This store is nothing less than a joke!We have ordered our groceries here for over a year. Usually missing items but I guess you cannot moan too much as they always credit us.This last delivery totalled $352, this is a usual weekly shop.This time our just over 100 items were split into (wait for it) FOUR separate deliveries over 5 days. So, 82 items arrived by door dash 1 hour 30 minutes late because the driver had to wait at the store 2 hours to be loaded. I know this is correct because the driver called me appollogizing while waiting at the store.The mailed items included food and cleaning materials. The attached picture shows the gigantic box with a few items in it. Bleach is mixed in with food items which I would assume is illegal. Food packets are split open with the contents loose in the box.On trying to call the store, they obviously did not want to know or care as they just cut the call off before I couldnt even tell them what had happened. This is totally unacceptable and as a consequence, we will never shop at Walmart for groceries again. That is around $1500 a month they have lost. We will now be shopping at Amazon Fresh! Walmart will not exist if this is a sample of their customer service.

Always live going to Walmart. People are friendly, helpful, even if they work in another department, they still help you. I really appreciate that about Walmart.

Great administrative help when a problem raised. Very supportive , friendly. We were very impressed.

Very large RV friendly we did not stay here we did see RVs in lot in daylight with generator running and lawn chairs under trees. I thought they where very brave to get so comfortable . Shelves shockingly empty still it was Holiday. Staff very helpful and nice.

Arizona sweet tea is on too high of a shelf and could not find Melba toast crackers

I love Walmart but the last year I notice that theyre narrowing down our choices. Used to be able to find something and there was a quality brand, a mid price brand of the same thing and a cheaper version. Not anymore! Youre lucky if you get to choose between good and yuck!

Walmart at Georgetown near SH29 is has a very convenient location near Wolf Ranch.The store is clean, accurate and has plenty of goods.This store still has a small number of self-service registers, it would be great to see renovations with more self-service kiosks installed.

What a great store! This was my first visit to the local Georgetown Walmart Supercenter since moving here a couple weeks ago. Even though I dont know the layout of the store yet I am thoroughly impressed by the size and selection of products available. Ill definitely get my steps in with each subsequent visit.

Im pleased to say that the George Town Wal-Mart has a sales associate in the jewelry department; something the Round Rock store on 35 doesnt. I wish I had caught the name of the mature women who helped me. I appreciated her knowledge & pride in her work.

The auto center very economical! After getting quotes from 2 other oil change places in town for my vehicle that requires synthetic oil, Walmart Auto Center offered the oil change for half the cost of the other places. Thank you Walmart!!

Reliable, wish they would stay open 24-7 again though. You can find most everything youre looking for.Some things are not restocked correctly or they simply do not have in stock.Checkout is quick and convenient.

Found a Soccer ball in the melons, it was black and green.Naturally I bought it and named it Melon. One of my best purchases.

I definitely recommend shopping here!This Walmart location has friendly, helpful employees and friendlier customers than other locations. It is just a much better vibe altogether!I have never encountered a quality shopping experience at any other Walmart in any other city or state (this is NOT an exaggeration). Before stepping into this location, I hadnt been inside of a Walmart store in over 1 year because of the awful vibes.Keep it up Georgetown!!!

This Walmart has great helpful employees. I am in and out several times weekly. Unfortunately this store is too small for this community. Shelves are never well stocked. Its patchy. Plant department is in need of a knowledgeable manager.

Way better than the Bastrop Walmart. So many options of different things. It was clean and spacious. Wish prices were lower and prices on the Walmart app matched the prices in the store.

I mean... Walmart is a staple shop. We all need it. And when youre there, youll always find some other neat thing you didnt know you needed. We all hate to love Walmart and love to hate it at the same time.

I was after only a couple items. Found them quickly, used self - scan to check-out. Probably less than five minutes. Rarely heard of.

The people at the gas station of Walmart. Very helpful and friendly and I like shopping at Walmart. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

Had to return cut up fresh fruit. I didnt look at the date when I bought it, but it had one day left on the expiration and when I got to the hotel, I discovered it was bad. Had to return it. That happened with no problems however, when I went to get another one off the shelf, the other ones from yesterday were still on the shelf! Im sure someone else will be disappointed! I pulled one from the back which had a later expiration date.

Happy that it was the last place with checkers. Bring them back.

Not only was this location very clean, it was also very well layed out in the grocery area. Other locations should reconfigure to this design.

Never disappoints, always get what you need. Quick self checkout lines next to regular cashiers.

As far as Wal Marts go, its one of the best Ive seen.

Shelves empty in many departments in the store, especially grocery. Usually has only 50% of what I want. I prefer the Supercenter in cedar park

You lost a sale today. After finding the large item and no staff n the department to assist, and walking back to customer service desk to ask for assistance, I was told to go back and look for someone, thats all I could do. Finally found someone with a cart, but he did an overhead page for me. I waited 30 minutes and noone showed. Ill go elsewhere. This isnt the 1st time either.

Eh, shopping inside is just like every other Walmart. However, Ive found the order online pickup here to he faster than other stores, so thats always a win!

Most of the time employees will do their best to try and answer your question or help you find something.

The automotive customer service is less than enlightened. Go somewhere else. What you spend on service will be less than the waste of your time.

They have completely lost my respect and confidence in them. We have to do online orders because we both lost our left legs when a drunk driver crashed into us head-on.We drove 60 miles to pick up our TWO online orders. After they loaded our groceries in the car trunk, we asked if BOTH orders were in the trunk & drove back home to unload. After opening the trunk at home, we could see only ONE order was put in our car. Unbelievable, a 60mile trip turned into a 120! mile trip! to go all the way back again for a 2nd time in one day.No compensation was offered, no wasted gas money. What a miserable hassle. Wonder if well ever go back.

The chicken was pretty bland to be honest. Imagine the Colonels fried chicken with its 23 herbs and spices, then forget to add them. Find the nearest KFC and go there instead... Youll thank me later.

I have never liked Walmart and this was no exception. No check out people and the store was not clean. I was, however, able to find what I needed. I will continue to shop elsewhere. I just happened to need some items emergently and there was no other big store in the area.

We are regular customers. You can find everything you want in one place. Good quality and very convenient.

Just a typical Walmart. Store was fairly clean and organized. Employees are just there. None of them were helpful or friendly . Our cashier barely acknowledged our presence as we were checking out. This location seems to have more registers open than other Walmarts.

Worst curbside don’t even bother ordering from here for pick up unless you want to wait 2 hours.

Pickup department needs to get it together. Came by to pick up my order and no one around to help. No answer on the phone line. I arrived well past the time my order was supposed to be ready, left voicemail, waited around. Nothing.

This is an outlier for the stereotype that Walmart stores have. It has a great selection for pretty much everything you may need. In the food aisles a lot of locally sourced produce and organic items. The wine section is extensive and their prices better that those in Costco or Total Wine for the same selections. Very clean and employees are friendly and professional providing good customer service.

Another average Wally World. Nothing special. When your running the supermarket bizz you can do what you want. The door greeters are friendly enough. Quit a bit of inventory was out of stock in typical Walmart fashion. The employees who are filling online orders and restocking the shelves look at you crazy as if we the customers are in there way. Guess the days of customers being treated like customers is over.

Almost everything you need. Would be nice if they had more floor walkers, especially knowledgeable ones

Very packed with people and somewhat out of stock. The stockers were all over the store working hard to replenish. It is just a very busy store everytime we go.

Pretty much the standard consumer-capitalist utopia that you might come to expect from Walmart. Grocery side is on the left side, relative to the way you face when you come in (probably the south end if I had to guess).Dont forget to keep your eyes peeled fro the mythical People of Walmart. The more remote the Walmart you go to, the higher the likelihood that they will bless you with their alien forms. oh and of course, beware the queues, for no matter how you wish they might, they will never pivot to serpentine

One of the nicer, Cleaner Walmarts that I have visited. I went earlier in the morning. So no issues with the crazy Walmart shoppers. Staff seemed nice.

I use the order pick up service and I absolutely love it! Never go in the store again. I park, open the trunk and they take a few minutes to come and load the car.. that’s it! They let you know if some items are not available or if they substituted anything. Highly recommend!

I’ve really enjoyed the grocery pick-up option. The staff who pick out the produce do a better job than I ever did. 😅 The 1-hour pick-up window, with a text that comes about 15-min prior, has worked perfectly.If you allow substitutions, they give you something bigger/better if they run out of the product you ordered.I don’t allow substitutions on the Rustik Oven sourdough mainly because I can’t specify that any sub should NOT have sugar or canola oil... that’s my only suggestion to improve their service is to allow us to make note of specific preferences.

Your average Wal-Mart. This one is on the smaller side, and a little older than others in the area, but Ive never needed to wait in a long line. Stock is not always accurate on their website/app. Sometimes Ive found items in store that said they were out of stock and vice versa. The staff Ive encountered have all been pretty nice and helpful for the most part.

Just moved to Georgetown from Florida & was very impressed with the more gluten free options! (all 3 of our kiddos have celiac disease) Very nice store overall.... just our first visit but so far so good!

All good i find what im looking for.

If you are using the instore Pickup feature be prepare to wait for an hour to get your order. And that exactly what you want to use the pickup function to not have to wait or rub elbows with everyone not wearing a mask during a pandemic. I think 2 star might be too nice except we actually got everything in our order after waiting around for an hour and a random employee that was about to clock out helped us.

Im surprised with how well organized and clean this walmart location was. Id rather go here then the Georgetown location.

Never crowded, but like most Walmarts there never seems to be enough check-out lines open. Staff is friendly, but not all knowledgeable about the items in the store. Overall is still a clean store, and lots of staff to help.

Im NOT a Wal*Mart guyHOWEVER a dead car battery made me tap out and choose the Auto Center for same day FREE INSTALL and two hours earlier than expectedOddly a Wal*Mart without any eatery.

Im usually very happy when I leave this location. Not today. Something happened at customer service that was very strange but I dont have time to elaborate, at the moment. I was only shopping for 3 or 4 items and I left with 1. Everything else was out of stock.....

What can I really say, its Walmart. The people who shop there are just so rude, but for the most part this Walmart in Georgetown is one of the better ones Ive been to.

Took forever to check out and they wouldn’t let me out of line because I had a 3 inch rip in the box of sodasI won’t be returning to this location ever again management and any sense of care is gone and this needs to stop

They always have what I need, even when I dont think I needed anything I find something! Very friendly staff, one of our products had damage to the packaging and we were able to get a small discount due to the damage.

Always you can find something at Walmart that you want and/or need. Expect to spend time with fellow Americans and always pleased.

The staff from the pharmacy has always treated me with professionalism and respect. Great staff.
