The guy who runs this shop is extremely unprofessional and it’s obvious that he hates his job. I had an appointment rescheduled 3 TIMES (over a month) because they kept scheduling the wrong “type of appointment.” We pushed my car a half mile to the shop the third reschedule as it was in lockout, and even knowing that, he said he can’t do anything because the wrong type of appointment was scheduled (by SmartStart) and he doesn’t have time because it was a push to start.I finally decided to have it towed to another location and they were able to get me scheduled, in and out, and done the next day. Something that took over a month and still couldn’t get done with Derek, the guy who runs the SmartStart shop.Shoutout to Alignment & Brakes Specialists in Killeen, TX for doing the job Derek at SmartStart in Georgetown, TX could not. They were professional, kind, and awesome to work with, something Derek at SmartStart was not.

Warren was so great, and fast, I couldnt believe. He really knows his job very well!!

Our install has been an extremely frustrating experience. The place was dirty and the staff less than friendly. An hour after install my wife ended up stranded for over two hours because of product malfunction leaving my kids stranded as well. While my wife was waiting on hold with smart start for over an hour I attempted to call this install service location to try and trouble shoot the issue. The guy was less than helpful and kept insisting it was a new unit (because technology never malfunctions of course) and it must be my wife’s fault because she “struggled” with the test model in the store (aka it took her two times to get the hang of how to use it). She was finally able to get to the cedar park installation and the staff there was extremely kind and helpful and replaced the malfunctioning unit as well as gave her a new mouth piece that in their opinion was better quality. Dirty facilities, rude and unhelpful staff— head over to a Cedar park for your installation— they are nicer and keep a clean shop.

Apparently when you call and they tell you the hours and they do not mention they are closed at 12:00pm. Hours say open til 9:00 pm but open only til 5:00pm. Rude, place is disgusting, wont take cash, clients information is everywhere and little worried about payment information being left open. Customer service at call center is just as bad.

The GPS is wrong. It took me to behind a movie theater where theres nothing.
