Bad customer service. Was lied about the phone and charged for a free phone. When called to ask about it was told I was being rude. Never raised my voice or was actually rude. When asked how I was being rude girl hung up on me.

I have been a customer with Metro by T-Mobile (Metro PCS) since 2009 (12 years), which should tell you that I have been a longtime fan.I wanted to share the positive experience that I had at this Metro by T-Mobile store. I was looking for a new phone that had just come out made by Motorola called the One 5G Ace. None of the stores in the area had it. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Denzel and he took down my number. A few days later he called and texted me that the phone had come in and he was holding one for me.I came in and Denzel quickly had the phone put on my account. He was very professional in his demeaner and quite knowledgeable. He showed me all the accessories and options that I could use for the new phone with no sales pressure whatsoever. TI could see the other employees working the counter and I could tell by their interactions with the customers that they too were very professional. Keep up the great work Metro by T-Mobile and keep hiring staff like Denzel.

The young lady who at one point had pink hair was absolutely amazingly accommodating. Im a little technologically slow but even though she handled the oncoming continual wave of customers, she took extra time to help me with my needs. She was funny, smart, empathetic and professional. I would suggest this service to any and all of my friends over margaritas

Very rude and unfriendly. Has a major attitude. They do not have proper social distancing at the check out. They get an attitude when you tell them to social distance because they are not spacing properly. When Covid is over I will be changing cell phone carriers. I have been a good customer since 2014. Dont show at their Charlotte NC stores. They boast 14 locations in Charlotte. The Belmont and South New Hope Rd store are not affiliated with the crapppy east franklin store.

This place is great. Staff is friendly professional highly knowledgeable. Especially Krystal & Yome. They dont mind answering questions and helping you with your phone.I would not even consider going to any other Metro but this one. Leaving Metro not an option.

I love Metro. Never really had a big issue. But I do have a concerned. What is the point of the $15 upgrade fee? I feel like if I an elgible for an upgrade and paying for my device why am I being charged $15 more.. I think more people would upgrade more often if they got rid of that unnecessary fee.

I would have given one star however the phone representative was very empathetic an amended it per our monthly bill. As to the advertisement which we originally was told in the store by the representative there. Originally to add another line it was going to be $87 total bill. She also said the bill included a new phone and that was the only way that we could get the bill like that. I had just bought a new phone before my wife put me on her plan however we wanted to save some money so we wanted to bundle. She said the promotion to get the discount we had to have a new phone with no charge. I also bought a phone case and a screensaver of course for $20 which was a good deal. However by the time we left we had spent about $160 she said because of processing fees first time blah blah blah and stated that it wasnt 87 for both phones that we still had to pay an additional $50 to renew her service.We were going to eat that as best we could even though the phone service was going to be 167 a month when it should have been around 87. Taking mine we are out of town in a new state visiting relatives. We didnt really have time to dispute or negotiate cuz we had family members waiting.When we decided to come home though the next day, our service was not working. Our service was suspended because there was an additional $4.16 in service charges that we werent made aware of and we had just handed her a card the day before to pay for the contracts. Meanwhile on the interstate trying to engage our TPS we found this out that next morning and called a representative there.She earned the two stars because I would have given a 0 *. She was very accommodating she was very professional and very empathetic to our situation. And because of her we are going to continue to use this service on a temporary basis and we will see how it goes here on out.I felt it necessary to post this because many Americans are Bamboozled daily by promises a bundle and save by local phone carriers in this is a perfect example of the Insidious an underhanded tactics a lot of them use to persuade us hard-working blue collared American people like a spider to the fly. I hope that they prove me wrong in the near future. I hope that this help someone who was reading the reviews. It seems to be a good service however beware of bait and switch.

Phone service and price is good but if you buy a phone from there and you walk out the store and something is wrong with the phone dont expect them to give you a new one. ..I have been a customer for going on 3 years now and I went and bought a new phone and the power button stopped working right after I got it and they will not replace theyTell me I have to buy a new one other than that its good service

*HONEST REVIEW*Friendly staff the ladies listened to my concerns. I tried the Metro PCS in Dixie Village and the guy was trying to get off on me for real, I went 3x in one day to the Metro in Dixie Village he was telling me that I was required to buy the plans and amount of phones he was suggesting basically trying to charge me double the price of something I wasn’t even trying to get. I went for the $49.99 iPhone switch and save promotion but he was trying to upsell me more phones and plans that I didn’t need or want & if someone tells you they want a certain product direct them towards products they’d be interested in. He kept trying to offer me androids. I’m not dumb I know what he was trying to do I ended up getting mad going home checking my information. Called the ladies at The Metro in Akers Center they helped me as soon as I walked in the building. Literally sold me the same product and service I was looking for at the other store... he lost a customer trying to play me. But Rianna Got me the phone and plan that I wanted, without any hassle or over charges. Also got me some accessories to protect my phone for a decent price. GO TO THIS METRO STORE BEFORE YOU GO TO ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER ON A BUDGET. Ask for Evelyn or Rianna.

I love metro and the girl at the counter was friendly enough though she was watching videos on her phone in between tasks but we waited forever and we went to activate a phone and we believe she put the sim in the wrong way and hands it back to us saying it doesnt work and asking us if it was unlocked, we were sure but she offered nothing beyond that, no follow up questions or anything. Takes the sim out and helps the next person. Went to another location and activated it with no problems.

The employees are rude! Dont want to do their jobs! I just bought a phone from here 3 days ago , phone completely failed. I went back for help or replacement....nope apparently it had a small Nick on it and they refused to do anything! Ill never be back and will be going to a new phone carrier

This store is AWEFUL. Store “manager” Taylor is nothing but a joke!!! She was in the wrong and refuses to let me speak with the district manager. She’s extremely rude and disrespectful. She must have been raised by dogs.

Customer service was friendly, but we were told that buying a cheap quality case and screen protector were required for our iPhone purchase, even after asking are you sure I have to buy a case and screen protector. I have contacted MetroPCS corporate by e-mail and have spoken with a few TMobile employees, you ARE NOT required to buy accessories. I highly recommend considering another store for your purchase as this is not simply an example of pushy sales tactics, but an unethical and illegal misrepresentation of the product and sales process.

This store is a joke. Metro will be shut down before you know it due to the poor customer service and horrible selection of employees all who seem to have nasty attitudes. Even times I dont say much I watch how horribly they treat other customers. Spotty coverage and they always seem to loose paperwork. Ended up purchasing another phone after they stretched out sending a replacement for nearly two months. (I had the extra warranty insurance). Im just done, will be going back to another carrier soon.

This is the worse store that I have been to. I went into the store a couple of weeks ago because I lost my Samsung phone. After asking several times about if the zte would be capable of doing everything my Samsung did I Boughy the phone. I had nothing but problems out of the phone since I have bought it. I cant do my online fax to send papers from my business and it will not allow my to submit assignments for school. I went into the store today to have the phone replaced with a phone that will fit my needs and was talked very nasty and nonchalant that I was stuck with the phone and she didnt care what I needed. The customer service there is horrible and they are not customer service friendly. I had to go to another store to get the service and help that I needed. If your looking for good customer device please do not go here!

Customer Service is the ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!!😕😕😕😕 They cant keep help, they take forever to do absolutely nothing!!!! Im seriously considering getting a house phone with a prepaid emergency cell!!! Too many cell providers with bad attitudes!!! Just horrible!!! When I 1st got my phone it was set up wrong....had to go all the way back for the fix!! Then less than a month later my phone just malfunctions.....speak with the Manager and Im assured I would have another phone in 24hrs....that turned into 72 hrs....smh 4 trips later then I have a phone!! Supposed to have a credit but they never never ever ever answer the phones!!!! Im mortified of this service and the company!!!! Uggggggggghhhhhh!!
