Today Sept. 27 2020 went to my storage unit that Ive had the last 1 and 1/2 years my lock was missing /replaced with another lock. Im unsure of outcome. Bill has been paid entire time. Im extremely angry. Im moving finally, possibly my entire home furnishings may be gone. Im sick to my stomach right now, waiting for them to open tomorrow at 9am. This should never happen to anyone ever!

Be wary of this place.As long as you pay your bill on time every month via auto-pay you will be fine. If you get Covid-19 or anything like complete kidney failure and need to spend time in a hospital this company will take a lien out on your unit and sell it to the highest bidder. Also another warning, If you think you might need to talk to a manager dont get discouraged when you call for weeks only to get the call center.

They have no cameras. Limited management on premises and frequent break ins. DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS WITH THEM.

Had a 10 x 20 DESTROYED by not only water & mud damage, but infested with rodents and bugs, many dead and alive. Even pulled a 5 shed snake skin off the floor. They were aware of the water/mud damage, but failed to advise anyone. I was out of state and only found the damage at least four months later after they sent letters that they were closing that building for upgrades and all units had to be vacated. I lost more property and special personal memories than I could count. Yes, we took photos of all the damages. There were so many people there emptying their units the last weekend and finding damages items by the truck load. They had obviously abandoned the building and any type of maintenance some time ago judging by the mass volumes of bugs and mice. There were live mice in my dresser drawers and even had them inside my stuffed animals. Of course, they did charge full rent up to the end, even knowing a building worth of units had been destroyed. The dumpster by the gate was overflowing with destroyed items and more piled up all around it. The hateful manager then had the gall to come through yelling at people for just leaving destroyed property behind in the units... as we were crying over the loss. I cannot imagine a worse experience. I only regret not filing a group suit against the facility. If they wouldve let people know there was a mudslide (improper construction and banking of soil behind the building... bldg A), we could have/would have gone promptly to attend to items and could have saved some. I was throwing away books my grandparents had given me with holiday and birthday inscriptions from 40+ years ago... an Ethan Allen couch... electronics... wood furniture... clothing... leather goods... For what its worth, they had a number of positive reviews left within a year prior, in response to a promo offering 10% off a months bill for leaving feedback.

Spent forty dollars never got what I paid for, then given every excuse for not refundinding my money all folks should look elsewhere for their storage needs. US marine veteran.

These people have a rodent infestation and worse they KNOW IT but REFUSE to tell anyone about it! I lost a $300 couch, a $200 love seat, and a brand new $50 DVD player to a TON of water damage and rodent infestation! Do NOT use this storage facility!!

Unfriendly staff. Renting a Uhaul experience was less than pleasant.
