Had trouble finding refrigerator that could be delivered , supply issues with covid. Found one that met my requirements at store in Germantown. Salesman was helpful. Delivery men - Carlos/ Guadalupe were great! Very careful about getting into house and into space. Waiting for it to cool down - purchase and delivery experience was great- cannot comment on how appliance works yet as just plugged in.

We recently bought new kitchen appliances from Grand in Germantown, WI. We were going with basic LG items, so I was able to shop many different sources. Grand consistently had the best overall pricing (at least when one of their sales was on), including some rebates exclusive to them.I was happy to find out that they are more than just a quick sale at cheap prices. The store manager (Chris) was very knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. He answered all my questions with patience and genuine concern, which made me feel like I was being listened to and valued.The delivery setup was icing on the cake. Appliances came the day they were supposed to (very quickly after purchase, I might add). And they have a unique and very effective system for relaying delivery info that helped me know exactly when my stuff would arrive as the day went on. For a busy guy trying to squeeze appliance delivery into his work schedule, that was super helpful.I would highly recommend Grand for all you appliance needs.

I went in to Grand Appliance to look at a Frigidaire Professional refrigerator. I was pleasantly surprised to find it in stock, on sale, with 2 day delivery, and a $100 rebate. My sales person Dan was very helpful. It was delivered, my garage refrigerator was hauled away, and my kitchen refrigerator was moved to the garage. Delivery men did a fantastic job. Very pleased with entire experience.

I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! They only care about the sale. They do not care about or provide any service beyond them getting your money. The people there are rude and not at all understanding. I spent over $2,000 at this store and have a washing machine now that has been ruining my clothes since. It took 2 months to have the washer looked at and now I have been waiting weeks for the part to come in. Customer service told me they told the store to contact me with further instruction on how to get a follow up and the store just flat out didnt do it. I can anticipate this problem will not be resolved for at least 6 months following complaint, if at all. I understand that there are struggles in the world today, but theyve done nothing to show they valued my service. They literally said to me “we’re just a reseller of the product” when all I needed was for someone to treat me like a valued customer after I’ve been jerked around by them from the start. Their mission to create life long customers is an absolute joke to me. They do not care! They only care about the sale, not you. UNACCEPTABLE. Do better.

Have been looking of a stacked single unit for a year to replace the old one and every time I think I have one it’s not in stock or 2X the price due to shortages. It started with how nice the showroom floor looked. Very neat and clean. I found it easy to get around and look with others in the store. Staff was helpful but not pushy or hunting you. We went to other nearby locations for appliances but none compared as far as showroom appearance, cleanliness and well mannered staff. The salesmen at Grand knew their stuff and were friendly, polite and helpful. Chris and Dan in Germantown were excellent. Will definitely come back next time we need something.

He was very polite and not pushy at all! I ordered a refrigerator from the store down the road and waited seven months and never received it. My husband tried to get in touch with him, and he never respinded to repeated phone calls. He finally responded via email with a tentative date. Now we are 1 day away, and after trying to get through to someone finally find out we are only getting 2 of the 4 appliances. No explanation, just excuses. We are extremely frustrated with this company and their lack of communication and customer service. I would not recommend them.

Second time at Grand Appliance in Germantown, LG fridge purchase made simple and this time around with a little homework, we came in with our asks, found a great washer dryer combo and in stock with delivery 2 days later. Ask for Dan, he’s very helpful with no sales pressure.

I was disappointed that I was given a delivery date and they never called, I called them the morning it was supposed to be delivered and they couldnt find my refrigerator. I had the old fridge, which was going in my garage, emptied, all the shelving and drawers out, (so it would be lighter for them) and all my food in coolers. I had to put everything back and plug my fridge back in and reschedule a different delivery date than what I was told and that was on my receipt.

I was currently looking for a dishwasher and received a flyer in the mail from Grand. I went to their website and found a dishwasher I thought I was interested in. I had a few questions so I called the Germantown location and spoke with Dan He was very knowledgeable, friendly and TOTALLY appreciated my budget. Not only did he answer all of my questions, he recommended a better dishwasher. I would recommend this location for their EXCELLENT customer service and I will buy from them again. I looked at a few big box stores and did not get the level of service or help.

I previously sent a text message to the general information requesting information regarding a certain dishwasher. The information I received didn’t answer my questions I was looking for. When explaining this to Chris, he looked into the information I received and gave me the correct answer, all the while being completely professional about it. He didn’t say anything negative about the message I had received or the other store in Appleton I spoke to in regards to the dishwasher. I have been to other retail stores where the employees say negative comments about the specific stores additional services or stores such as “our online ordering service is terrible” or “That store has no clue what they’re talking about”. Selection was great and all of the units we wanted to look at had power to view the display. Dan was an incredibly patient salesman who offered candid information about the products we were interested in and wrote up several different quotes while we determined which was the best financial advice for us. Delivery was setup within a week for all three appliances where other stores were delayed until first week of December. Definitely will be going back for future appliance needs.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! We purchased multiple appliances over a month ago. They have not been delivered, I have received no communication from the store except for my one successful attempt to call them.Their automated phone system has successfully prevented me reaching the store manager. I contacted their corporate office, only to receive no assistance, no answers to my questions, courtesy of the most belligerent person it has ever been displeasure to deal with.If you are looking for appliances, and you are considering Grand TV and Appliance, look elsewhere. I wish that I had.Still waiting for my appliances, and still waiting to see if anyone at Grand understands the meaning of the phrase Customer Service

We purchased a package of Frigidaire appliances from Grand. When we received appliances a burner on the stove wasnt working and when we installed the microwave we had troubles with it, it just didnt work every time untilmit did and then didnt again.Their repair service is horrible. Numerous calls and messages left and no call back. The burner eventually got repaired but then they needed a different part for microwave....its been months since we heard back. I have again called and left several messages. No call back, supposedly i will be getting a call back next week...we shall see. I will never shop at Grand Appliance again.They just want to sell their products and make quick money, quality and integrity doesnt mean much to them.

Stopped in to buy a small chest freezer it was in stock no hassles. But I had to get out of it quickly because I didn’t realize what a big place this was and they have beautiful kitchens set up, because I bought all my appliances from another store a few miles away with very little selection and poor customer service. So I would highly recommend this place whether you need one appliance or your whole kitchen!

Mostly lousy.. Dan did not even introduce himself. I had to ask him his name after we were checking things out with for at least 15 minutes. He was not the least bit helpful, did not explain things or suggest things. Kept showing me machines that were too deep for a 79 Y.O. Woman with very bad spinal arthritis. I only decided not to leave when the other gentleman took over for a few minutes after I mentioned that I had heard there was a terrific lady that worked at Grand Appliances in Wauwatosa. I would never work with this fellow again.

My old dishwasher died on a Thursday. I really needed to replace it right away. I called Grand and they had the exact model I wanted in stock. They made arrangements for me to pick it up on the following Monday. When I went to get it, they helped me put it in my SUV. The whole process went extremely well. Store was busy with one person working, but he was quick and able to help us after finishing up with the couple people before us. He explained which ones would be better for us, didn’t push the more expensive models and respected our budget.

Absolute disaster. Ordered a refrigerator for my parents and have had issues with it since it was delivered. Now, nearly 2 months since then the issue still isn’t fixed and they continue to send people out with the wrong part. Never again.

About 2 months ago we purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher from Grand. Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful but that is where it stopped. We were informed that there would be some delays because they did not have one in stock and the factory was not producing that model at that time. This was Nov. 1, 2020. We were given an approximate date (were told they were first in line) of Nov. 23rd, 2020. Having heard nothing we called a couple of days before to find out what time to expect delivery. We were then told they had no time frame as to when this unit might be available. The point here was no communication. About 3rd week of December, we were told they had the unit in stock now but it would be Jan. 4th, 2021 before it could be delivered due to their schedule. Jan 2nd, we received a phone call saying they were prepping the unit for the Monday delivery and noticed it was damaged and would not be delivered. No further communication until about 11:30am Monday when we received a text stating the delivery truck would be at our home in 15 minutes. When we tried to call back to see if the delivery was real, we found it hard to get ahold of anyone and then when we did there was no record of the call saying we werent going to get it because of damage.Does this place have any idea what is happening? Could not seem to get a straight answer from anyone. We understand the delay; that is out of their control. We do not understand why we had no communication when the schedule changed. The dishwasher was indeed installed on Jan 4th as scheduled. Even after expressing considerable dissatisfaction due to all the confusion, we have heard nothing from the original salesman.Please note. While it is extremely unlikely we will deal with Grand Appliance (pricing was less at Best Buy) again, we were pleasantly impressed by the meticulous effort on the part of the installers. Great care was taken to avoid damage to our floors and existing cabinets. The installation was precise and efficient.
