Outstanding customer service. Dayna was my rep when I went into the store today and switched from at&t and she is incredible. She takes pride in her job and helping others and the same goes for the others in there as well. I definitely reccomend this location!

Very not reliable. Called ahead before coming into store to make sure they had the AirPod Pros and was told they had them. Arrived and did not have it. I give it three due they are a little helpful. But I’ll stick with the other T-Mobile. Never a miss there!!!!

My experience was very biases. I was instructed to stand outside t mobile store by a t mobile employee African American woman who approach me without a mask on & told me to stand outside the door of the store. She then walked through store still with no mask to the back of store. There was 3 employees inside store helping customers. One employee came up to me & ask how she could help me & took my info & told me to wait.I was later invited into store & ask for more information by same employee I gave my info to in begining. I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes for the phone I wanted to upgrade to. During this longer then 10 minutes wait 3 customers came into store was allowed to wait inside store for help from a t mobile employee. Then approximately 10 minutes later employee from back comes out & says they dont even have the phone.So made to wait outside in humidity unlike any other customer. Then spoke to by t mobile employee with with no mask on when theres big signs everywhere saying all t mobile employees must wear mask like customers.Ive been a t mobile customer for at lease 10 years & have never been treated this horrible

Went to T_Mobile today to pay phone bill. The woman shoved me aside screaming at me for not having a mask. Been a long time customer. Will never use T_Mobile again. Should have taken a warrant out on the woman. 3916 suite 100 east Franklin Boulevard Gastonia.

So when I walked in it didnt take long to get assistance. Mrs Lisa had such an amazing personality and got me all the details I needed to switch my services. Ms Rebecca is my girl she was handling a situation in which she got resolved but I love how she handled it well.This store has a pretty good staff and manager. 💯💪

Worst customer service in Gastonia. They cant do much without having to call T-Mobile customer service. Keep you waiting at least 30 minutes every time you go in. Only thing they can do is take your money.

Erik was a great help fixing my phone. I was getting double emails and he went right in and took care of it. He also replaced a screen protector on my S9 and he made sure I was completely satisfied with all of the work and wanted to know if I needed anything else.

My first time there I had a very bad experience but I called the company May being a loyal 12-year customer was treated fairly by the company and upon my return the manager herself came out and shook my hand so I intern call the company and let them know that she deserves recognition. I only recommend retail T-Mobiles doors when an item is definitely needed. Happy Hunting!

This is the best store in Gastonia for all your wireless needs. Everyone who works their is very friendly and helpful. T-Mobile is the fastest growing wireless company in America and Im glad Im apart of it. The managers Amy and Robert are amazing.

This t-mobile is very disorganized. Don’t go on a Saturday they are super busy and take their time talking to each other instead of helping the customer. Also they don’t take list of names to see who goes next is a mess. I really don’t recommend this store at all.

Craig helped my Wife pick out the perfect phone, very knowledgeable and professional... and funny. Great location and staff from what I could tell. Hard pressed to get a rep that is friendly and interested in helping. I do not like going into the stores for help. Very rude employees not just in one store but multiple locations. I may cancel my t mobile service for this reason alone..

The customer service is horrible. Lets you know they are not listening to your request or question by saying multiple times, Im sorry what did you say. Craig I believe his name was walked off before I could even ask my next question. Then he starred at me from the back as if I couldnt see him in the door mirror. He didnt ask if I had anymore questions, if he could help me find a phone, or why I needed a new phone. He told me some prices without pulling up my account and stating I would be charged an upgrade fee when I am a jump customer. I did not even argue, it was best to just leave. Not helpful AT ALL.

We went in on the weekend to roll over our phones to T-Mobile from ATT. We tried doing it over the phone and we were unable to successfully do so. We walked into the store and an associate helped us out immediately and we were out the door with our phones and numbers rolled over in less than 10 minutes. Exceptional level of service.

Had a question about $25 charge for purchasing new phone being waived. Manager on duty said we dont do that I contested and said I was here recently and fee was waived, i asked when the change she said 6 months i challenged her to pull up my account she would be proven wrong and I was in that store , she vehemently said well Im the manager we dont do that after I asked to pull up my last purchase less than 3 months ago she got black then and started rolling her neck and eyes, of course I got black to cause we both are afro American people ... spazzed a lil and bounced.... been a customer since 20116 active lines and this is what I had to deal with a rude mad black woman

Found iphone 6s deal online but website was nt working. Called local tmobile store who said they were out but would have more the following day. Next day, rep told me over phone they had one, so i waited in the store for an hour and they told me the sale had ended when i went to check out. Complete waste of time. Unless youre adding lines, dont buy phones from tmobile.

These people are so rude, Im sorry I ever called to see if they had a note 5, I just wanted to know if they had the note 5 in the 64 gb option. And the guy on the phone didnt even check and was very rude and was rushing me off the phone. This is not the first time Ive had a issue with this store. Im so fed up with the service/associates here at this store that I have to drive another 30 miles to the tmobile store in charlotte nc so I can get good service. For this to be a corporate store you would think they would have the best customer service but I was wrong.

Was lied to about the cost of my phone. I was told it was $135 as well as seeing the price on the wall, which is why I inquired about it. My phone ends up being $300 I come back a month later and theyre remodeling and they have new staff. Youve been warned....
