I recently had my commercial mower in to David ABanks for service. Great service. After the initial service a few weeks later I had another issue. Called in to get scheduled and the service tech walked me through diagnosis. Just a switch I could repair myself! Great people and thanks for the great info! Sometimes it more important to keep a customer running! Thank you!

Brought in 2 mowers for regular maintenance. Excellent job getting them in shape for end of year mowing. They sell and service Toro, Cub Cadet and larger farm equipment. Large parts department. All staff are knowledgeable and very friendly.

The customer service is second to none! The service tech, Shane, was on point and knowledgeable in what he does. Made my visit enjoyable and worthwhile. He definitely deserves a raise!

We were looking to purchase a new riding mower, and after a disappointing experience with another company, we found David A Banks to be professional, and friendly. Plus we got a great deal on a mower! Highly recommend.

I was given their name , when I couldnt find anyone to change or even take off a flat tire on my 50 cut lawn tractor. I was given the service department and spoke to a very nice man, who had all the answers for me. I had no way of getting the tractor there, so he is calling back with when someone will pick up my tractor , he also offered to check all the tires, as I was told this tire was dry rotted. Looking forward to being a customer of these very polite people that work here!

They had the part needed to fix my 9 year old Toro mower! And, the part was not available on the Toro web site. Made my day!

Just horrible. Went in bought high end toro zero turn tractor in 5 minutes on a Monday. supposed to pick up in 2 days. They called said it had bad carburetor. Said they would have it ready for pick up on sat. called sat at 9am to see when i could pick up. Was told sales person would call me back. After an hour and 1/2 , I called back. sales person was still busy. no call in the next hour so I called back a third time at 12:30 was promised a call back. No call. I called back a 4th time because they were going to close and the sales person answered. Said tractor was junk wouldnt start. I asked him to measure the 50 model to see if it would go through my gate. No call back again. I waited for a call Monday mourning and of course no call. I called another toro dealer to purchase from them. Keep in mind I was still going to buy the tractor if they got it right and was already approved through credit from last week. When i told the other dealer in Laurel, De that I was already approved for credit, he asked what happened. I told him the customer service was bad at David A Banks and I wanted to just buy a tractor. he said he would call me right back to see if the mulching kit was available. He called me back and said as a curtsy to David A banks he called them and was told that Banks called me that mourning and had scheduled delivery with me so he had to back out of the deal and didnt want to get in the middle. Another bad dealer. I have been waiting for a call since last Wednesday 5 days ago from David A Banks. After waiting all day Monday, at 4PM on Monday I called a John Deer dealer in Harrington, DE. I drove there and bought a tractor in 5 minutes and am picking it up tomorrow. Keep in mind, I was an easy sale, was still willing to buy a tractor that had a bad carburetor, and bad fuel pump once fixed. One last thing, I called and asked for the owner after waiting 2 more hours on Monday at noon. Was told he was in a meeting. No call from him either. 7 days of grief to buy a tractor and was left with out even a phone call in 5 days. I own a business and really dont usually do reviews to hurt a dealer even if there is regular problems. i get it. I had to warn people with this dealer it was so bad. Mike Mixon, Lewes DE
