Love the products I have gotten but when they tell you 6-12 weeks on delivery, expect 6 to 12 months!!! I’ve been waiting since May on some dressers. Covid has really messed every day life up!

Great store and staff, a very clean and nice place. A bit pricey depending on what you get from there.

Nice place to shop for furniture. You go in and look around. You dont have to worry about being hassled by the staff there. They will ask you if they can help, if you say no, they will reply with, if you need anything just let me know.

Bought a few things here on multiple occasions.... Go see Cindy, shes great!! They have a large selection and can order a ton if you dont find what you like on the floor.... Pricing is fair also.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I went to the Georgetown store to purchase living room furniture and a dining set. No one even acknowledged I was there. One man was writing up an order and a girl on her phone texting the whole time. In was there for 25 minutes. I could understand if someone said we will be with you in a minute but nothing. Lost my business.

The service is not good and no one should have to wait for 3 month and still not have the furniture they already paid for I would not recommend this company and I placed a call to the BBB.

Went to check out the Labor Day sales. I had my heart set on a coffee table I saw, but was completely turned off by a sales lady approaching to talk to us without a mask. She got very close to us even as we backed away. Looked around to see if another salesperson was wearing a mask (most of the customers were), but saw only one other, finishing a deal and wearing his mask under his chin.I wonder if they work on commissions, as I had my wallet in hand and was ready to buy. I left disappointed, but oh well. I won’t go back. Plenty of furniture stores out there.

I was lied to and told 4-6 weeks for my sectional to come in but usually it takes 2 weeks. not true. we find out this place is just a middleman so we could’ve went straight to Ashley home furniture and got it sooner. waited until the 7th week and got a call at 4pm to come pick it up. we got there within a reasonable time and we’re told the warehouse is closed and everyone left for the day so they can’t get it. apparently you have a very limited window to pick up that’s 10-5pm. walked in and everyone was sitting around not doing anything to help. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. You are better off buying at Ashley, Big Lots, or literally anything has better customer service.

The people that work here are great. I went in looking for new living room furniture and the sales people answered all my questions. They made some good suggestions and brought up things I didnt even think of.The quality of the things they sell is very good. I would recommend anyone that is moving to sell their old furniture and get new, quality items here. That way you dont have to move the old junk. I will definitely shop here again when I want a new look for my place.

Furniture purchased there did not hold up at all. Frames of the furniture broke very quickly. For the price we paid would expect much better quality. It’s heading to the trash after 4 years, which really it needed to be trashed 2 years ago.

Visiting the store today to view items I had seen online. We were never welcomed and a sign from the ceiling fell on my husbands head no one said a thing! If you want to keep business in Georgetown learn to engage your customers...all customers....regardless of race!!!

Not satisfied whatsoever with this place takes way to long for furniture and poor communication on their part not to mention was a hassle getting my refund. When they finally agreed to give me store credit we got a entertainment center when it arrived it was in horrible shape!! I don’t recommend them. How would they feel!? I have no others words other then horrible.

Had a good experience purchasing a bed for my daughter. Low pressure and good quality. I havent received my furniture yet but if its half as good as the service Ill be buying my next piece of furniture here.

I have several pieces of furniture from the Georgetown store. Quality is good and service was great.

Poor communication on their part. I was told 3-4 weeks to get my couch and table in. This was perfect timing for Thanksgiving, which I was hosting. I never got a call about an updated time, in fact they didnt know they had my table in stock till I called to ask. My couch I am still waiting on 2 weeks later, they say the manufacturer/freight company is to blame but yet they cant give me details as to why. Have not got a call about when to expect it, Im going to have to call them again.

Can you have a - star?? We bought a kitchen table and chairs before Thanksgiving. We got home and the table leaf didn’t work, actually chipped the top of the table. We called FW and they said they’d order us a new table, it should be in in “2wks”. 2 wks came and went, no phone call...we finally called and it would be another “2wks”...again no call. We called again, “should be her in 2 days”...2days came and went..no call. Two holidays have come and gone without a dinner table. Their customer service is awful, the quality is questionable and then we were told “all sales are final” when we demanded our money back. They did offer the floor model and $60 as an exchange 😂😂😡 What a joke! They for sure won’t get a referral from us nor will we waste another penny on their trash!

Horrible.....no other word than, horrible. We ordered a bedroom suit that apparently had to be carved by hand because it took well over three weeks to get to us, but then upon set-up it was discovered that no one ordered the footboard to the bed. Either that, or it was just forgotten and thats what we were told. Anyways, supposedly the footboard was ordered and again it must be getting hand carved in Morocco, because it has been another three weeks, and still no word on where our piece of furniture is located. The best they can do is say that they are calling to find out the timeline of when the footboard will be delivered. If I could choose zero stars I would but I cant, so they get 1-Star. Do yourself a favor and dont shop here. Dont waste your time. Go to Furniture Liquidators or some other store.
