Store is immaculate and well stocked. The food is outstanding. My son and I tried several grilled cheese sandwiches and Mac and cheese - all made to order and delicious. The staff is all friendly and working hard. I would go here again over a few restaurants Ive been to lately *cough* carolina ale house *cough*

Ive never met a bad associate at a QT until tonight. I stopped at the one on 321/Chester St Gastonia. The associate told me that they didnt carry an item I buy often from there and then tried to charge more for the beer than what was posted in the cooler. He was rude and his behavior was very unbecoming of a QT associate. I just walked out.

REALLY NEED to teach associates how to PUSH A BUTTON and always have COFFEE AVAILABLE! you dont need a Bachelors Degree to do such a simple task👎😠

This is an awesome place to stop on the way to charlotte except i had a bad experience on wed aug 11th. I bought a biscuit and a starbucks coffee drink. Ate the biscuit in the car then left on my journey to charlotte. At the lights i went to open my drink to be horrified and disappointed. There was no seal on the bottle and the level was down. Some NASTY customer probably opened it done god knows what in it and placed it back in the cabinet. That is highly discusting and taught me to ensure anything I buy at a gas station is sealed correctly. I pass this on to the person who did it and make others aware or this so they dont have the same experience.

I like QT for their consistency, almost all locations are laid out the same, at least the store part, however this location has become a nuisance to me. Every single time I stop here I am harassed by people needing money or “help” (in other words, money) and while I can sympathize with them, the fact it happens so often is telling of the general safety of this location. My dad has told me of at least two times he’s nearly gotten into fights here too with people who don’t know how the line works and assume he’s cutting.

Very crowded. Needed diesel and had to wait in line with others getting gasoline. Should have separate pump stations for diesel

Went in on the morning of 01/30/21 to order and treat my co workers to some breakfast. after listening to the lady in the kitchen complain about her job and talk bad about her customers for over 5 min, I was so upset that I just grabbed my food and left. I discovered later that she had actually short changed my order. it is a shame to have to listen to that in these times when there are good people losing everything trying to find a job.

Im giving them 1 star because there isnt a negative star option. This is hands down the nastiest QT I have ever been in. The stall door wouldnt lock there were no paper towels the store was pact and Face Coverings Reqired didnt seem to be a requirement here. I think you could get Gas, Snacks, a STD and Covid all in one stop here.

I love this gas station! I didnt know you could like a gas station so much until I went here. The gas pumps are spaced out in a way that you arent crunched next to the vehicle beside you. It has a huge interior. Restrooms are always clean and stocked. Multiple check out lines make paying for your items go by quickly. They even have a place to order custom food and hot drinks in the back. I have gotten the croissant multiple times and its a great deal for the price!

Did have anything on the hit bar the employees didnt even pay attention to customers

Nice and clean. Relative clean womens bathroom. During COVID times have correct change or use plastic. They dont tell you that youre not getting all your change back

Nice, quick, and friendly service. Pump was fast and I liked the option of no ethanol. There are two nozzles to pick from! Clean on the inside and always a selection of cheap snacks and drinks!

You can’t get out of your car without being swarmed by homeless etc ! The Qts all around here in the Gastonia area has turned into a homeless drug shelter . Otherwise it’s a awesome store ! I have stopped going and go to the circle k down the street .

I would give almost every QuikTrip Ive been to a five. They are nearly always clean, new, loaded with healthy as well as non healthy snacks depending on your mood. There are usually ample gas pumps on an easy to access location. The bathrooms are traditionally clean. I have yet to go to a quick trip where the staff are not friendly in the fastest and service you will find in a convenience store chain. Dont forget the fresh hot items, today we had the dairy desserts with Oreos. If Im near a quick trip, its the only convenience store Ill stop at.

Great selection of drinks! I love that the donuts and pastries are on $0.69 after 3pm!! This is why I am FAT! My stomach just growled thinking about this!

Employees were very rude and disrespectful. The bathrooms were a complete disaster and absolutely disgusting!3 female employees and one male on staff and the manager said she couldnt send the male employee while two of the female employees stood behind her on Their phones. I will never go to another QT!! Nor recommend any other person to go to one!!

Was feeling sick and tried to use the restroom there after being stuck in traffic and squirming for a good while. We finally get in and see a male employee walking into the bathroom. I politely asked if I could slip in before he started cleaning, and all I get is a nasty look and a door closed in my face. I usually love Q.T., but that left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. Terrible employee. Brown-haired skinny guy who was working tonight at about 6:45.

They did not have soap in the bathroom and thats not acceptable and a woman who didnt wash her hands was touching food and we are in a big epidemic

The store is neat and clean. The bums in the parking lot bumming money are annoying.

The trip to this place today was horrible. Sarah Adams was very disrespectful and rude to customers. Calling us out of their names, (Boo-boo). I told her that wasnt my name. She continues to be rude and disrespectful. She couldnt wait for the ice cream to get firm, she just started giving ice cream away. When it was my turn I asked her can she changed her gloves cause she had touched everything including pulling up she pants which touched her skin. Thats when she really got crazy and disrespectful. She even said I dont want to go to jail on my birthday. This person dont have any customer service skills and she needs to find her a different career cause customer service isnt right for her. I will not be going back to this quik trip or any other quik trip as long as I know she is working there. If less then 1 🌟 was available that is what I will give this QuikTrip.

I visit here from time to time and customer service has always been great. The food is pretty good as well.

The lady running the check out was running 2 registers at once and although the place was packed she was getting everyone out quickly and was kind and professional too!!

The restroom was disgusting. The urinals would not flush and besides urine each had many pieces of chewing gum in them. It smelled horrible.

Not very happy the grill dont stay open 24 hours, I go to get Buffalo chicken bites and taquitos cuz the grill was cloesd and both products were cold no signs on them.. also observed yhey had one guy running the register and putting donuts up thats nasty his hands should be washed before he put his gloves but that wasnt happen..I got off the highway out of my way to come to this QT wont ever happen again.. Come on now QT keeps there grill open 24/7

If you have a baby or a toddler to change, keep driving. This place does not have changing tables in the mens room. And, the only changing table in the womens room is by the sinks and trashcan leaving you to dodge people washing their hands and throwing away trash while you attempt to take care of a dirty diaper.

I always get great service at this quik trip and others. This was the first time i have was told that they couldnt make me a cheese pizza to buy by the slice. He even gave me that oh crap im going to get in trouble for lieing face. He was working today 01/21/2017 in the kitchen between 720-730 pm. I didnt get his name but i should have. I will be passing this on to my friends and family about your lazy workers.
