I went to Factory Mattress because of all the positive reviews online. I was not disappointed. I was the only customer when I entered. Lyndsey was the only one on duty, and she was very helpful. More customers came in while I was there and she juggled them all without upsetting or offending anyone, spending plenty of time helping me. After determining which mattresses were right for me (there were 4 with varied prices) I tried each one as many times as I felt necessary to make a decision. She even had good things to say about the least expensive one. I selected another one, but there was no pressure at all. Delivery was right on time and handled professionally. Highly recommended.

Id like to start by saying thank you to Daniel for helping to make my purchase one of the best! I suffer from back issues & lately havent been able to sleep well due to multiple factors, one being my mattress. Ive done some digging online, but still wasnt quite sure what I actually needed & was hesitant to just make an online purchase. When I finally had the opportunity to check out an actual mattress store, Factory Mattress wasnt my first stop, but it should have been. From the expert care, wealth of knowledge, & compassion for understanding my specific needs as an individual and not from a sales only perspective, compared to other larger retail chains, I felt extremely confident I was makin the right decision. I didnt immediately make a purchase only for the fact I had to figure out furniture rearrangements first. Daniel & Lindsey were so friendly even remembering us the second time around, they made my dad & I feel at home. Daniel helped me figure out MY support level that I needed in a mattress & since it happened to be during their Labor Day Sales event I was even able to splurge on an adjustable base that is sure to be extra beneficial for my back issues. No question was too big or small & again Daniel was very patient explaining the process from beginning purchase to the end delivery. He even helped facilitate the delivers in moving my previous bed frame & mattress to another bedroom in order to fit my new on. I cant stress how grateful I am that we walked into their store. We have bought mattresses from Factory Mattress in the past-always a nice experience with no pressure.We were greeted as we entered the showroom. Our salesperson, Lyndsey, listened to our specific sleep needs, conducted a sleep fit analysis and spent well over an hour with us as she guided us though the process of selecting a mattress that was right for me and my husband.Lyndsey was knowledgeable, answered our questions and made note of our reactions to each bed that we tried out. She took the time to make sure we were confident in the bed that we selected.

Cannot say enough good things about Lyndsey!My girlfriend and I were walking by just to get an idea of what our mattress might be. I was dreading the encounter with the typical overwhelming sales person (I used to be one), but Lyndsey couldnt be further from that. She welcomed us in and simply asked what we wanted in a mattress (we had no idea). We were guided to test out a few options as she pointed out features and benefits of each. She was extremely knowledgeable about her products and had gained my trust. After we had decided on the mattress, there was still no pushy need to sell from her. She wrote our selection on a brochure with her info included.Lyndsey was pleasant, knowledgeable, and downright hilarious. She was the reason I called back into the store to place our order. We recently moved to the area and my mom had purchased a mattress at factory mattress. After about three weeks it turned out she wasn’t comfortable on the mattress so we had to return it. Daniel was the associate that we dealt with he was absolutely fabulous. We were able to get mom another mattress with no hassles whatsoever. He was a pleasure to deal with as well as the company in general.I would highly recommend factory mattress and if you have the opportunity make sure Daniel is the one that helps you.

Hadnt bought mattress over 10 years. Saw reviews so I went in. Lyndsay reminded me of a car salesman. Delivery of mattress and adjustable frame, on time and quick. Derrick was nice, answered questions etc. BUT Didnt realize why you cant flip mattress cause IT IS NOT double sided. Didnt realize that. OK. Other thing if dont buy mattress protector and mattress stained warranty not valid. Stains etc have nothing to do with quality. That shouldve been 1st red flag, having you buy extras. Not forthcoming. I feel duped. MY fault. More research next time.

This was my first time in a Factory Mattress store but had been heading about it for years on the radio. I walked in needing a mattress for my truck, and when I told Lyndsey what it was for she immediately knew what size I needed. She asked me a few questions about firmness and sleeping positions, and within about 10 minutes I had found the mattress I needed. She also helped me choose a pillow which I needed in a bad way. I cant say enough about Lyndseys knowledge and her really infectious personality. They now have a customer for life, Im very pleased with my purchases.

I had wandered into Mattress Factory after a Best Buy run needing to price a foam Queen for a guest room. I have to say Lindsey was a Great saleswoman!! She listened to my needs and immediately directed me back to the options that worked in my budget. I tried out multiple beds and she was patient with my dithering about. Had a good buying experience with Factory Mattress. Price was competitive Plus FREE delivery. Most of the other mattress stores charge about $100 for delivery and removal of old mattresses. Plus as a bonus their website had a 10% coupon that I used to pay for the box springs. Would shop their again and recommend you talk to them. Also, they are a local company.

We stopped in at the store in Round Rock, Tx. Marc was a great help. He made us very comfortable, and was also knowledgeable on his products. He found the mattress that was the best fit for our needs, but didn’t have it in stock. He found it at a location not too far away, and had them hold it until we got there. An absolutely fantastic experience (once again) buying from Factory Mattress. Daniel took great care of us, and REALLY knows his stuff. He asks various questions so he can understand your needs and then can tell you the different type of mattresses that will meet those needs. On top of all of that, we made our purchase at 6:30pm on a Thursday night and everything was delivered by 12:30pm the NEXT day (Friday). I appreciate the time and knowledge from Daniel. I was so impressed with the bed and adjustable base we bought on Thursday, I ended up buying a second adjustable frame for another bed we have on Saturday. And guess what? It will be here on Sunday! You could go to other mattress stores with pushy sales people who want to sell you whatever sale/brand they are pushing that week, or you could go to Factory Mattress and work with a sales team that actually knows what they are talking about and wants you to buy what actually meets your needs.

We just went in to “look” but decided we couldn’t do any better elsewhere and bought one. It is so comfortable! Lots of choices, but we liked Serta iComfort! I have always found buying a new mattress a stressful process. However, Factory Mattress has a new technology that analyzes the customers mattress comfort and style. Sleep Consultant, Manie Palmerios, patience and guidance made my two purchases an easy and smooth experience. If you are in the hunt for a new mattress be sure to check in with Manie.

I used to believe that this was the only place to get a honest deal but I was fooled. Several months ago I purchased two adjustable bases. The one for my bed was the Serta Motion Perfect top of the line with all the bells and whistles. The next day They delivered a Motion Essentials, the low end basic model. I refused delivery and through a couple phone calls was told that the Motion Essentials was in a Motion Perfect box and they didnt have any more Motion Perfect bases. The reason I purchase an adjustable base was I had surgery scheduled and wanted the base to help me recover. After several more phone calls I was told they would deliver the Motion Essentials base and when the next shipment of Motion Perfect bases arrived they would swap them out. Of course It has been 4 months and nothing. When I call nobody knows anything. The old bait and switch I paid a premium price for the lowest level base. The worst part is how foolish I feel each night when I go to bed.

Manager was very attentive and ensured that I got the mattress that I needed. The delivery was timely and efficient. Very pleased with my purchase.
