Its Party City. Not much to say. I guess this is a good store, havent been to any others. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Worthless. Horrible experience. I tried returning an item that my spouse bought online. The manager came up to finish the transaction and asked for my ID to return the item. Names didn’t match because my spouse bought it. She said unfortunately I can’t return the item for your safety and ours. Unreal!I would not recommend to shop here. The store is always trashed.

Organized and had every Frozen product I needed for my granddaughters birthday.

My husband brought balloons to celebrate his mothers birthday and her passing in 14 years being gone. Love the place nice and clean not crowed at all not alot of people.

The associates were very nice and courteous and didnt even mention that we stood there past closing time. Everything was easy to find and sorted.

If you are throwing a party its the place to go too. If you are giving any kind of party it has most things you need from weddings to Anniversary, birthdays.

I normally only come here for Halloween costumes for my kids, and during that time if you dont come early they run out of sizes and the wait for costumes is crazy. Only have one restroom so I have my kids try their costumes on over their clothes outside the door to save time. Go early!

Hey you know what was fun? Calling from Rock Hill to make sure that Congratulations its a boy chocolates were in stock, making the trip to Gastonia to come get those chocolates, and then finding out that in stock meant a single candy bar. Maybe the mother and father can split it.

Balloon staff was super helpful! Even on a busy saturday they helped me get my balloons to my car! Definitely suggest preordering because they are busy

They definitely keep a good stock of hard to find items. I looked everywhere for someone to fill some balloons with helium and they were the only place that would do it but wanted me to pay $8 per balloon!!! For helium!!! 🤬🤬🤢

I bought a bat-winged dog harness costume for my dog online. It was too small, so I decided to drive to the store in town to get a refund. After waiting for a long while in line, they told me they couldnt refund me even though I had the package and tag that came on it. They gave me store credit, which I wasnt okay with, but took anyway just to finish the transaction. I didnt want to start something with others in line behind me.

Went in to purchase an orange light bulb. The price was $4.99. Rang up at the register for $5.99. Informed the cashier of the price listed. She had a store associate check. Was told the bulbs were $5.99, were in the wrong place. ALL OF THEM????

Balloons here are insanely expensive! I spent $60 for 25 balloons and helium. I didnt realize dollar tree had them for $1/piece until afterwards. The balloons from party city only lasted 10 hours. Ill definitely go elsewhere in the future!.

The manager Josh was super helpful this afternoon, he informed me that due to Covid they are low on balloons. I couldn’t have asked for a better Customer service experience. Never did he seem frustrated or upset. Even as simple as blowing up balloons he had a GREAT attitude.

There was a long line for balloons. The 2 girls there was swamped but kept at it. They cared so much about us having a long wait they even gave us 20% off. My balloons where perfect, they are still floating today and I got them 5 days ago.

Costumes fully stocked and the staff were all nice but the bathroom was FILTHY. And not from trying on costumes like the sales associate said. Clean it up, please! There was used toilet paper on the floor and the sink was stopped up with plastic.

Sold out of every balloon I asked for. It was my daughters birthday and I ran in after work to get her a big balloon like I have always done. They had none of the ones I asked for and the lady behind the counter wasnt at all polite or apologetic about the situation. It was my fault for not checking in advance but honestly someone needs to do inventory around there.

This location has good customer service. I was waiting to get some balloons and the employee told me that they would not be able to fulfill the order I needed due to them having a helium shortage. Rather than leaving it at that, she referred me to another store near me and informed me Id actually be saving money utilizing that store. Now thats AWESOME customer service!! Which is why I continue to use this location.

I went to get 1 balloon for my mom who was in the hospital. There was ONE register open and the lady at it was returning items and still shopping!!! There were at least 4 employees up front and they didnt open another register so I went and checked out where the balloons were. The lady was still at that register with at least 6 people waiting when I left. Also, I picked up a clearances item and it didnt ring up clearance so I said it needed to be moved and I wasnt paying full price. She took the price down but was snarky about it.

Had to have some balloons put together for a work event, lady at the balloon counter was super nice and had it put together for me right then and there and since I had to come back to work right afterwards and wouldnt be able to pick it up later even though she had a ton of balloon orders. Great customer service!!

Crowded

The store was a mess. The shelves wasnt stocked and tbere were boxes of items setting in the isles. One worker complained aboit how cold she was while she was just standing around. Then while standing inline to check out, I over heard girls up front discussing going to walmart distribution to get a job.

Couldnt find what I was looking for but worst yet couldnt find any employees either I girl at the register and I girl in balloons and the line all the way down the aisle ugh

Do not love my local party city. Ive been in a few times and everytime the have boxes everywhere and some isles have been empty. They do have good birthday party selections however. Just super expensive when i can buy a good bit of the stuff they have at the dollar store.

Always fully stocked! Which is good because Charlotte,NC stores are a little slack on stocking there stores. Its a shame!!

I came in as the store opened there was 2 employees and 1 other customer. I pick out the balloons for my sons birthday party, only need 4, I was told by the male employee that he wasnt taking any balloon orders till 11 while he was blowing up the other customers balloons it sounded like he said he had ppl call out I explained my sons party is at 12 he still wouldnt help me i get ppl call out but my balloons would only take maybe 5min if that very disappointed in this store

They are never stocked up on anything. Couldnt even get a number 3 balloon and a number 9 balloon for my friends 39th bday. This location sucks!

It is always a pleasure to shop at this location... They have plenty of items to buy for any and every event that you need to plan... The only bad thing that I have to say about this store is that the staff that works there dont walk the customer to the item that they are looking for if they need help... there is a lot of stuff in the store to shop from so sometimes it is good to have them from the staff to find what the customer is looking for... Other than that everything is okay with me

I wish I could give 0 stars. The website says open until 8 pm online. When we arrived at 6:15 they were closed. I spoke to the manager through the door who said the website is wrong. There were 7 families there at the same time who wanted to shop there, but this crew wasnt interested. Thats fine, if they dont want our business, well take it elsewhere.

Christmas and Halloween stud still taking up most of the isles hardly any valentines items. Store was full of boxes.

Staff is NOT very friendly, or helpful for that matter. I get it! I totally do! Im sure it is difficult the closer it gets to Halloween, but with as many people they hire just for the Halloween season, you would think the place wouldnt look like a madhouse after a tornado blew through!The store needs to be about TRIPLE the size it is. IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to navigate through the isles either due to other people crammed in or boxes of merchandise needing to be put on shelves!If you are in a wheelchair, you will certainly have a VERY HARD time making it around the store.

They had the costume wall open but hardly had any costumes in stock..... Need to stock costume before opening wall. Very unhappy will not be back!

The reason this place 1 star before is because me and my daughter shopping for a Halloween costume and we found this perfect costume she loved it she make sure all the other costumes were right there behind it because it was only 10 bucks and we were but not believing him but they were all on the same shelf I want to the checkout and run about $40 tell the manager didn’t do anything leave this wouldn’t a box how my supposed to know how much a Halloween costume is

A variety of gender revealing party decorations, but helium for the balloons was a dollar a balloon Wow!!! So be careful with your budget and get whats important.

I like this place because I got cute little things to put in party favor bags, I got latex balloons blue and green and cutlery set, tablecover and cups all in the same color. Thats a win for me!
