This is the nicest storage facility Ive used. First of all, the staff are so friendly and helpful - they go out of their way to help out. The facility is clean and very convenient. Climate control is excellent as well. Every time Ive called with a question or asked for help the friendly staff is there for me. I highly recommend this business!

I have use LifeStorage in Gtown for over a decade. Everything has always been kept secure, safe and clean. Renee is WONDERFUL and went above and beyond to help us! Highly recommend!!!

They were honest and transparent. Rick did a great job showing me my unit, very thorough in walking me through the procedures and explaining the rules.

The staff here is incredible! Definitely went the extra mile to make sure that we were being taken care of and understood how to get in and out of our locker.Rick was always upbeat and kind as we struggled to figure out how to access our two units. I think that he has probably been present with first time clients. A very patient man. :)Renee was remarkable. Although she had received some very tough news the day we checked in, and we said, We can come back tomorrow. She said, No well finish up and then Ill go. Shes a trooper!We were very blessed to land here and find a temporary home for our belongings.

I have had my climate-controlled unit for almost a month now and I am absolutely impressed with this facility. Shelley is so nice and was able to get me set up quick and easy with my unit. She showed me around the facility and made sure I was satisfied with my unit before I left. The ease of access in and around the facility for renters is top notch. They have a great unloading/loading dock and several carts which makes unloading of vehicles a breeze. I am thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the preventative measures they take for pest control. On top of that, they have several great security measures to make sure your stuff is safe and secure. They truly care about customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism when it comes to the care and storage of your items. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility in the Georgetown area.

I have used lifestorage for years and it has been incredible!I never worry about my stuff being here-(so much so that I have to call and get my storage unit information every time I come check on it because it’s so infrequent. Although that says a lot about me...) anyway- the price is excellent, the customer service is friendly and helpful and I will continue to use them every time.

Went in there for some help since I needed things to make a move to Austin. Eryn was the person I spoke with, she pointed out everything that I needed and all were reasonably priced. Super friendly and efficient. Totally recommend this place!

The facility is always secure and clean. All the employees I have encountered have been pleasant and happy to help. Rick is super helpful.

The facilities are so clean and the staff is very helpful. They have bathrooms on-site, which comes in handy, if you need to stop and take a break in between adding or removing things from your unit. It is secure, so I feel confident my stuff will not be bothered as they also have cameras, in addition to pass-code gates. Even though they have several levels, they have carts you can use, so its almost as if you are on the first floor anyway because of the elevators.

I came in not knowing what I really needed and they walked me through the whole process so I got exactly what I needed. Plus the store has everything I would need for my move. Just closed my storage unit that I have had for over a year! I want to thank the staff of Life Storage #546 for their service and for keeping such a clean facility. We had a great location inside the facility with easy access for the movers who initially moved our items to this location and for us when we needed anything there. Will definitely recommend this storage facility to friends and family. Conveniently located close to the intersection of Williams and D.B. Woods/Shell Road in Georgetown, Texas.

I went to the San Marcos location to get some information and Joanne was so helpful. I had never rented a storage unit before so she was so willing to answer all of my questions that I had. By the next day I was already signing for a unit here. Its a great storage place for a great price.

We (wife and I) have multiple units rented at the Georgetown location. Erin and Jessie are wonderful to deal with and they are both pleasant and knowledgeable about their offerings. Service, when needed, is fast and they know my name and recognize me on sight (which could be either good or bad). :)The units and showroom are always well maintained. The prices are reasonable (at least at this moment in time) for both inside and outside units. They are willing to let you put a short hold on a unit if you need a few days to make any decisions, which comes in handy.Overall we are very satisfied customers and it is refreshing to deal with the people working there.

Ive been storing at this location for about 3 years. Its always clean, climate control is good and the staff has been knowledgeable the few times I needed to ask questions. It was a smooth and almost transparent transition between managements a while back, too.

This facility meets and *exceeds* expectations. It is incredibly clean, well-lit, and secure. You also cant beat the prices for the amenities included and the added convenience of reserving a unit online. Highly recommend!

I stopped in for some boxes and was lucky to find out they actually have really good prices. Loved that the employees helped me out to my car and managed to get it all to fit. Im still packing so Im sure Ill be back for more. Thanks Erin and Leland!
