You should seriously offer ADLER some type of commendation, if not a promotion, for his superb customer service & his positive attitude toward every person who walks in the store. And Im sure you are already aware of the fact that he knows what the hell he is doing...I still have a lot to learn about doing my own motorcycle repairs, and I happened to walk into this store without knowing exactly what part numbers I needed...I only knew the name of the parts. ADLER offered me excellent quality customer service, did NOT treat me as though I should know this or that already, and he was very quick with his resources to help get more specific details to ensure I receive the correct part for my bike.This man is superb because he is also capable of offering the same level of quality service to other customers at around the same time when he appears to be working solo (for the most part). I never felt disregarded or set aside...and I am happy when I see that others are still sociable during this new mask-wearing, anti-social world. It now seems rare to find personable people.Because of ADLER, I will be shopping at your store for my maintenance needs from now on!

Terrible service-the staff is incompetent and unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money here.I initially ordered a part over phone with one of the employees who told me it would arrive the next day. I received no phone call from the store until I checked back a week later. The employee I spoke to said he had no way of knowing if the part arrived or not and seemed dumbfounded when I asked if I could speak to his manager. The employee told me his manager would call me the next day. The manager never returned my call.Several days later I called back and reordered the part. Same story-no employee ever called me to confirm my part arrived at the store. I called once again and the staff took an hour to locate my part in the store. When I went to pick up the part in-store, it took all of the employees approximately 10 minutes to find the part that they had just located.Customer service, competence, professionalism-these are all anomalies when it comes to this AA store.

Yeah, Im kind of mad at the folks at the Williams Drive store. I bought a Die Hard Gold battery less than a year ago. It would no longer hold a charge. I took it in to get a replacement, but they tested it and said it was good. Just needs charging, says the lady. She suggested it might be the alternator, bring it in, we will test it. So I pulled the alternator and took it to the store the next day. Guess what. Our tester is broken. Aargh!. So, I thought, well the alternator must be bad since the battery tested good. Ill buy a new one. Not in stock, come back tomorrow. Aargh!. Went back the next day to get it and after much confusion trying to find it, I took it home and installed it. Guess what. It wasnt the alternator. Aargh. Battery still not holding a charge. So I went to another auto parts store. The one that starts with an O. They tested the battery and it showed Bad Battery. Aargh again!. I dont want anything to do with AA anymore, so i bought a new battery from the O store, installed it, and problem solved. But now Im out $139 for an alternator I didnt need and $169 for a battery that should have been replaced under warranty.This store used to be my go to for anything automotive. Not any more. I will not set foot in there again.

Seriously need to update your hours of operation. Even if it is due to COVID, like all other businesses. Its frustrating when a person drives out to try recycling like theyre supposed to and the store isnt open as it says it is.

A very friendly staff. They work with you to help you find what you need. They give you different options, help you choose what is best for your car. I recently bought a new battery for my car from Advanced Auto Parts, and they had a really good buy on the battery I needed, and they installed it for me.

I dont usually rate chain places like this but the staff here is awesome! Definitely genuine people here interested in making sure you get what you need.

All I wanted was the codes for my check engine light. Ive never been so belittled or treated in such a patronizing way by someone who was about to get my business. Left and got my parts from OReillys...my new go to parts place.

They have some parts and the staff can sometimes look stuff up. Havent met a staff person that actually knows cars. They are computer lookup jockeys. If you need real help, go to AutoZone.

As always these guys meet and exceed my expectations. Special shout-out to Mario and Reagan for taking excellent care of me right before they closed.

I do my own maintenance work for small issues and they wouldn’t even clear my maintenance code for me to verify if I had done the work right. I won’t be coming to any Advance Auto parts again. It’s that simple.

These guys are always available and have every part that I need in stock. They dont get annoyed when asking specific questions like at some other parts stores. I wish I had started using Advance as my goto years ago.

Went in yesterday to get a few parts for my car. Was told theyd be in by 3pm so I went ahead and paid so I could just pick them up when they came in. I couldnt get out to get them so I had a friend take my receipt and pick them up for me. I returned this morning with my receipt and the parts still in the packaging unopened because they are the wrong parts. When i tried to return them i was told they couldnt find it in the system. After a few minutes it was finally found and I was told I couldnt get a refund (again the parts are unopened and in the original packaging they were picked up in) but I could get store credit. Now have parts that wont fit my car and they wont refund me. I dont normally buy from Advance and I will now never shop here again.

Typical auto parts store. I went in for a drive belt, but the designation on it was gone. The counter helper (young guy) didnt know a thing about them. I finally gave up, did some research online, figured out what it was, and ordered one online easier (and cheaper).

Way more variety of auto things to choose from than many other stores, great prices.

By far the worst company. Bought part from different store with warranty and the lady behind the counter said I would have to go to the original store I bought it. Part lasted about 3 months and died. I asked if I could get some kinda if credit because I didnt want to travel over an hour just to exchange a part and she said no. I will never buy anything from this company again. Stay away from Advance Auto Parts, they have bad products and even worse customer service!

Sometimes the service is questionable at this place, but today the guy who helped me out was awesome. I always go here for my auto needs, but I have to say this last trip was a very positive experience.

Nice, but slow slow SLOW service. Its really a courtesy to just call it slow - have you seen Zootopia with the sloths at the dmv? -its like that.. they either need to delegate tasks, multitask better, or employ more staff. Long story short, I put my stuff down, went down the street to the next Auto store to the West, same side of the street, got the same stuff, cheaper and faster.

Advance Auto in Georgetown is my preferred auto parts store. They have great customer service and know their business. Justin Holston is the mzn you always need to talk to! He always takes care of me and my family, and does it with friendly, happy service!
