Please get this Manager FIRED. He has insulted my mom by calling her names when my mom and the employe was trying to resolve a cake a solution in a calm manner. The employee called the manager and while my mom explain about the cake the manager call my mother over dramatic and insult by calling her names to my mother when my mother was shocked of the fact how unprofessional he’s talking to my mom. By the look of of he mistreats his employees. My dad came by to see the situation and resolve it.. then again the Manager insulted my dad and calling him names.Please do not waist your time here especially the manager that will not help you and insult other costumers and his employees.

You find just about anything here, I always come here for the coffee, EL SELLO ROJO Espresso Colombian coffee & the pastry, its so good!

It was my first visit but it wont be the last. Their produce selection was excellent with a lot of variety. They had some great values to be had. Actually thats why I was there as I had reviewed the circular that came in the mail. They prepare food, to go I presume, but I didnt have time to check it out. Next time, maybe. They also appeared to have a fully staffed fresh meat and sea food market. Again, a lot of variety!The store is a bit cramped and the cashier didnt speak English but someone who did showed up right away to translate. There was no wait to checkout. Ill be back.

Like this place so much! The meat area and produce are so huge, prices are affordable. And the restaurant has great Mexican food.There is also a decent bakery area. The place is very clean and the workers are very friendly. Dont mind driving 30 mins to do such great and affordable shopping.

Wow .... wow .... I bought a cake for my sons birthday and it was disgusting, first I ate half egg shell when I try it and then the taste was so bitter I cant explain the flavor like expired milk, I throw the whole thing to the trash, my son was so sad because he couldnt have a piece of his birthday cake. $30 ishhh dollars gone just like that 😭😭😭 yes IM MAD AS HELL!!!!

Picked up a 1/4 sheet Tres Leches cake with Strawberries for $34. Their prices for produce and meat is very good compared to chain grocery stores. Visited the bathroom which was in their back storage area and OMG the whole area smelled of death! Someone was hosing what looked like meat/seafood/blood down a drain the middle of the floor, it was horrific. Other than that, the rest of the Experience was okay.

Didnt go there. Went to Family Dollar & I like that store, they have GREAT PRICES!

Hispanic good, great prices and selection

The topical Latino super market. Long lines price up on some items and a few pennies lower on others they call this ofertas. Not recommend it if you dont have to extra time to wait on line..

They are the only store I can find that carries cherry chip cake mix which is a family favorite

A short hispanic with short darked redish hair ,always closed her register when I patiently waited in line, sent me to other registers then she would open her register back up ! I dont even know that girl but I remained polite.( I think her name is Lupe) & the tall manager guy wed always have an discussion about them(sometimes hed be polite). My family got into multiple fights with them and we wanted something fresh & worth paying for (especially the ladies in the meat Dept would give us just fat not the meat.)Besides that the rest of the employees were pretty decent & kind .

I love the Mexican pastries here, theyre absolutely delicious. Ive come to this store almost my entire life and its gone through several brand changes, but its great at the moment.

Good selection of items.

Overly priced on anything grocery, the vegetables are usually cheap. Just dont plan on getting any meat unless its chicken. Plus for that price Id expect the beef to be more fresh... to the point where the meat has not begun to darkened.

Everything was ok. But I wanted coffee or fruit flavored fresh water, like in the other stores, but didnt have it. But in general good.

Store would have received a 5 if I could get any service at all at the deli. I don’t know if it’s the language barrier or something else but they have literally skipped over me in line and helped the next person. Market and store are great. Prices on meats and fish at the butcher counter are amazingly cheap and quality is very high. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and larger than those at Wal-Mart. Bakery is also very good. Fresh tortillas, several freshly made salsas. Guacamole, and pico de Gallo are also available. Their salsa casera is one of the best salsas I have ever tasted but don’t be fooled by the mild label it is fairly spicy. I love this place and even with my issues at deli counter I almost still gave it 5 stars.

Went to buy a few things. I saw the little debbie snacks 4 for 5. When you put the sign in front of the product you assume because its what the price is for the item. Its not my fault the employees dont know how to stock items. I just pointed it out politely and didnt really care for their cuatomer service. If you have comments at least keep them to your self and deal with your mistakes.

First time visiting el Rio Grande I am disappointed with the service in the taqueria area I ordered a torta cubana meat tasted really bad like they had it sitting for hours they just threw it back on the grill didnt give my complete order I had to return to inform them and the lady that was making my order gave an attitude saying I hadnt ordered it when it says what comes with the food on the menu board I am just shocked by the behavior and would advise everyone to steer clear and head to another location.

Staff was rude, I asked a question and she looked at me like I was stupid and I should of known the location of said item. I was not greeted even though there was a door greeter. Some employees, wether cashier, bagging people or cart kids were on their phone. One guy even ran a cart into a customers car cause he wasnt paying attention. I asked for a manager and was told he/she wasnt in.

The tres leche cakes are the best i recomend it. Meet market i like to go with angela the only lady that knows how to give a good customer service. And there is a guy too but havent ask for his name other than them are rude people. The guys on produce very nice always good prices. I was about to buy cake mix and sour cream and they were expired this is the 3rd time customers check date expiration before buy it. Ladies on registers always talking to each other instead of helping customers fast some of them are rude they should were a mask so i dont have to see their ugly faces
