We love this store and the staff!! Always a great selection and sales. It gets very busy here though so you may have to wait a while to check out, especially on weekends. They had better sales before Covid so hopefully those great sales come back soon ($2.50 wallflowers for example).

This is My all time Favorite store I have allergies but I can go here and find bath and body sprays and lotions that I love that doesnt have any affect on my allergies I love this store this is my go to all time Favorite store for Body sprays lotions candles anything that smells good!

Love the sales at B & BW, but the ones they have at this store is better than any I have seen in a really long time. Huge selection of 50% and 75% items. In addition to the normal June sales. If your in the area well worth checking out.

Arrived at this facility on 12-24-18 to pick up a few bars of specialty soaps as stocking stuffers. I was gravely mistaken. While they have a plethora of products in liquid and gel form, they had only two different actual bars of soap in the entire store, and they were located on opposite ends of the store. Fortunately, the store has some very nice people working there who were helpful and courteous ( which is why I didnt give a lower rating ). There are a large amount of scentedcandles available, perhaps one could scrub up with those, if you are so inclined. I think they would be better serving their customers if they used a little of their shelf space for something actually useful in a bath or on your body, like a bar of specialty soap.

I received coupons by email $10 off of $30 I pick out my products went to the register to pay for my items showed the sales associate my email, she needed the bar code to complete the transaction I stepped aside to log into my account, the sales associated who was helping me went to the back for a moment, so the next sales associated proceed to help me, she proceeded to ring up my items but didn know how to do the transaction, so Ciara reverse the transaction entered it again Ciara didnt know what to do after entering the transaction a second time, Ciara asked (Westfield Mall in Gastonia NC) for help of another sales associate my coupon was denied because it said I had already accessed the coupon when I hadnt, Leigh with the multi-colour hair(Westfield Mall Gastonia NC) store manager didnt want to acknowledge the situation when she was told the hold situation. She and I went back and forth discussing the situation for about 30 minutes, she wouldnt honor my coupon. Leigh was very RUDE, UNPROFFESIONAL AND DOESNT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SATIFICATON. Customer service on the phone wasnt much help either.

Went in here two days ago and the older white woman with brown hair kept following us around pretending she was stocking all the way up until we got to the register. During the 75% sale. I guess she “assumed” we was stealing. She was to busy watching us and not the other group of young white females stealing. Just stereotyping us and assuming we was stealing. That’s okay jokes on her tho 🤷🏽‍♀️

Im a man and they have a great fragrance called Ocean, available as a lotion, spray and others. Staff is always helpful, especially Angelia. She really goes above and beyond for her customers, not to mention her pleasant personality that adds to the overall great experience here.

I had a bad experience a few months ago, but Ive had exceptional service the last several visits. Im very impressed by the store manage especially with these huge sales that theyve been running! Even with the store being crazy busy all of the sales staff have super helpful!

What’s the point of this store? You can’t use your rewards or any coupon on your phone. And then the worker Asia with the attitude along with the incompetent manager Leigh can’t properly explain and articulate WHY we’re unable to use them. It’s a shame a CUSTOMER who spent $200+ in a store has to CALL CORPORATE just to receive a clear answer. Might as well shut the store down. It’s useless to those of us who shop at Bath and Body Works regularly.

Worst experience ever!!! Had two people working and only one working the register (5 people waiting in line to be checked out) while the only girl talked to her sister... THEY WERE CLOSING! How Disrespectful!! I spend a lot of money at bath& body works... So disappointing

Some of the best smell good items around.

They do not accept the online rewards which they advertise and tell you to sign up for and do not tell you that their location does not accept them. I went to get my free products when I spent over $60 and received, I get to the register and the lady said they do not accept them and she doesn’t even know what locations do... Then why are you even working there. Very upset and would like to be contacted about how to resolve the issue. I don’t have another location close. Nowhere does it say that you can only redeem these rewards at certain locations. Very inconvenient.
