9th in line. 3 people behind me.. Didnt move an inch in almost 10 minutes. 5 lines like this. I have never seen baggers move this slow. I am thinking a terrible terrible thought -- I should have gone to Walmart.

I love kroger, but these bathrooms dont look like they have been cleaned in at least a day, if not two or three. I mentioned it in the store, and they just kind of shrugged it off. Its 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday July 6th, 2021. Obviously they were not cleaned before closing time last night. Isnt this supposed to be the time that they are doing the extra cleanings because of covid?

My husband and I were traveling and scheduled for a tour (6/3/21 at 2pm) of the “Old Friends Farm” and had arrive early. So we decided to drive over to this Kroger as we shop at a Kroger in TN. I accidentally left my phone in the top of the shopping cart and headed to our car. Realizing this, I ran back inside to the cart and of course it was gone. Frantically, I searched and couldn’t find it, even at the Customer Service Center. However, a very sweet girl working that day at the Customer Service Center showed us how to find my phone on my husband’s phone. It rang my phone and we were able to locate the area in Kroger where it was in another sweet woman’s shopping cart. Thank you so much Kroger for hiring staff members that are willing to go above and beyond to assist customers.We loved your store, it had clothing, pharmacy, and other items in addition to a food store! Best of the Best!!!!

Store is always clean and the employees are always helpful. The pharmacy and the pharmacist are the greatest. The pickup department does a fantastic job.

This locations ClickList/Pickup team has failed us for the last time. Missing items that we were charged for, swapping out deli cheese they are out of for an extra pound of ham, and hand picking out vegetables that are so rotted they shouldnt even be on their stands for purchase. Making chili today minus 2 cans of beans they shorted us, 2 green peppers that were 50% black, and an onion that was so mushy we had to toss the first several layers to find a portion that was usable. Unacceptable.

I work overnight at the toyota plant in georgetown. This kroger was the ONLY store open when we get off work at 2 am. Now they decide to change their hours to closing at midnight

They have the best deli in town but the service in the deli department is lacking. They want even keep the pre packed meats stocked for us that come in after deli hours to shop.

Best pizza of all the Krogers in the tri-state area. Awesome Murrays cheese shop. Get your olive fix!

This self checkout system is absolutely terrible. I dont know whats worse, this broken check out system or the unemployment system. We need a self checkout system for those of us which purchase more than 10 items. Get it together Krogers! 🤔🤨

I go to Kroger but today I will go less now.Frist I’m 66 yrs old. I went early this morning got some groceries and went to get some shrimp. They had it out. I told the lady I wanted a lb of shrimp. She said you can’t get it until 10 am. Then I had to be out that evening so I stop by and it was 7:15. I ask the man for shrimp. He said you can’t buy it after 7. Went up front to talk to a manager and the man called her said you have to wait 10 minutes. I told him why should I wait when you all don’t wait on me. I payed my stuff down and left. I think it’s time I get rid of my Kroger card they can’t wait on me why should I wait on them.

Freezer and cooler doors and handles are super dirty. Covid or not thats nasty!Online order full fillers are super rude. Need to be more conscientious of their surroundings. Grabbing one item from an aisle? Is it really necessary to take that whole cart down a crowded aisle? Shouldnt the customer have the right of way?Otherwise clean and friendly!

I called the Georgetown(40324) store to ask a question about the hometown delivery in Cynthiana and the boy said dont have it(they do)and that I need to just go to the store in that town and hung up. When I called back he kept saying he was manager, I said no so he put a girl(from accounting) on phone and she said (with attitude) she lives in Cynthiana and never heard of it and hung up! Well its at 111 Riverside suite 1(ruler) Cynthiana!

Georgetown Krogers is more expensive than other Krogers in the nearby Town also they are so shorthanded of cashiers that people are lined up down the aisles and the meat department keeps saying that their machine is broke.

I gave a two star because Krogers is usually pretty good to their customers. But today I went in and yes forgot my mask in my pocket. Went up to a lady in a little section by the deli to ask a question about where I could find a product. Instead of just asking me to put a mask on (which I would have nicely done) she tells me I am on my own because I have no mask and she wasnt going to help me. I went to the manager. I understand that places want us to wear them but if she would have kindly just asked me to wear it I would have. The manager said they cannot refuse service for not wearing a mask and would have a talk with her. I wasnt around her long enough to get the name because I was so mad. I know its not hard to wear a mask but if it slips someones mind because they are in a hurry, just simply ask. Geez

Great prices good staff and the delivery and pick up options make this place a good place to shop for FOOD... the clothes are waaayyy too expensive so i wouldnt even mess with them, but for those vegans out there who need some good eats there is over a hundred options you can find. from bacon to eggs to ice cream to pizza and meatballs, this place has you covered with incredible meatless eggless dairy-free sugar-free honey-free options that make your mouth water, and they are constantly adding new products. the other day i found vegan edible brownie batter for about 2 bucks. just remember to mask up and stay safe!

Id give it a one, but I use to work here and the 2 stars only apply to this time in life. Ive seen about 10 people walking around without masks on, this is ridiculous, they need to really be more strict about this... very disappointed.

My family are big fans of the New super Kroger in Georgetown.You can support a school, charity, etc. with the fundraising program every time you shop. They offer coupons you can download on your Kroger card.We like the Kroger brand also. There is an Organic brand, Simple Truth, that is affordable.Two thumbs up for Kroger!

Store was messy, COVID precautions were subpar, cashier was unfriendly. The bagger was pretty nice though. Extra star because the in-house Starbucks is consistently solid.

Im a regular shopper at krogers in Georgetown ky. Since I was treated for stage 2 cancer, I was challenged on eating and swallowing alot of foods.I met Shannon at krogers. I inquired about what soft foods that I may be able to eat. And Shannon told me that he too had been treated for cancer before. He pointed out some of the soft foods for me that I may be able to eat, and he was right on target for me.Since I first met Shannon and now, if I have any questions about any foods, he always has a solid answer for me, and his answers have always been true.He suggests what foods I may consider trying, and cautions me on foods to wait on before trying.He is very professional, and friendly.Shannon is a huge asset for Krogers, and the public. Im giving it a one I should give it a zero but you cant do that on here every time we come up here shopping no one to check you out stood in line for 15 minutes no one to bag the groceries its getting bad every time you come up here management needs to be something done about because they are useless

This store has about anything that your looking for in a market or grocery store. They also have plenty of specialty items and many thing other supermarkets dont carry.

I am very disappointed in Georgetown Ky Kroger based on what I experienced 6-11-20 at 330pm. There was no social distancing and less than 20% of the customers had a mask on. I did not hear any announcements stating the requirements. This was not a safe environment and management should take action at the entrance to educate these ignorant people and keep their customers safe.

Very pleased with the kindness from most of the employees. They are very welcoming and you can tell most are happy to be there. I love my local Kroger.

Ordered groceries for pick up yesterday and Ive been by twice to pick them up. The first time, the line was so long, I was told to come back later if possible. I came back 3 hours later. Waited in line from 12:30 to 2pm. Called when I got in the space and nobody answered so I checked in on the app. I watched 4 cars get their groceries before me that didnt have to wait as long. Its really frustrating. I wish they would let me cancel it and refund so I could go get it myself. The only good thing was that the guy who delivered them was really nice about it.

Even though the store was SUPER busy, Gerald offered to help me carry out my large order and helped me load it into my vehicle. Excellent service that is not always offered anymore. A good representative for Kroger in Georgetown KY.

I love the Georgetown Kroger’s. I like the quality of the food. It does stay busy, but I guess that is because it’s so good. Their click list is also good as well.

I typically shop here for specific items, though the store is currently undergoing some restructuring and Im not entirely sure its all positive change. Some of the goods have been moved to locations that dont necessarily make very much sense and I had to ask several times where different items were, when I never had problems before.

Today I met the Baker employee. If I needed help. I would have asked her. Im able to shop independently. She looks at me and shouts. Can I help you. Rude as possible. Another kroger employee was putting up bread behind me. He heard her and put head down. If she had said after. Well, if I needed anything ask. No nothing. Have a nice day. Nothing polite about her. White woman dark hair. Shewas behind the counter. I was looking at cheesecakes. Im a paying customer. She was very rude to me. I could see everything I needed. Without her rude mouth yelling at me. If she needed something....like what was the point? She was not professional at all. I hope she understands how offensive that was for me.

So tired of getting ripped of at Georgetown KY Kroger. Their pick up service is poorly managed with rotten produce, technical issues, and wrong products.

Love the store but hate the remodel. In the process of remodeling they stopped stocking several items I used regularly. Including several ethnic hair products which I know were in high demand, because they were constantly running out. Not sure what prompted that but they shrank their selection a lot. Also most of the employees are very kind but you do have some here or there that greatly seem disinterested. Had an incident recently with a bread problem that clearly demonstrated this (anyone from the store reading this feel free to have me contact you to tell you what happened.) Also they seem to push them too hard with the online pickup orders. Shopping experience was much more pleasant without all the employees constantly barreling down the aisles ahead of you because they are in a rush to get the orders filled. Very nice that they are trying to take care of the online customers but it makes things much harder for the in-store shoppers. Also, on the few occasions I have ordered online, have caught them a time or two saying a product was out of stock when it in fact was in stock. It was not a super recent stock, either. You can tell. Which means I cannot really trust it anytime they say something is out of stock and will always end up going inside to check. Still, a wonderful seafood selection, produce and meats are always great. Just that a few things that have made the experience less enjoyable lately.Edit: I have reduced the rating to 1 star because there are employees getting peoples food orders and walking right up on top of you as you try to shop with either no mask or with masks pulled down either below the nose or all the way. It is ridiculous, only about 30 percent of the employees actually wear the masks properly. Only the ones at checkout have any concept of distancing. It is getting more and more lax, and therefore more dangerous. Please address this!

DONE with clicklist. Do you actually have employees working in there ?! You assign a time for pick up but apparently you give that time to 1/4 of the town as well so you can’t get your order for an hour or more. When you do food is missing!! Where is the convenience in this?

Krogers prices are hard to beat. The deli always has a nice selection. The rewards program is worth having as well. Store is always clean and plenty of workers to ask for help. I would high recommend getting groceries here over and other grocery store kn Georgetown.

I love the convenience of being just around the corner from my home. My store of choice. The employees are very friendly. There is always someone willing to assist with getting my groceries loaded in my car. The reason for not getting 5 stars is that often clearance items arent marked, sale items are out of stock, and popular items are no longer carried (another type or brand is in its place). The pharmacy is the best.

If you have a line in your pharmacy drive thru for drop offs and no one pays attention to you so you can just drop off your prescription why have a line? Yes we pressed the call button and yes we picked up the phone but still no one paid attention this isn’t the first time and needs to be fixed

Cean and freshly remodeled but they constantly stop carrying items we buy. Seriously its like a running joke in our family... Start buying something from the Kroger and its the kiss of death for that product... Seriously... BRING BACK MIKE SELLS NON KETTLE COOKED SALT AND PEPPER CHIPS! 😡

I really love the one on the other side better. Its easier to navigate and makes more sense where things are. However the customer service counter and pharmacy here are extra helpful and speedy!

This is my go-to place for pretty much everything. Great prices, especially when they have their buy 5, save $5 and other sales. I always go through the digital coupons on my kroger app for extra savings while Im in the store. My family is addicted to the Murrays cheeses inside as well. Love that most days they have some kind of samples around the store to try and everyone is always very helpful

This by far the best Kroger store I have been in to shop in including stores from 5 states (KY, OH,IN,GA, TN). The store is well stocked, friendly staff, great selections, its exactly what Georgetown needed. Great to have such a nice store in our town.

Seeing a employee that works in the deli going in and using the bathroom with there apron on is a big health code violation very upset that is going on they should not be able to walk out of the deli or any other departments with there apron on in the first place. Went to the head of the deli reported that then went to the management and reported to them. I ask you this is just one time how many other times it was done without someone knowing about this Kroger is not doing a good enough job on making sure that this doesnt happen

Placed an order for pickup. Was sent an email that all my drinks ordered were out of stock. Arrived at the Georgetown KY store an hour before scheduled pickup, went inside. All the drinks I ordered were on the shelves. If you don’t want to pull them for pickup orders just mark it as store only and don’t lie and tell me it’s out of stock.

The store was a mess. I understand that they were busy, but Associates were blocking aisles while they loaded things there would be two of them with flatbeds facing each other and talking so that it was almost impossible to get through certain Isles. This didnt happen once this happened several times. In produce, and international foods, and Cereal, by the meat section,. There was absolutely no regard for customers. An absolute lack of professionalism as regards their personal conversations with each other.

This store is SORELY in need of competition. Customer service is non-existent. Watch while your cashier scans—every single time, there have been several items that do not reflect the sale price. Cashiers get upset when you point that out and don’t offer to check. I used to work for a Publix and they would ALWAYS double check for you. Express lanes aren’t always open. There should always be one open. Everything is incredibly disorganized and they need more organic products instead of all the junk. I wouldn’t shop here if I had a choice. I called to express my concerns to a new assistant manager, Andrew, and he seemed to care less. This store needs to learn from better stores that focus on customer service, aka Publix and Harris Teeter.

No one is ever at the customer service desk, employees see you looking for help and they immediately run away in the other direction. I have bought multiple spoiled yogurts from here. I believe Ive wasted more gas driving to this kroger to return expired items than I have actually purchasing in this store. As well as I was harassed by an employee Pam who goes above the manager and harasses people in the store about stuff they intend to buy. This whole grocery store is the worst to shop at in the area.Avoid it at all cost.

I love my local Kroger. Its a great store but....tonight I went to get a pick up order...no canopy, rain falling in sheets...the poor kids that brought my order were soaked to the skin. Hands so cold they could barely move their fingers. Kroger, that is not ok. I expect great things from my local Kroger and this was a huge disappointment. Long line, no big deal, long await, frustrating sure but in the end no big deal. Kids soaked to the skin, shivering with cold with only light rain coats for coverage...not ok. Get this together Kroger. Get an awning, a cover, something to help out your employees. They shouldnt have to suffer like this for a service you offer and when they get sick due to your lack of investment youll have no one to blame but yourselves.

Been sitting in line for the pickup 15 minutes and no movement. We could be here another hour. Called the number but got transferred and it rang and rang. Avoid pickup. They are slower than slow

It’s really sad when you put your groceries in order at the checkout and the packer is still clueless that all the cold items should be in the same bag. Took 15 minutes to unpack, reorganize and repack.A little less apathy and more attention should be paid to the customer

Upscale store with jewelry store, bank, Starbucks inside. Separate entrance Liquor Store adjacent. Store areas include Deli, Sushi bar, home goods, clothes, toys. Very clean with friendly helpful employees. Thursdays are Senior Citizens day with additional 5% discount on all grocery purchases if you use their loyalty card preloaded with Senior designation.

A good go-to place for groceries. Fairly standard, though the employees are generally above average in courtesy and helpfulness, reflecting well on management. Happy to buy daily consumables here.Some of the floor space used for housewares skus seems superfluous and the Buy #x, Save $y seem increasingly marketing rather than customer focused, but that would be a corporate issue.

The Krogers Marketplace in Georgetown KY. Truly the most helpful people that I have come across . Such a variety of merchandise the deli is one of the best. The apparel department is just out standing. I come in often with the lady that I take care of, she has dementia and it feels like they understand how to help her without a word for me they are absolutely amazing

Our go to place, we but everything we can here. Prices are decent, selection is good. They try to buy all local (connecting states) produce.

The baggers need to be taught how to bag groceries. You dont mix food with house hold cleaners .and to put more than 2 or 3 items in a bag. And to double bags with more than 6 cans in it.

Reserved a click list time between 6 pm and 7pm. Was contacted at 5:40 that the groceries would not be ready until 8 pm. At this time I was already in town to get my groceries. I live 20 minutes away from Georgetowns Kroger. I waited around until 6:40 to go to Kroger to try to pick them up. I pulled into the click list line at 6:42 and called the line 3 times and it was never answered. Finally at 6:55 after three tries and 13 minutes of waiting outside someone answered. Its funny that the sign outside says 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed. Not the case.

I love our Kroger. To be a relatively small town, this thing is a mega Kroger. Its a one stop shop. Furniture, food, cheese, beer, liquor, you name it. They even have clothes and toys and whatnot. I cant believe Im reviewing a Kroger.

The isles are so small on the food side its really hard to food shop it gets so crowded. Staff is great and never have issues parking or getting a cart.

Wonderful experience going through that first time at Georgetown Krogers very funny had some good deal love the shoes produce was great cabbage was beautiful good job. Would have gave you a 5 but No One Believes a 5-star rating.

I wish I could give negative stars. This pharmacy is a joke. Wait 45 mins for prescriptions that were ready yesterday only to be told my insurance isnt active. Instead of asking for help because she doesnt know how to run it through she asks ME to pull back around. Well, its active at Walgreens......NEVER AGAIN.

Great produce! I love shopping at Aldi but to me and my family nothing beats Kroger produce. We have staples here that we dont buy anywhere else. As far as customer service goes they are pretty good, they stop to help the best they can and dont brush you off.

Just came from this store on a sunday evening. Stopped to get bananas for my 13mth old grandson. The store is entirely OUT of bananas! How is that even possible? Its not like qe has a blizzard or the was a recall or something,the clerk for that dept told me, we are just out,not coming in till monday sometime This would be a great place to put a REAL grocery store! I walked out disgusted. Guess I am going to Save a lot!

Used the self check out to purchase some clothing. Left the store and realized I had forgotten to ask an employee to remove the anti theft device. I didnt even realize it had one since the alarm did not go off when I exited. Called the store about 15 minutes later to ask what to do when I realized my mistake. The employee on the phone did not give her name but was extremely rude and insinuated that I had stolen the pants and snobbishly informed me I need a receipt (that she doubted I had) for them to remove it.I am not upset about the policy, Im upset about the employee implying Im a criminal when it was a small mistake.

My only complaint with Kroger are their prices. Walmart is a lot less expensive. Carole Boyd is the nicest employee that they have!!!

Best place in Georgetown to shop for groceries. Its a super store so pretty much anything a person needs is here. When I got in to town & unpacked, I realized I had no t-shirts. As I was shopping, found clothing!! Champion brand, so all was well. One stop shopping = very important!! However, its always crowded. There are self check out stations😉✌

Kroger is a very friendly place. I always meet people who I have known and we get to catch up with each other. Also many of the cashiers and baggers know me by name.

My wife was checking out when a employee named Medina asked her if she was going to clean that up. My wife looked down and seen the lid on her milk had came off. Medina told my wife are you going to clean that up or at least take It back. My wife said that should go in returns not back on shelf. We was never offered to get a new one just hateful comments. To me this is not customer service theres more than one place to get groceries.

I love Kroger! I spend way to much time shopping and looking at all the things in the store and looking for all the deals. Lol... IM a Kroger aholic. Anyone not using the Kroger card and coupons are missing out on lots of savings.

Searched the store looking for some one working in frozen food section. Went to service desk for help. Lady there twice paged for someone to help me. Waited about 30 minutes. No one ever showed up. I left. My purpose was to ask someone to order frozen carmel apple blossoms for me. They have ordered them for me before. How can I have some ordered for me? Have purchased them many times before. Help please!

Very nice clean store with a wide variety of inventory, the staff was very helpful despite the long wait for help. They had many good deal and coupons that are available to costumers with an account at the store.

Lunch was great but all of the lights went out while we were eating lol. Im a little upset about the soda machine being taken out but I will live.

Nice large store with great Murrays cheese island and meat/seafood departments. Also sells clothing and much more. Has seperate beer/wine/alcohol store with drive through, pharmacy, and gas station.

This is one of the newer updated looking Krogers. Its pretty clean and organized on the inside. Product options are impressive as well. The outside however could be a little less chaotic. As far as the parking lot goes anyway. I havent been the biggest fan of the pharmacy either. The pharmacy staff are good folks. Prices for meds are noticeably cheaper here too. Its the system their using that seems to cause more issues than anything else however. More than half the time you cant reach the pharmacy by phone. Very frustrating.

DO NOT DO THE CLICK IT AT THIS LOCATION!!!! Placed online order @2pm today. Picked the spot to pick up between 7-8pm. Showed up at 7:55pm and left the line at 9:18pm. Not to mention out of 33 items, 15 of them were replaced with something NASTY that I was told they were out of. Mt question was, why offer them to purchase if they cannot be fulfilled. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME WITH THIS AGAIN. I have always been told, if you want something done right, do it YOURSELF!!! LESSON LEARNED, THE HARD WAY!!!
