Avoid this location. Ever since new management, they have gotten sloppy with caring what customers think. Information/knowledge has gone down the drain. Told friends and family to avoid it here if possible. SMH!

This GameStop is by far one of the friendlies and most helpful stores Ive been into. The manager Brandon and worker at the time Eric are really on point with their services there. I bet so are the rest of the workers there. Thank I would recommend to any one!

ALIA had a very bad attitude that even the other employees were embarrassed... Alia processed to charge me twice for no reason thinking I wasnt going to notice and AGAIN with the bad attitude while I was with my kid. Hope no one experiences this horrible customer service.....

Gamestop is always a great place for games both new and used. The customer experience here was great and the employees were great at helping me find the best offer for my game ( Red Dead Redemption 2). Only problem would be some of the same games in the same condition were priced differently which was kind of odd. Overall this is a great place for your gaming needs.

My go to store! Management staff is friendly, helpful, and informative. Mr. C(dont want to put his name online) is always nice to everyone who comes in and always has a smile on his face. Most of the cashiers there are friendly as well although there was one who a bit short with myself and others I observed him interacting with. Mr. C always seems to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for each customer who comes in.

Your typical game stop knowledgeable and clean. There is a bit of a funk in the store that is what you would call typical for some of the patrons which is the only reason they lose a star in my boom.

We went in 15 minutes before closing because my son wanted to exchange a game he bought and didnt like. Both guys working were very helpful and didnt even try to rush us to find a game. 😁

Customer service and concern for the customer and then he needs, are well met and above excellence! Yesterday I was looking for new games for PS4 and the gentlemen of the counter as he came over and helped me and suggested Assassins Creed Odyssey, and today I went back to thank him graciously and told him it blew my mind! Again customer service GameStop is above and beyond and this is coming from a retired United States Marine! As we say hoorah and carry on to GameStop!!!

Terrible service. Was put on hold for over 20min. Was not helpful at all. Was able to call a different GameStop and got the games I wanted there. Don’t know why they would not help, would not try this location.

They insisted you need to bring in Wii nunchucks to trade in a Wii U console. Wii U does not come with nunchucks. Need more training.

No, i dont want gameinformer, no i dont wanna sign up for powerup rewards, no, i dont want to preorder. Also i came here and tried to buy Metal Gear Solid, and they wouldnt sell it to me without an ID. Really easy to see why the company is failing.

Good place to get your games but I really dont like it when you ask for store credit they ask you for your Id. The thing thats get me mad that they ask me if I had a Texas id. They shouldnt be asking that cuz some people can take it the wrong way.

So on 5-6-17 I went in An bought a used copy of CODlll well didnt get to play it for two days cause of work finally get home to play it An didnt work then looked at the disc An seen a big scratch in it. Well I took it back to gamestop on 5-8-2017 An while I didnt purchase the insurance on it the young lady still gave me another copy Im thinking great even looked at the disc so I set off to the house put it An tried playing again nothing popped in a different game no issue so upon further inspection of the disc theres small hair line fractures around the inside of the disc that wasnt noticeable til now. Long story short Im going back to attempt this one more return if theres anything else wrong Im done with GameStop as a whole IM GIVING THIS A 1 STAR BECAUSE OF PRODUCT NOT BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Just wanted a game. i told the person behind the counter that i only want a game. i said specifically i would like to decline any additional services because i was in a hurry. ghe first thing he does after scanning my game is ask would you like to pre order madden 2015 I said no thank you and he asked about 2 other games.... i left the game there and walked out. I cant stand this product pushing crap!!!

Just like any other establishment, your experience is as good as the last time you visited, and the last time was on 9/18/2012, and the experience was not good.All I wanted to do was trade an old game and pick up a new one; no problem, right? Well, yes, apparently I broke one of Game Stops commandments - I didnt preorder the game. ::collective gasp:: So theyre sold out of all non preorders, no big deal. Been there, done that, and I can always hit up Best Buy or Wal-Mart if its something I really want badly enough. That wasnt the rub; the issue was being treated like a leper for not pre-ordering. The clerk acted like he was going to have a stroke over not putting my five dollars down. Apparently I stepped on his religious beliefs by not giving Game Stop money up front.Resolution: I went to the Game Stop on Kingsley in Garland. I traded in my game and got my copy of Borderlands 2. The clerk didnt FREAK out over not pre-ordering, and I went my happy way. Goodbye Broadway store, hello Kingsley.Service: Until today, mostly satisfactory.Appeal: Can trade in used games and get new ones for less. What more can you say?Quality: Rabid cult of pre-ordering exists here. Caveat emptor.

PS4 pros at this location are faulty purchased one in May for my birthday brand new and it is now a brick, purchased 3 games online in the past couple weeks and GameStop and Sony have both told me basically to bite the bullet, as a retail employee I find this very shady especially since one of the games purchased hasn’t even come out yet, im no longer buying from Sony and will not buy from this location anymore because they sell faulty goods.
