Called to see if they could do a state inspection on my car they said it takes an hour and a half if I dropped it off. Left at 1 o’clock came back to get it 430 and they didn’t. The store closed at five but they said they get it done I will call and let me know. I had an extra key with me in an appointment to go to so I said just leave it out front and I’ll pick it up on my way home. Never got a call but I came by about 730 and the car was still in the same location and didn’t appear to have anything done on it. Lady from the store called me at 11 o’clock that night and said she had forgot to call me but it was done. Went back the next day and picked it up. They said everything was complete. Went online to register with the state of Texas and could not find that they had sent the information over. Called him today and found out that the car was an actually done it had an error message and they could not inspect it. Can’t believe I had four trips over there for an $18 issue and it’s still not done. Ridiculous

Always trusted firestone until now, in fact I even signed up for their card last visit..Paid around $140.00 for a fuel system cleaning with my oil change, which I wasn’t going to do until they said they would remove my intake and clean the throttle body’s butterfly valve. (I was going to do previously but it’s in a terrible spot so sign me up!)I got home and had to see how they got to that guy, only hand prints in my entire engine bay are on the air filter box (tried selling me that too) and oil fill cap. So I called them back same day.I was then told I’d receive a phone call back when someone was available to help me that worked in it, I never did. Manager told me they did remove and clean it, but I can clearly tell no one even got close to touching that perfect layer of fine dust on the intake hose or its clamps. Needless to say I will not take them up on their offer to do it again for free, just wanted a refund of labor price. Don’t need upset hands, turning wrenches under my hood, if you catch my drift.Staff is really kind and personable though. I will say that. Just don’t like being told lies.I suppose I’ll have to do what I should’ve done in the first place and do it myself.

I went to this location twice and thought hopefully they would find what was wrong with my car. After getting an oil change, and then shown a broken belt. I had it replaced, however after that my car has begun to seize up after being driven for a while. I went back to this location for an inspection and was told everything was perfectly fine. Even though that was an obvious lie to me. Dont go here unless you like being lied too.

I’ve been coming to Firestone for 8 years now. I love this place. Being a female, it’s hard sometimes. because sometimes, mechanics try and upsell. NOT this place. They tell you like it is, work with your budget, and make sure the job is done correctly. Thank you Firestone!

WHY ARE YOU OPEN ON SUNDAYS?Came in for an oil change and warranty tire rotation. I was the first customer to show up at nine when they opened and was greeted by Mr. Personality at the front counter. No smile, no greeting just a whats up. Told him what I needed, he informed me it could be a few hours, no problem Ill wait.The next hour and a half I listen to the other sales associate turn away service work, oil changes, flay repairs and tire sales, because they are too busy.Finally Miss Lauren calls me up and tries to sell me a battery, and informs me my window washer nozzles arent spraying. I asked her to check the the sprayer issue and I declined the battery. She then tells me that I should start carrying jumper cables.After another half an hour she calls me up to pay, when I inquire about the nozzle issue she tells me I have a piece of washer fluid line that broke and the repair will be less than $100. I tell her to go ahead and fix it and she says we cant today we are too busy and I dont have a tech capable of replacing the hose.So turn away a bunch of customer. Lose a bunch of sales, no qualified technicians work on Sundays and your front office staff is not shy about not wanting to work.WHY ARE YOU OPEN ON SUNDAYS?

Went here to have them put a tire on a rim. I wanted a full size spare since I do so much traveling. Apparently, since the tire is not brand new, they will not put it on the rim for me. So, a tire shop that only works on NEW tires. Just an FYI. If you need tire work done, but aren’t in need of NEW tires, go elsewhere. Or just save yourself some time and go elsewhere to begin with.

Highly recommend! I took my vehicle in to get a state inspection on a weekday morning. Joey and Archie were quick to serve me and kind. The whole process only took 20 minutes... fast and easy!

I have set up multiple on-line appointments at this location only to be called an hour later to say they are booked up for the day. Dont let me book an on-line appointment if you dont have one available. Ill take my business anywhere but to Firestone.

Firestone has had a terrible reputation of gross inferior work.

First time and awesome experience. I dropped my company truck off for routine maintenance this morning. The place was spotless and greeted by Cameron who was extremely helpful. My wife came to pick me up and her passenger front tire was low and without question Cameron without charge filled it up for her. Awesome customer service and I highly recommend this location.

Friendly staff. Clean location. A few issues. Estimate was incorrect giving us wrong info on brake pads remaining, then ordered wrong parts and new parts substantially more expensive. If we had to replace all brake pads as initially thought from estimate, the additional cost of the new, correct parts would have increased our bill approximately $500. Thats not good business. They do not turn rotors, they only replace them.

Brought in my 2015 ford expedition for brakes and a new tire in preperation for a family trip.I picked it up once they were done with it and my A/C isnt working .The worst case scenario, I was hesitant taking my vehicle in for this very reason.They recommended 1100 in additional services .Picking a vehicle apart for more business, isnt business its a shame.I cant put off my trip with a family of 5 but as soon as I get back I plan to get this settled.

Living in Jarrell & driving to Cedar Park location is the choice I would make JUST for customer service. So when they opened the georgetown location I was happy thinking I wont have to make that drive anymore. I needed some tires takin off the existing wheels on placed on the new wheels. Everything went fine, till about a week later when 1 of the wheels leaked all its air out. So drove there and explained to the guy at the front on July 29th 2020 at 5:30 p.m. and was straight out told by him sorry man cant help you there was but 1 person waiting for their vehicle and they had an hour and a half before they closed and the guy tells me sorry cant help you? Wow. What a joke. Thats what they want to be known for oh well who am I to stop them. Thanks for tearing up my brand new wheels guys.

Oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. Quicker turnaround at this location than the one at Old Settlers.

First time visited and had bad experience. Ask me to hold 20 min to work on my car, right after 40 mins got asked to wait additional 90 more mins to hold to work on my car. May be over estimated at first time, which leads my bad experience at this location.

Got some rims put on my Audi, I did end up having to purchase a pretty expensive tire Wich didnt wanna do but the worker helped me out and they were all super nice, I will be coming back any time I need something done
