This Walmart’s grocery pickup team does a fantastic job. There very responsive when I check in on the app. They never kept me waiting to receive my groceries more than 10 minutes! This Walmart has everything I need in store because I never felt I needed to shop somewhere else when I leave.

Walmart employees are so busy with the remodel and the up coming holiday that you feel like your in the way. Hope it calms down soon. I need to start Christmas shopping soon

Everything was pretty good, just I wanted to buy a foldable table small size, but at the register (I choose to use Self Checkout) it wasnt showing available to pay for, means the register was given an error message that said: invalid item like it wasnt on the system.

My favorite walmart. i live far from it now but still go here. They have everything in stock plus the staff is super helpful and friendly.

Did shopping pick up, the order was correct with no substitutions. They did it with no contact, the employee was polite and quick.

Whoohoo... Ok, so I went in and bought what I went there for, and a few more things. Checked out and drove home. It was great to repeat the same thing that always happens.

Bakery called me 5 minutes before cake pickup time to inform that the cake decorator called in and they cant make the cake. Really? on the day of the party? Very ghetto would NOT recommend. Now I have to run around like a damn chicken to find another cake for my sons birthday smdh. How professional is that?

I was extremely impressed with how clean the men’s bathroom was. I hate using public bathrooms, but the bathroom was so clean, it made the experience less painful. Keep up the great work with housekeeping👍🏾

I’ve done the grocery pick up car service about three times and I love it. The ladies and gentlemen were very kind, quick and had most of the items on my list. Whatever they didn’t have, they offered lots of substitutes or I just waited until next month. Overall, I appreciate the kindness and efficient work of Walmart.

Need more than one person in electronics during peak hours but they finally had my printer ink so Im happy

I wish they were more consistently stocked. Everytime I shop here, Im having to find substitutes or go to a different store altogether for items on my list because the shelf of stuff I need is empty.

I was only in this Walmart to grab a few things while on vacation from Milwaukee Wisconsin my home town. One thing I have to give credit to this Walmart location is not only is the thing absolutely 😳 HUGE compared to mine back at home. But the store was absolutely clean, almost spotless compared to stores back at home that I frequent often. I just like to give the management there and crew definitely a verbal pat on the back to say, great job at keeping your store so welcoming and clean. I think a lot of retailers forget that... thats also part of good customer service.. 👍🏾🎯😎

This particular Walmart had a lot more to offer employees were very friendly and helpful which that was the key switch no Im at any other Walmart you have a hard time finding someone to give you a helping hand thank you Walmart this particular one keep the good work up

I heard the other day that Walmart was no longer going to checkout our purchases. I just verified that for myself: ZERO CHECKERS at their 20+ checkout counters.. Well, looks like theyll need to pay someone to put my full basket of groceries back on their shelves. I PAY for that Checkout Service. Hello Kroger!! Goodbye Wally.

Everything I needed was available, checkout lines were not terribly long and checkout associate was great!

Walmart will always get one star from me as long as they dont have cashiers and I have to use your stupid machine to check out.

Not crowded. Found it a bit difficult to get help in the beauty supplies section. But overall I am satisfied with my visit.

Ill give another star when you get rid of the automated phone answering system. Another one if I can get in touch with a manager within 2 minutes of connecting, (since most other employees are either powerless or clueless.) Ill give you a fifth star if I can get a 25% employee discount since I have to do everything myself when I go there, including checking myself out. 🙄 It doesnt matter how good your managers are if theyre unavailable.

Crowded and Self check out processors for paying are needing updating. I had difficulty with my chip. However the store over all looked pretty clean and I found what I needed. Had a great find with a sequin jacket for my daughter.

Customer service is courteous and the female manager is so jolly and full of life all the time. The pharmacy department of very welcoming and great with servicing you concerning products in the pharmacy area over the counter medication. The whole staff is great and I love it when I walk in and they have bargains going every day is something and I look forward to going is stated that I come once a week that is not so I mean this wall mark every day of the week😃!

Went to the car auto shop and got my headlight restored. The work was great. And the price is good to.

Ordered online for pickup- one order for myself and one for a client. Arrived at the top of the hour after checking in online.One order delivered immediately, the next took 6 people and 33 minutes.After 14 minute drive home all frozen food was melted and spoiled.Tried to call manager who was “out to lunch” apparently for 2 hours. I finally reached Austin and he tried to take order numbers but kept interrupting and saying I was giving the same number. The first 5 digits were the same and he wasn’t listening.He said he was listening but I had finished and he did not respond.Frustrating to have to now go back to a store for dinner items.

Hot and Cold service, and today, it was COLD!First, the associates were purposely avoiding eye contact and helping customers. Couldnt get help and finally asked a 7up/Dr Pepper guy who tried his best.At checkout, l had an item (Kickstart) which was marked $.98 on the shelf, but rang up as $1.38 at the register. I told the clerk the shelf showed a different price and her response was no, youre wrong. I ask her to remove the item(s) from my cart and when I had paid for my groceries went back to the shelf and took a picture of the product (at $.98) and took it back to show her - no response..In the parking lot I tried to help an associate collect carts around my car. His rudeness was unexpected.If you hate your job, find another one.......I will now only go to Walmart on emergencies and not use them for regular weekly purchases.

This is pretty much our main Walmart. N I have no complaints really. Everything pretty much really easy to find. And The staff is very n kind.

This Walmart is huge , of course its a superstructure but i couldnt find big aluminium tray ....thats just absurd its huge Walmart ,had to go Sams club next to it.

Not a fan of self checkout so at least there were a few cashiers although they seem to be a dying breed. I prefer cashiers.

For a Walmart, at least this one is decent. Its usually pretty clean, and the employees are usually pretty friendly. Its certainly better than the others in Garland. They were out of literally everything, but so was everyone else, so Im not holding that against them. If youre in Garland and just have to go to Walmart, its worth the drive to go to this one because youre less likely to get Walmart blood pressure....LOL

Been to other stores and not one beats Walmart. Food, clothes,beauty supplies, auto parts. You can get just about anything.

Neat, clean and sanitized store. Able to find items easily, get whats needed and get out. The only thing I dont like is the reduced number of cashiers. Im not a fan of self-checkout. Id much rather use a cashier. Customer service is an important aspect of any business and self-checkout removes this service.

Arrived at around 5pm for oil change waited 30 minutes for someone to attend me. when they dad guy tells me they r no longer changing oil bc they were booked for oil changes that day. there was 1 car ahead of me i was literally next in line. who does this? automotive closes at 7pm? so why cant u service cars anymore at 5pm? disgrace of a department

Its walmart but this one at least deserves some recognized areas.I dont get harassment over not bagging my paid for items...why Im green and take only what I need from mother earth. May not always have what I need or want in stock but yet every employee is willing to help find an alternative if needed.

Items on the shelves prices marked are not the same at the register and not anyone on the floor to assist . almost all checkouts are closed except the self check out . I dont get paid to check my items out. Then at the door to leave they want to check every item to match the receipt so why dont they just run a register with a employee save customers time .

I use the shop online and pickup at store, most times all items needed are in stock and very helpful associates at the pickup area

As Wal-Marts go this is not a bad store. I have always found someone to help. As others have said sometimes the experience is better than others. I have had a good experience with grocery pick-up. However, they seem to lose the experienced employees a lot more often now.

Every week for 5 years evening hours. Employees actually stick around and Ive written in several reviews leaving about the above and beyond service on many occasions. Randy is the manager I see most and he is always smiling and recognizes a lot of us regulars and always says hi like we are part of the family. The older lady at the door is so sweet. Stocker on the condiment aisle has helped me find odd items more than several times. Detergent aisle stocker always remembers me and says hello. Several cashiers are soooo good. *they are out of stock and discontinue items ALOT. *produce section is super frustrating... often so bad I dont buy and have to go to a second store or out of completely. I havent used their auto or other stores within store.

I was there to return my 4 year old battery that had one more year under warranty. The two employees that helped me were very helpful.Theres a long story but the short version is, my car died in Irving so a friend drove me to the nearest Wal-Mart and I bought a new one. I installed it then on my way home, I stopped at this Wal-Mart to get the warranty handled and they did it without any issues.The process was very complicated but after 20 minutes, they did it and I walked out a happy customer. I appreciated this very much.

Produce is horrible!!! I got peaches last night paying almost 3$ a pound they looked and smelled great went home cut one open, completely rotten!! The others on the shelf were visibly rotten but hey Walmart don’t give a damn

Very crowded. Very dirty. Perched atop the fresh blueberries were two packs of raw chicken breast. There was an employee stocking produce within eyeshot of this food hazard. Carts were not being wiped down and registers looked like they havent been wiped down in days. It seems like the lift of mask restrictions has stores ditching all effort to be clean.

I am never disappointed with the service I receive at this Wal-Mart. It doesnt matter if it is their department or not, the people are courteous and helpful. If they do not have an answer, they will help you get it. I definitely recommend it.

Not sure if the store was just being stocked or if no one there does their job. There were empty carts everywhere which was why there were none at the door. Merchandise was all over the floor and isles. Hire more people?

Great place to shop. Has just about everything you need. Car care products. Lawn and garden needs and your pets. People are friendly. You can spend as much time you need, or want to shop.

This walmart is never stocked and is legit constantly missing things in the home appliance and cookware section. They are slow to order anything asked for overall bad.

I always love shopping at Walmart. Unfortunately this visit was very disappointing because so many of the shelves were empty and so many things were just not at the store. I dont know if this is related to the most recent freeze that Texas had and they are still trying to recover from that, or if its some other reason. I ended up not getting half of the things on my list because so many things were just not on the shelves. I do hope they recover quickly.

Big walmart, is everything you would expect, needs to be open 24 hours again though, limiting hours open if anything makes social distancing more difficult

Was only there to stop a use restroom..its seemed like most Walmart but there was something different about it. A strangers comment at the coke machine about small testicles did give me strange reason to wonder what that different was....or I could just be stupid.

Nice and clean walmart but it didnt have entirely everything i was looking for and some of the employees werent a good help
