEY!!! waiting for a reimbursement from our insurance for car rentals is ridiculous. Plus with all the stories that have told us, Im not sure if the car is done correctly. WE are taking to KIA asap to find out. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never go to Auto Bady Connection. They took advantage of the fact that I didnt know English. They performed work on my car that I didnt request and billed my insurance for it.When trying to resolve the issue they didnt provide good customer service. Dont go here to fix your car.
